This company is a lie. They do not make their products here. I ordered from them a couple weeks ago and got a guarantee that it would be here before Christmas. Turns out it's in Switzerland right now. It literally says they make their products in America all over their webpage! I don't like being lied to. I'm super disappointed because that's why I ordered from them. Really Shady!
I ordered one print on canvas. I received it 2 weeks later and had been damaged by the shipping Company. I called canvas discount and told them what happened. 3 days later I received three separate emails with three separate tracking numbers. Today I received the same print in two of the boxes and the third box has nine canvas prints of a 6 person family. Some may think that wow you received two extra prints, but in reality these prints are huge and the boxes they come in our huge. Disposing of the boxes is going to be a chore having three of them. Also, I am sure that the 6-person family would not be happy that I received their personal pictures. When I called canvas discount, they told me to throw them away. In my opinion, they should have offered to have them shipped back or consume some of the cost for me to dispose of their mistake. I would not suggest canvas discount to anyone and will never shop there again.

I contacted customer service for Canvas Discount as my order status was stuck in production completed for days. I was told it had been shipped but the site doesn't show that. I have not received my order. The rep who responded was unhelpful at best. I will never order from them again and I haven't even received my order.

Super low quality company that doesn't stand behind their products! Prints were super grainy and they claim they can nothing about it even though they were professionally taken photos.
I ordered a picture puzzle through Living Social from Best Canvas. What a piece of junk! The pieces aren't even cut all the way through, and it's on a thin piece of cardboard that came warped. I made a complaint to LivingSocial but was told I had no recourse. Really? I'm stuck with this! Stay Away from this company!
Wish I could give them no stars! Ordered a print for my mom's celebration of life, ordered the largest size they said would work with the pic I supplied. Came in all blurry and "digital" looking could not use it for the celebration of life. Went to return it for a refund, they basically switched the blame to me said the pic didn't wouldn't work with the size I ordered (then why was it an option?), said that they don't quality inspect them and would not offer me a refund... Only a reprint or 40% off my next order! Well I have no confidence in the quality of the reprint and I wont be ordering from them again! So I guess i'm screwed. But I will keep other from ordering here if I can!

I purchased 7 prints of various sizes on Boxing day. The canvases arrived quickly and the print quality was good. That is where the positive remarks end, however. The canvases were put on crooked and the corners were not flat, they were bulky and cartoonish. We framed our canvases to cover these mistakes because we didn't want to have them send them again with the same result. However, I asked for a 50% refund to cover our efforts and was given the option of a reprint, which I turned down (we sent photos of all the mistakes), but they responded that they would only refund if we slashed all the canvases and sent proof of the destroyed product.
We already fixed the mistake, and we just wanted to have them accept fault for it. They have been unhelpful and apathetic. We definitely won't be using them again. Their 'quality guarantee' and 'green promise' are hilarious to read now that I've dealt with their customer service agents.
What do you give someone who has everything, even pictures? An unexpected capture of that silly moment that means so much more because you had it enlarged as big as it gets and you sent it. Because now, everytime someone sees it, it is not a memory, but a laugh out loud laugh, in the moment, "moment" What more could you ask for?
I ordered a christmas gift weeks ago to make sure I had it in time to give to my nephews. When I logged into the site, it said it was shipped after a few days, but I never received a tracking number. Customer service email response was that the order was being "reprocessed" and I'd get it soon. Another 10 days goes by and I haven't heard a peep from them and the login information says the same thing prior to the "reprocessing" email. I now have to go out and shop again for my nephews. Really bummed because this site was highly recommended by 2 photographer friends. I'll be sharing my experience with them so they know service isn't what it use to be.
Sad and disappointing to see my friend's reaction to her gift. One big pixelated canvas of her wedding day. I wasted my money and she doesn't know what to do with it! The company could have easily asked for a higher resolution, instead like robots made the canvas and sent it. But the plus side was the delivery was prompt.
They can do better.
If I needed to chose canvas service alone, I think I would have checked a lot before deciding which would also cost me a lot of time. But I was recommended for canvasdiscount by my relatives. I'm glad for choosing this service. The canvas picture is great
Got the prints really fast. We ordered a few as gifts. Everyone loved them. They were great a d a huge hit. Quality was awesome. I feel they could have been packaged and shipped a little better but all the prints were great and had no damage.

We will never deal with this company again, delayed order over a week, not framed as ordered and charged. Results vary from customer to customer. Quality was good, but the delay and being overcharged since we did not get them framed as paid, leaves us wishing we never dealt with them. BUYER BEWARE We paid $84 for two 12x8's Ouch!
I ordered a 20 x 30 canvas. It was easy to place the order and the shipping was very fast. The canvas was wrapped in bubble wrap, surrounded by cardboard and then shipped in a cardboard box--very well packaged. The actual print looks great! I ordered it to go above my desk at work and I have had lots of compliments on it. Would definitely order again!
I ordered two large canvases just before Christmas in '15. They arrived perfectly. Upon opening, I found the quality to be low and faded (much worse than those that I see as examples at my local Walmart). I should have read these reviews first--this seems to be a common thread here: That you get what you pay for. UPDATED NOTE: After posting here, I was contacted by their Customer Service and sent new versions (very proactive and helpful service!)...
They offer many sizes, styles and examples of how each size looks like. Too bad they have no better examples on site with how each canvas with selected size will look like but that’s not a problem. Anyway, very solid quality and great service!
Great product, turnaround time was almost as fast as Jimmy John's! We redid a wall and mixed different sizes of family canvas pictures. We love it! Great quality, even from pictures taken on my iPhone!
Paid $200 for two blankets, that pictures were dark and bad, and the replacements were worse. Going to cancel my two remaining codes, and get money back, or call my credit card company to stop payment of them.

If the first print came out bad why print 3 more?
I should have rec'd an email stating the quality was bad, not print 4 prints of the same picture bad. I was going to give as Xmas gift but I rather send back and get my money back.
I ordered one of their free prints to see how their work is. I was suppose to pay shipping. My pay Pal account was charged 19.90 which they paid and I never did receive my print. Very disappointing. PayPal is now trying to find out what is going on.
