Absolutely Beautiful

This company did exactly what they said they would and provided a decent discounted rate for the size canvas we purchased.

Be sure when you're submitting an image, that it is a high quality image, 1920x1080 or larger. The greater the definition, the better the canvas.

Everyday we get to walk down our hallway and see our beautiful girl. Thank you

Love Love Love

I ordered 1 print and thought it was great! I soon proceeded to place 3 seperate orders of multiple sizes and pictures from a cell and from a regular camera! All simply amazing! They also came within 4 days of the day I ordered them! I highly recommend them! Very happy!

Canvas discount has quality and clarity... I will always use them for my photos. I take a lot of wildlife photos and winter landscapes. That is my favorite pass time. Slow and poor communication
December 26, 2021

I ordered on Nov 30th to make SURE it was there by the middle of Dec. After the first 14 days and many emails, they said they were "a few days delayed". I get it, less workers and the holidays—But don't promise it to be there by a certain day. Needless to say, it took exactly 25 days from ordering to delivery to get it completed, and that was only after getting the BBB involved. (Due to poor communication on their part.) If you need something for this summer, order it now!

I purchased 3 canvases for Christmas gifts in early December. I didn't get them till January which I get they may have been backed up and my mom/mother understood. When i got the products they were distorted/blurry & the Back was just sloppy. It also came from Germany not USA as claimed. I've ordered 6-8 canvases before from them & they were great & came in 2 days. However, when you call from 11am-4 est (bc they're only "open" mon-fri during these hours) you get hung up by the system after 10 min. You email and you get no response. It's February & I've yet to see a refund DONT USE

I ordered a photo of my kids from canvasdiscount a while ago. I went for the bigger size since I wanted to place it over the fireplace and I am so happy I did. Canvas is beautiful. I have received so many compliments! I will definitely get a few more of them just as soon as I get clear up my mind as to which photos to choose

This company has very poor customer service. You can't get thru when calling stating there is a very high volume of call even when you call at 11am M-F... They have good work... and but lousy customer service. I wont do business with them ever again. I place and PAID for a product on 4/28 and have not heard back from them at all. This is so sad to have this happen here in America...

EXCELLENT! Easy, user friendly website, super fast service, and GORGEOUS canvas prints. I think if I had read some of these negative reviews earlier, they might have scared me off, but my experience was GREAT! I ordered four canvases of different sizes, and ALL came out great. Shipment was super quick and packaging was top notch! I'm tempted to get tons more of my pics. Done! Just have to make sure I don't run out of wall space!:-)

Buyer beware

Ordered but never received it... told them about it so they said they resent it bitgave me the same numbers as the previous package and never sent it again... really. Messed up my Christmas as I have no gift for my mom who I see once a year

Received the canvas prints and there was a problem. I took pictures of the problem and emailed them to customer service. They contacted me right away and said that they would redo the order. The print quality is very good, but knowing that I can trust their service will make me buy again!

I love ordering canvases from this web site. It always fast, good quality and good prices. When I saw web site I didn't believe the price, incredible deals. I thought it would be something wrong for that price, but IT WAS PERFECT! It was such a good quality that I ordered few days later another one... I been buying from them over 2 years now and I absolutely love it. I would recommend to anybody who want nice canvas! Great choices of sizes, colors and frames... Love love love it

Horrible

They sent me the wrong order twice. I reached out after the first shipment came and I asked for a replacement. They never responded and sent me the wrong one again. When I reached out a second time asking for a refund as I just ordered the print from another site, they took 2 weeks to respond. They stated they were going to send me another replacement. This was a slow and frustrating experience. I still do not have the print I designed and paid for or a refund. I think after sending the wrong print twice, a refund is warranted.

Canvasdiscount's products are terrible. The heads are cut off on several photos. Other pictures are misaligned and off center. I sent photos of what I received back to the company for review and they responded that there are no grounds for a complaint. They obviously do not look at what they send out. Buyer beware.

Terrible experience

I was delighted to find a canvas printer that offered such quick service because I needed the canvas quick. They did not ship in 24 hours. The ony thing they did fast was process my payment. They shipped after 5 business days.
Contacting them to cancel the order and get a refund was aggravating and pointless. They can't cancel the order once they receive your payment. The worst thing is that to get a refund, you have to destroy the canvas you ordered. You cannot return it. Total intimidation.
I will not do business with this company again. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. There's plenty more I could say, but I'm so disgusted that more words are not likely to help.
Besides, I have to go rest up. It MAY come tomorrow--12 days after I ordered it-- and I need to have enough energy to shred the canvas print of my daughter so I can get my money back.
Terrible service. Terrible communication. Terrible experience. Don't do business with this awful company.

This is my first experience with photos on canvas. I was so happy with them when they arrived. My husband and I jumped into whitewater kayaking late in life and fell in love with it. I sent two of our photos crashing through a Class 3 rapid called Cucumber on the Lower Youghiogheny River in PA - they came out very sharp and clear - I was amazed and the shipping time was very quick. We will be doing this with more of our action shots! Very satisfied!

The photo puzzles are horrible! Don't waste your money! The pieces were not even completely separated and trying to get them apart was a nightmare. Pieces ended up torn even though I spent a ton of trying to take them apart carefully. The backing on the pictures is too thin and the picture was already separating from the backing when we received it. Its a very cheaply made product and not even worth the $5.99 I paid for them.

Just placed my second order this morning at approximately 10 am... just received notification at 4:45 pm that my order was finished and ready to ship! WOW! My first order recently arrived in a timely manner and the canvas print looks great! Quality wood frame and workmanship! As a serious amateur photographer, I rely on solid relationships as part of my business... and CANVAS DISCOUNT DELIVERS!
