I bought a bunch of canvases from this company thinking it was a good deal but the quality is so poor. First off they are not even printing onto canvas. It is a cheap material they are printing on. Second, these are the worst stretch jobs i have ever seen. The canvas is wavy, I feel like I have been ripped off. Wish i would have read a review before purchasing so much.

The employees are efficient and professional. Always set up on time, relieving me of any stress the day of my party. They pick.up the day after the party, leaving everything neat and clean.
Actually will be calling them again for a graduation party.in May!

I made an order on Tuesday, and on Friday the canvas arrived right to my address. I'm very satisfied with the quality, wood and picture. I like it very much. It came stretched, I don't need to stretch myself. Now it's hanging on the wall and looks just great! Edward, Miami

I was aware I would need to stretch the canvas. No problem, I went to art school and have done this many times. The 24" x36" print came and was not very good. I sent a very large file, but much of the detail was lost and the colors a bit muddy. I paid extra for the 1.5 stretcher bars, but instead was sent eight 3/4 bars. No one answers on the customer service phone number. I wish I had read more reviews before placing this order. Because it's for a client, I will now have to eat it and order a print from elsewhere. Please don't make the same mistake. AVOID canvasdiscount.com LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Wow, these are laughably bad metal prints. Like a car wrap sticker put on a piece of metal. Horrible quality, and not printed on the metal as it is supposed to be. I got an acrylic to compare during a sale and that one is slightly better (even though it is plexiglass and not acrylic) only because the plastic shows some gloss/shine in front of the print. But it is still the same sticker, just with plastic in front of it instead of stuck on a piece of metal. Horrible quality, do not order. (Their canvasses are fine, fyi.) I have had much better aluminum and acrylic prints elsewhere online.

I ordered a photo mug and I received a black mug with no picture. It seems like they couldn't capture the picture. Payment was processed within seconds, but It took over two weeks to receive the product. I'm very dissappointed. Someone should have contacted me, instead of sending this out, and assume I would be happy with this. I could have went to the dollar store for a black coffee mug.

FRAUD!
December 22, 2013

FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! I purchased a canvas from them because of their promise of Christmas delivery. While it's still only the 22nd, I haven't received notice of shipment. I tried contacting them through their customer service and through Facebook with NO REPLY. When I placed the order, they withdrew the funds from my account. Mysteriously, upon questioning where my order is, that transaction never went beyond "pending".
Also, they are not a Florida company. When the charges come, they are overseas and you will most likely get hit with an extra charge from your bank.

Good print
January 22, 2018

I had a 60 X 30 print made for me by these guys. I paid for the thicker boarder and got mirrored wrap style for my border option. The print is beautiful and there are no problems with the canvas, or with the frame or the stapling work they did.

My only complaint is that I spent an extra $4 for the hanging hardware and I'm not really satisfied with it. The rope it came with is definitely not wide enough to stretch across a 60" frame. I could put the nails directly in my walls and just hang it on those, but that size canvas is so heavy that I'm not confident it would last as long as I would like hanging out of my drywall. My suggestion to anyone buying a large print from them is to do it, but just go to your local hardware store for mounting options.

Great Family Photos
February 17, 2017

We ordered a 40+ in. Family portrait for the house that turned out great and a smaller canvas of just the two kids. Both turned out awesome, were well packaged, and look great in our home. The arrived quickly and I was impressed with the prices. After looking around for a quite a while this was the cheapest I could find.

Product came in with extra heads, hands etc ont he border of the canvas after emails back in forth they still have not resolved or sent me a corrected replacement canvas. This is a waste of money do not buy with them.

CanvasDiscount sent a replacement set of printed and framed photos that were covered in debris. They were also covered in the same debris. They wanted me to throw them away and they would send me more trash to throw away. I demanded a refund and received it finally. I dont like creating a bunch of trash, but at least it was free trash. Their canvas prints were great, but their picture assembly has no quality control.

I had pictures framed with canvasdiscount and they arrived with black particles all over the picture behind the glass. I've scrubbed the glass clean, which was also dirty, and it's still there. Customer support has not responded to my complaints, so I'm here again to warn you against giving them your business.

Poor customer service
October 9, 2017

I accidentally sent them a poor quality wedding photo instead of the downloaded one so i was afraid the quality was going to be poor. I emailed them less than 12 hours after ordering it and asked them if they could please look at it first. No response. A few hours later i sent them the same photo but the downloaded version and asked them to please use that one instead to the same specs as the one I ordered. No response. I tried calling twice. No response. After more than 24 hours of me emailing them and calling them i get an email saying my canvas has shipped. So i emailed them asking for a refund... STILL no response.

Horrible

Horrible. I was "guaranteed" my canvas by Father's Day. This was confirmed on the website And by calling customer service before and after placing my order. Recieved a confirmation that a FedEx label had been created so I thought all was good. Didn't receive my package so I called FedEx and was told a label was created but it never shipped. By this time the company was closed for the weekend and I got the same "no answer" other reviewers did. Called this morning and complained and was told they don't know what happened, was spoken to very rudely on the phone. Please do not order from here, there are many better websites!

When I placed my order, the website stated "orders ship within 24 hours". NOT TRUE - I got an email 5 days after ordering that stated my order just got shipped. Totally screwed up my Christmas present. Can't speak for the quality, the order still has not arrived after 8 days.

Here's an update, now that my order finally arrived. They are HORRIBLE. I ordered 4 canvases and they are all extremely washed out and all have a yellowish tint. Dark green leaves came out a yellowish green, and a black covered bridge turned out a dull grey. The ones with people are so washed out that their faces looked blended into the white background. This was $75 down the drain as I am too embarrassed to offer them as a gift. I want my money back!

I had to leave and be away for a month and so had to wait all that time before I could see and enjoy the quality of work you guys did. Received a blanket that was extremely thin and poor quality material. I was charged $130 for this product, and it wasn't worth more than 15. It was ridiculous. Nobody will call you back if you call them and they won't reply to emails. Stay away from this company!
