After calling the website stuff and asking about the shipping process, I was informed that canvas was sent after 40 hours after placing an order which isn't promised fast 24h turnaround... However, i waited a week for canvas to arrive and it was delivered safe n' sound. The satisfaction is over 100% for the canvas, but the shipping could be improved. Overall, first impression is OK with canvas discount website...
I have been in the graphics industry for 25 years. This company has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Actually they have NO customer service. There is no way of getting in touch with them for help with issues. I tried calling, many times - no answer. I emailed, many times - no response. I attempted to chat, many times - never a live agent available. They guarantee satisfaction, but it is impossible to get in touch with them.
We took a bucket list trip and had lots of great photos. We picked on we liked the best and had made into a canvas print to put in family room. Everyone comments on what a great product and how wonderful the colors are. Very happy, we will do again in future.
I tried this service because I wanted something unique for a gift for my parental cohabitation. My friends advised me on making something non-ordinary from parents photos. And I can say that printed photo on large canvas is the best gift I have ever made! Very good service and very good quality!
Terrible! I ordered some canvases from them because of their prices. What I received was not what I expected! It was a DIY project when I got it. There was no mention of this on their website. I have filed a complaint with them, and trying to get my money back now.
The quality of the canvas prints is very nice. However it takes 10 days to complete production and then shipping takes 5 days from Florida to Maine. I would not recommend purchasing the framed prints. These are nicely framed but picture quality is sub par.
The shipment was fast and our wedding pictures was so beautifully printed on the canvas. We are extremely happy with our purchase and we will definitely go back in the future for more! Thank you so much for your high quality product and great service!
Although I have used these guys for both Big and Small I can truly say, I have Great confidence in the outcome... as a bonus my mind is Blown by the Speed at which they work! If I had Any advice to new comers, if your printing this is for a Professional project, pay the extra and go with the Thicker sub frame! I have both, im satisfied with both, but the heavy thick frames feel like they will out last the ink on the print and allows me to hang then gallery style with no frame... (Although i have the thinner ones hanging in the window of my store anyway) just a preference I guess! You WILL get back Exactly what you send in... so make sure you dig your finished product prior to submission... All in All... Im A VERY HAPPY customer!

I was so impressed by CanvasDiscount. They had a fantastic Mother's Day deal and I was a bit worried about the quality. I shouldn't have been. The price was more than just right; it was a steal. The customer service was prompt to address an issue with a different billing address from my shipping address. And I got my canvases in only four days! I was shocked. The canvases themselves look great. I would 100% order from this company again.
I have never in my life left a review of any product, but I have to say how wonderful my prints turned out! I simply took some photos from my phone and applied some neat Prisma filters to them. I was worried how the resolution would look, but took a chance anyway. I ordered 14 different prints with different filters applied, and every single one of these turned out beautifully! Additionally, they arrived three days after my order! Granted, I live in Florida where they are based out of, but the turn around time was amazing. These prints are a gift for my husband's birthday, and I know he'll be so pleased! I will be ordering more as gifts for more family members now that I know how beautiful and inexpensive these canvases are!
It was difficult to get a response initially but I received my print today! Canvas 36" x 48". Beautiful job. Couldn't have asked for a better result! Will order again just be aware of the production timelines.
I placed an order almost four weeks ago. Supposed to have the product three weeks ago. Nothing... NADA! Emailed... no response. Called... disconnected after 10 minutes... tired online chat... no one ever came on line... do they exist? Don't know? But someone has my $90.
Absolutlely the worst. Don't ever goj there. Terrible colors, bleeding images, awful canvas quality. They promised a reprint after my bad review and send something that was even worse. I asked for my money back since it was a large order but haven't heard a peep.
I ordered a cnavas to be delivered to a client Nov 13th. It is now Dec 6th the canvas still has not even been shipped. I messaged them once a couple a weeks ago no response. I messaged them again today so we will see what happens.
So far it's been a complete waste of money.
The customer service is excellent. When I placed my order I didn't do it quite like I intended to and was not happy with the outcome. I called them and they helped me redo it right over the phone and replaced it at no charge and I didn't have to return the one that was wrong which saved me the expense of return postage. I will definitely order from them again.
The canvases that I have ordered so far have excellent picture quality. The love the fact that you can choose which wrap you what. I have been on some sites that will not let you do that and certain size pictures will only work if you can have a solid color wrap on the outside. I will definitely order from here again.
Though I received my order on time, I was shocked to find out it doesn't come preframed. What they do is send you 4 pre-cut cheap Pine Stretcher bars with instructions on how to frame it yourself. The stretcher bars were slightly warped and trying to stretch, stapler, etc. alone is difficult. Had I known this I would never have used this company. I love my picture but now will have to take it to an art shop to have it restretched onto better materials. I could no place in their site that indicates this is a do-it-yourself project. I ordered two prints for a gift for my friend, knowing that these would arrive exactly on time for her birthday. I bought additional prints to qualify for free shipping, with the expectation that this would be a quality product. When I received my order just on time, i had SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER. I tried to call, but their phone hours were closed. I sent an email and within 18 hours did not get a response (they reply within 24 hours supposedly). So I called them and told them the situation. They immediately put in a "reprint" with 2 day shipping. I asked if i can get a credit for my order since this was NOT my fault and I did not get the product/service I paid for. They said NO and that it was either or. Throughout the conversation they got confused with what i was saying as well, and were not easy to communicate with. I settled for just the actual product i paid for, hopefully now just 3 days late, and too late for the birthday gift. Let's see how this one goes...

The nature is critical approach for a person like ME in everything for what I had an experience with.
The ordered canvas in overall is OK for the picture colors and stretching. The only critique to service is the lack of designing canvas options right in their website because i'm interested to experiment how canvas would look with that effect on that side of the wall; how the canvas backside looks; what is the hanging system; how it fits on the wall and so on. And i didn't find the inspiration on the website, only discounted prices which looked attractive.
I like the canvas but I first I was afraid of ordering "cat in the bag"...
