The order was filled on time, and the work was slightly below what I have come to expect (less vibrant color) and the service was good. I am sort of amazed though, that having order 7 different orders, I am still not given any incentives to return. I may try someone else next time.
I have ordered canvas prints from CC and was very pleased with quality and delivery time, in fact had the order in a week! So thought I would try a 16x24 Acrylic print. Again the turnaround time was fast but the print was damaged. Contacted customer support they said to send them images of the damage area and they made a new print, infact made me two by mistake and said to keep the extra at no charge.
I would like to thank John for his help in getting this matter corrected in a timely manner.

I was very disappointed! I paid an extra $25 to get the gift in time for Christmas. Instead I got it 3 weeks later. Then when I did receive it, it was a lot smaller than I expected. Other than the time it took and size difference, my daughter loved the gift. But the clock is so small, it can only be used for Decoration. Since I didn't get my gift on time, I should be reimbursed the extra amount I paid. But they refuse.

I really wanted to love CanvasChamp.com. Positives:
- Prompt response to questions and queries
- Timely delivery. The expected delivery was March 17th and it was delivered on March 17th at 12:30 p.m.
Negatives:
I ordered a 30"x25" metal print and paid 100+ USD for it. The print was very dark and the colors were very different than the colors in the JPEG that I used. The trees are all dark brown (they are green in my photo). I am very disappointed by the print quality. In fact, the print is so bad that I am not going to hang it in my living room.
I really wanted to like and recommend CanvasChamp, but unfortunately, I am not going to recommend them for metal prints.

I've never done anything like this before and your hand-held instructions made this purchase so easy to do. The prices were very affordable and the workmanship was exceptional. I've already spread the word that CanvasChamp is the best!
I received my order in a timely fashion but the color was dull and there was printing all around the edges. Took over a month and several messages/resending of photos to get a reprint nearly 2 months later. The color is better, but the reprints are CROOKED. Never heard back from customer service when I sent in photo a month ago. Beyond disappointed.

Very poor service and customer care services. The customer care no. Is non responsive, there is no support from the customer care, not able to fulfill its due day promises. It's been 10 days and it still showing in production, very poor customer service, not value for money

Picture was delivered dirty. They don't put arcrylic on both sides. Contacted Customer Service and they gave me the run around. At first offered a 20% discount, then 30%, then full refund. And now they wont offer any refund.

I ordered 9 canvases for an anniversary gift and was a little concerned that some of the photos that weren't quite as clear would show up as a little more blurry on the canvases due to the size increase. This however was not the case at all! They were all perfect and CanvasChamp even put a hard surface behind the canvases for support! I would and will, recommend their products to any and everyone I know! And this is coming from a person who is very picky when it comes to good quality.

I ordered a large canvas print (30x47) and the first one I got back was dark and the colors were flat and muted. That's not the worst part. It also had a large bump in the canvas, light streaks and wrinkles. They did offer to do a free reprint or give me a 20% refund, which was basically worthless to me. I opted for the free reprint. I just got it back and the colors were the same and there were large wrinkles on the left side of the print. I just sent them an email to see what my options are but noted I was not interested in another print. If just seems they're not to good with large canvas prints.

Ordered an item for delivery August 3, my wife's birthday. Was led to believe it was coming from California. It was shipped from India. I paid extra for express shipping. When I checked to say the delivery date is "pending", no idea when I'll get it. Called customer service. Got a bunch of double talk and no better idea of when I'll get it. Ordered 2 as sample. Umbrellas were cheap quality but pictures were good. Shipped on time and came soon. Needed for a wedding so I ignored quality and ordered 8 more. Ad said they built and shipped in 2 days so I chose standard shipping. When updated I found it took 9 days before shipping and I got a revised delivery date of the day after the wedding that half blamed FEDEX. NOT SO. Got the umbrellas just before the wedding but lost trust in the company.

I ordered a canvas print and a custom rubiks cube. While I got the canvas print way before the estimated deviled date, I never got my rubiks cube. Customer service stopped responding. I had to go out and find a new present because they cheated me out of the one I ordered.
They also asked for proof I never got my ru it's cube. Not sure how I am supposed to show them something I never received. Will never order from them again.

My canvas was shipped quickly. I like it, but I made it too big from the original and it looks more like a painting than a photo. Standing far away improves the look. This is my error, although I did not get a warning that the zoom would make it look so distorted.

I've ordered from this company previously and usually in all instances you get, with the order confirmation, the ability to see proofs. This has apparently changed as the option not only wasn't made available but when the order confirmation arrived it stated that I'd elected not to receive proofs. I never opted not to receive proofs ever. Customers have the right to see proofs as its a very important quality issue.
I will not be ordering from this company again for this reason
Answer: I'm not sure about that but I think it's a small company and it's shipping from overseas so with my order I was just super patient and when I finally got it I had actually forgotten I ordered it and it was like a little surprise in the mail!
Answer: You probably won't. They do not care about the customer once the sale has been made.
Answer: I had the same issue - paid an extra $40+ to get it shipped by a certain date / expedited... day of expected delivery came and I call to find out they have just started printing it - IN INDIA... no way it can possibly ship in time for the wedding it was purchased for!
Answer: I cropped my stuff to get it to look right and to not say, like, "low resolution" and they came out beautifully.
