Don't get me wrong here they make amazing canvases and the turnaround time as quickly. On the other hand the customer service is absolutely atrocious on this website and you'll never get what they promise you. I was charged FedEx Duty for $14.56 and they told me in multiple occasions that they would send me an instant credit or PayPal once I sent them the bill. I sent them the bill and back and forth over the past 1 month I've only received a couple replies and they have never yet given me my instant credit to the account to cover the fee.
Also don't bother calling their phone number their phone number does not work either it's a fake phone number. It just sits you on hold for hours and hours listen to the same song over and over again.
The website lists these items as being manufactured in the united states. Nothing that they print and send you is made in the United States it is all Made in India and ship from India direct.
I have not seen customer service this bad ever from a company. They answer your emails you give them the answer that they're looking for and yet they still don't help you with it. My next option now is doing a chargeback on my credit card. I have all proof in writing of what they told me they would cover and yet they have not covered any of it yet. Stay away stay far away.
My canvases were damaged due to the packing method used. They were packed canvas to canvas and they got stuck together damaging the canvas upon separation. I need them replaced please. I sent an email with my concern to you but have yet to get a response. I am a frequent customer and have never had any problems until now. I also have tried multiple times to call customer service and can never get on without waiting until I have to hang up.

I ordered 2 canvas prints with mounting adhesive strips. I received the canvas prints yesterday and one of them looks like it was installed on a frame that is not smooth (pictures attached. There are lines and ridges in the frame underneath. The adhesive strips on the back do not look like pictured on the website and they were sloppily placed. The adhesive side in one of the strips was already exposed and no longer sticky (pictures attached). I paid $1.99 for each mounting set so it wasn't very expensive but I didn't get what I paid for and was shown on the website.
The website promised "ships in 24 hours, they were in "printing" for 3 days. Then I received a shipping notification from the carrier, the shipment was coming from India from a company I didn't recognize, it didn't have Canvas Champ anywhere in the info. Canvas Champ didn't send me any email updates for my order so I was in the dark unless I went and checked the order status on the website myself. I looked up the name of the company in the shipment info and found that it's located in India, no indication of what the company did that I could find easily. I had to make a guess that it was Canvas Champ. They arrived on time but because of the quality of the product I received and my experience with Canvas Champ in general, I won't be ordering from this business again.
I would rather pay a US based business and there are plenty that can print on canvas.

Working on site was easy, making my pic the size I needed was perfect. I asked customer service if they would pick up shipping fee of $10.00 and they said no. Even though this was the third pic I had purchased at iver $40.00 each. Then after I completed transaction I get an e-mail giving me free shipping on my next order over $25.00! I feel some exceptions can be made for returning customers. I will use other companies from now on. 😠

My 5 year old grandson loved his picture on canvas. Colors were vibrant and canvas was very well constructed. The print on the metal printed really dark so I am going to have to find a place with alot of light to display it. Was hoping for the exact colors that my print displayed.

I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.

Two previous orders were perfection. But, this time, the enlarged poster came out over-processed (or something happened)...the colors were way exaggerated and skewed...different from the original jpeg that I submitted. However, since Customer Service is unable to ascertain/acknowledge the problem, maybe I'll just do a bit of dry-brushing with some acrylic paints to try to bring the brownish palm fronds back to their proper green and the orange-ish sand back to its proper sandy color. Oh well, stuff happens -- I'll still be a future customer.

I strongly encourage everyone considering Canvas Champ to reconsider for better options available online. I personally had a traumatic experience of ordering a 3D framed print, and I've had to request for 3 replacements back to back because they clearly don't know their business- framed on top of the print as it is with tape without any masking, dust cover back or front glass protection whatsoever. Trust me, these guys don't even understand after repeated emails with pictures and videos clearly demonstrating the issues. Don't waste your time and money on this unprofessional service.

The company sent me a lot of defective prints. They made me go through hoops to get any replaced. Sent me one with black rotten wood then their reply email to me informing them was « We would like to clarify that the wood you see on the back of the print is only for support purposes and does not affect the quality of the canvas print itself ». Disgusting. Also today they sent me someone else's photos in a proof review by accident. Then emailed me saying « please ignore last email ». They used to be very good. Now their quality of everything is not what it used to be.

Firstly, these canvases were made so very sturdy. They are heavy with little built in hooks and a cute little sticker that says "Made with Love"! The photo came out great on the canvas and it's just overall the best made canvas over ever gotten.
Secondly, it did take about 2-2.5 weeks to get in the mail. It's coming from over seas so I am understanding. I was very patient and honestly almost forgot I ordered them until they came in which made it such a fun surprise! Like, you forget you order it and then it's like a gift on a random day!
Lastly, my photos came out great and I will recommend this company to EVERYONE! I know people leave bad reviews because of the shipping but the work that they did was amazing and for an amazing price!
I ordered a panoramic print and was expecting it to arrive 12/28. It got here 12/23 - what a surprise but we did not open until today, Christmas morning. It was undamaged and BEAUTIFUL. The print will grace our lake cottage wall of one of our favorite spots on the lake. Thank you for a great product at an affordable rate and really fast shipping! This will be the first of many future orders.

Answer: I'm not sure about that but I think it's a small company and it's shipping from overseas so with my order I was just super patient and when I finally got it I had actually forgotten I ordered it and it was like a little surprise in the mail!
