I order three canvas print of landscapes. The colors on the print are quite a bit lower in intensity and the printed images lost about three inches around. Quality of frame construction was good and they were packed and shipped with care. I would not use them again for this type of reproduction.
I received defective products almost a month ago as you can see in one (image scuffed) of the photos I attached. I contacted customer service numerous times before I got a response to which I replied. Nothing. Left a review at another site and I got another email that said the same thing as the last one so it seems to be pre-fabricated because they have to issue it so often. I ordered 3 pairs of socks with a face on each pair. I received one pair that was perfect. The other. 2 had 2 faces on it not one face. I informed them and I sent a picture of the mistakes. They were to fix the mistakes and send me the correct socks. I received them today and they are totally wrong and they looks even worse. The faces are huge and cut off Both photos are on the same sock again. Only only person should be on the sock.

My 3D moon came 2 days late, didn't work, and the layers were pulling apart. There were gaps all through the picture then when I called and asked for a refund they kept saying "ok. I'll send a replacement" and ignoring that I wanted my money back. After 10 min of that he finally said ok send pic to this email (that didn't even work) so I wound up responding to the confirmation email and 2 days later they said 24-72 hours and I'll have my refund. Here we are 84 hours later and still don't have my refund. This company is a joke! Don't use them!

So I thought I was ordering from an honest company. I see now I was lied to about the time and date of shipping location. Poor communication. They didn't notify me that the pictures would be coming from somewhere else. Pictures were said to be delivered on the 17th, which is today. Now they're saying the item is delayed but won't give me a tracking number or even allow me to know a day they'll come. At this point, I want to reach out to my bank because now I feel like I'm being scammed. I still haven't heard back from customer service regarding my order.

I placed an order for a customised puzzle for a friend's birthday and wanted it at least before I left town. It said it would be delivered by today but is still in production. I tried raising a ticket and calling customer care. But I have received no response whatsoever. After making a big payment for this, I expect at least decent customer service. No one even answers your call!

I find CanvasChamp simple to use, searching and navigating, checking out, etc. My orders arrive quickly, each product is fantastic. I especially appreciate the products meeting or exceeding expectations!
I ordered 9 photo coffee mugs from these folks last week and didn't read the reviews here until afterwards. Became nervous that I would have issues.
They arrived today - two days earlier than promised after getting hung up in Customs in India and again in Cincinnati. The mugs all turned out as good or better than any I've received from other US based places in the past. Completely happy with my order.
They also included a free 8X8 canvas print which was flawless. Very surprised that it arrived mounted as that was not expected.
Used this company for two metal prints. The first shipment arrived quickly but both prints had black lines. I contacted them and they agreed to send new photos, which they did. The new metal prints arrived together laying flat against each other (no padding between the photos-scary). In addition, both had odd spots on them which I think was oil? One photo had odd white lines. When compared to the first batch, then seemed slightly better but by no means could I try displaying or selling these prints. It's reject office photos now. The quality is just terrible. I'm cutting my money and time lost... moving on. When you see a great deal, just check around before buying. I didn't and I'm out $ BTW, the photos do come from India which I did jot expect... I would like to find a low cost printer.
I ordered directly through there website and paid extra to have it delivered by a certain date. 16 days after the delivery date I paid for I am still waiting. I had to buy another gift for the occasion because they are so incompetent. Customer Service has refused a refund even though they did not keep up their end of the order. I no longer need or want the item as it's way past when I NEEDED it. Stay Away from Canvas Champ it's just lighting your money on fire.

Extremely unhappy, shop elsewhere! I can live with the long delays in shipping, but as other reviews reflect the packaging is skimpy allowing one of my large canvas prints to get a 2-3" tear in it from a puncture in the cardboard box. 10+ emails of correspondence later they are now asking for a copy of the shipping label (never before asked), which has long been thrown away (how many weeks am I suppose to keep all the packaging material?). I give up, I have spent almost $500 in orders through them and now I will go else where. I would add photos but they are larger than what is allowed.

I did a bundle deal from them. 2 of the 5 frames were built extremely crooked, i don't know how anyone in their right mind would ship it like that. How am i supposed to hand a frame that isn't square. One side is at an angle! Very poor. There was also dirt hand prints on one of the other prints. Will not use again. You get what you pay for clearly.

Answer: I'm not sure about that but I think it's a small company and it's shipping from overseas so with my order I was just super patient and when I finally got it I had actually forgotten I ordered it and it was like a little surprise in the mail!

Answer: I had the same issue - paid an extra $40+ to get it shipped by a certain date / expedited... day of expected delivery came and I call to find out they have just started printing it - IN INDIA... no way it can possibly ship in time for the wedding it was purchased for!
