Wrong, low-quality products and shameless attitude!
I ordered a 0.75'' canvas with an add-on frame, but they sent me a frame that was 0.5'' and a canvas that was only 0.2''.
The hook was rusty, and the corners were chipped. Yet they insisted everything was "normal."
What's worse, the products were made and shipped from India without any prior notice.
Absolutely disgusting — I have never encountered a more shameless and thick-skinned seller.
