Ordered an iPhone case as a give Dec 11. Paid a very high amount for shipping and handling to get this gift by XMass. Still not case. The website gives a status of "production". No one has responded to my e-mail asking for an update on my order. The customer service phone lines are turned off. My credit card was charged.

What is very strange is that the website is still offering promotions (to attract more orders they can't meet). I have used this company in the past with good success. Avoid this website for now.

Can't believe the poor quality! The baby onesie I ordered arrived in decent time; however, upon opening the package I found the printing completely faded and washed out. It's not even CLOSE to what is pictured on their site. Very disappointing. Was going to be a special gift for a new mom and am now out this money instead.

Let the buyer beware
December 16, 2015

I ordered an expensive duvet and pillowslips from this company with Van Gogh almond tree in flower print. I asked for cotton ( I live in the tropics) and was sent poor quality polyester fabric cheaply made.
It cost heaps to have it delve reed and I would have been better buying at a local discount store.
If you want quality product look elsewhere..

Re-checked this review before commenting on this web site for in the past had good service from this company. However, clearly I've noticed that the quality of many of their t-shirts(short and long) are simply not up to snuff. Other items, OK.

Yet, without a doubt they do offer an incredible selection for their clothing of: graphics; photos; questionable tms and iffy rms; wild comments to puns. However, their quality is fair, really only fair – especially true for most graphics and "all photos". My recently purchased shirts' photos and/or graphics are fading, not good.

For a company that once prided itself on quality – too bad. See 'ya!

I use CafePress, both as a customer and as a seller. For sellers, it is a great way to make some extra cash selling your designs and concepts, and it is fun to share our creativity with the world! As a buyer, there are so many unique items and designs available, on so many products! There are occasional quality issues, but their customer service has always been great, and whenever there has been an issue with an item, they are quick to send out a replacement at their expense. I highly recommend!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. They promised 40% off but read the fine print, Just quickly turns into a lie, if you have money to throw away this is a good place to throw it. If you work hard for your money and want decent value stay as far away from this company as you can!

My husband ordered me this rug for my christmas present, said a 4x6 rug, it did not clearly state that the image does not match the measurements of the rug, and it's so cheaply made and thin, for $100 me and my husband are very upset. I put in a large order of many different photos, for extended X-mas gifts. They cancelled my order (all of it) because one of the photos was not up to their standards. I tried to have them finish the remaining many products and just cancel one photo in question, and I got stone-walled by a human being in the chat room. Went to another company and had no problems.

Everyone was so nice when i complained that the Photo Guinea Pig Blanket i purchased as a Christmas gift had a streak through it.
They said; "Keep it and we'll send a replacement".
They sent me another one, but it was defective too, with only three white borders instead of Four. I'll givie them to the homeless - but it's embarrassing giving them inferior products.

I purchased a license plate frame for $20 (plus $7 shipping). The logo on the two adhesive label strips was so blurry to be unrecognizable. The adhesive doesn't even fully stick to the cheaply fabricated metal frame, but curls up. A complete waste of money. I have ordered shirts from Café Press, but never again will I order from them. The garbage-y purchase arrived pretty quickly, though. Learned my lesson.

I have shopped at Cafepress.com a few times. They have a stock inventory and you can get customized items as well. I've only purchased from the stock selection. Lots of witty and humorous t-shirts. I had no issues with the sales process or shipping. My items were always received in excelllent condition. I would recommend this site.

After years of throwing hundreds of dollars and recommendations at Cafepress, their drop in quality, customer service issues, and inconsistent and lack of caring about fixing their own content curation enforcement errors has just gotten too much.

I used to love these guys, but at this point they are garbage and should be avoided at all costs.

I had already ordered my product when I happened across a number of reviews that were definitely not encouraging. Due to this, I awaited my order with some trepidation. But I am happy to post that I am extremely pleased with my order. I was decorating a bathroom with a cowboy flair and decided to have a photo of my husband on horseback for the shower curtain. I think it looks amazing. Thanks for a great job.

I was very disappointed with my order. I ordered a duvet cover and the print quality was poor. The image is blurry and the colors are weird. The fabric was some kind of open weave industrial polyester. It is an extremely ugly duvet cover. I wanted to return it but was charged a 20% restocking fee plus i lost the money paid for shipping and duty. I have paid 75 $ for something i will never use.

Paid a lot of money and VERY disappointed. Cheap looking poor print that does not resemble denim at all and flowers are blotchy. 2 blankets were for a "denim room". Look like $5 dollar clearance at Walmart. Your pic online is probably of an actual denim pocket and not representative of the the actual print done one? White? Not even a denim colored fleece. As a seamstress I would not have even purchased these on a clearance. I even paid extra money for fast shipping. Thought these looked unique on line. I would not even trust your company to refund my money properly unless some way you can can convince me your are honorable in returns and refunds.

Yes, some things are highly priced, BUT when it comes to their custom canvas prints, it's totally worth it. I got one a couple of years ago from them, and love it. Recently I found a deal from a "big box" store that has a photo department, and the results are stunningly different. I don't think they are worth hanging on the wall! The colors are muted, the canvas is thin, the ink is flat, and the frame is flimsy and presses through the canvas. Terrible! Spend a few extra bucks for the quality you get here. I will be buying replacements today, and tossing the Wally-world ones in the garbage.

Ordered a coffee cup and they painted over my picture. Customer service couldn't see the problem. Would you pay almost $30 for this cup? UPDATE: The company contacted me and sent me a replacement free of charge and told me to keep the original. With that I have to increase my rating and thank them.

Awful! Late delivery. Cannot contact customer service.
I ordered a mug, and was advised it shipped next day. Arrived 8 days later.
Poor quality. The logo on the mug i ordered was not even straight! Buy elsewhere.
