I ordered a couple t-shirts and a trailer hitch cover. The shirts were iron on pattern (like you could do at home) and the trailer hitch turned a different color in 3 months. I contacted them to try and get a replacement hitch cover, they stated it was outside of 30 days so they would do nothing. Terrible products, terrible service. Will never order from them again.

Do not order sweatshirts!
November 12, 2015

I just received 3 sweatshirts as gifts for my grandchildren for Christmas. The sweatshirt designs are cute... the sweatshirts are $5 Hanes brand. I was very disappointed in the quality after spending almost $100. I work at a gourmet & gift store that sells sweatshirts with logo that are high quality and sell for less. I will not order again from CafePress.

You dropped the ball. I was trying to make a purchase, had problems at checkout. Notified cust service. When I got a response I was told that discount was no longer available. I have made many purchases from you, your quality is good but your prices are high but I continued to return. There are many sellers out there and I have order from another site. Very courteous

I placed an order late at night, and the next morning I realized, I made a mistake. However, when I called to change it, the order had already shipped, which is incredibly fast. So, they were very courteous and changed my order on their own cost!
That was really an incredible experience, and I am very grateful.

Similar to Zazzle.com, CafePress is a great place to get custom tee shirts made for gifts. Their web interface is easy to use and the prices are not too bad. I like making cute shirts for baby presents!

Everything I've ordered from CafePress has exceeded my expectations. I love the canvas photo best of all. The shipping charges are very reasonable, and I really enjoy the variety of phrases and pictures found on site. I like the way I can create personal projects. This is a fun, creative site.

I have been buying items from Cafe Press for a number of years, and have always been pleased-often quite impressed--with the wide variety of quality goods. Clothing is of sturdy material and gifts choices run from very nice to very funny. I know I'll be back many times!

Made the mistake of ordering a couple shirts from this company and later found they were charging my credit card a monthly service fee. When I called to complain I was told when I completed the form for my shirts and clicked yes that I would like emails for deals they automatically charge you for this, in the fine print. They also tried to disassociate themselves from Cafepress, but when I asked what the name of the company was the woman said, Cafepress Price Club! They are crooks stay away.

The option to join the Press Club is given to you after checkout and by clicking "Yes" it does enroll you into the Press Club. I will have to update this because I still need to contact them about my order. Though not sure if I should after all the reviews I see here. I ordered customized yoga pants from them. They came on time and fit fine. But there was some random black rectangle sticker on the front that left the adhesive stuff so I washed. The stuff didn't come off and I noticed the saying on back faded a little. Pur goo gone and dish soap on the adhesive and 're washed. Adhesive gone but the saying faded more. Cheaply made product! Just got them yesterday (1/15/14). Anyone have advice on how to get them to respond if I contact them? I need to take a pic of them still to send. Soon hopefully I will have an update on their customer service.

Croatian clock
January 7, 2022

I bought a Croatian clock from this company and just got it today. I spent over $40 for it and looks like total cost is $15. I put it up and the second hand got stuck between the 7-8. I won't buy from this company at all as there product is cheap, overpriced and doesn't work

My boyfriend purchased a printed necklace for me for my birthday and he was immediately upset when he opened the package to see a cheap, off center and grainy picture on metal that looks like it came out of one of those 50 cent gumball machines. He actually threw it in the garbage. When he told me what he spent including faster shipping and that all sales were final I was just as furious because I've legit seen nicer jewelry at the dollar store. Please, if you're expecting to gift something personal with decent quality for someone you love, there are so many other more LEGIT customized websites out there.

Cafepress skims money out of seller's accounts constantly due to so-called "technical issues". They will make excuses for weeks, months, sometimes a year will pass with no reimbursements. Then it will happen again, same outcome. Shady.

Ordered 17 YELLOW T-shirts with custom logo and titles, as gifts for a bunch of students in China.
Pros-
1) domestic shipping was prompt;
2) no misspelled words!
3) fabric is a medium weight, average quality like you would get from the Hanes white undershirts pack.
Cons-
1) color is not a bright yellow per website;
2) inconsistent color yellow among the shirts, but worse they actually looked faded and old like they've been in storage for a long time!
So disappointed because they don't look new and nice, esp because they are gifts!

Don't think i'd order t-shirts again from them...

I ordered a shirt and a button from cafepress.com. About 2 weeks later, I received the shirt, no button. The next day I got another package, thought it was the button but was too big to be the missing button. Turns out it's some other poor soul who ordered from this company's order. If your name is Kurt and you live in Wisconsin and are missing your Bears and Cubs t shirts and woof sticker, I have your stuff. IT's sunning itself in Miami. My shirt that arrived is tiny (says it's an XL, would probably fit a size 6 girl with B cup) It all needs to go back. Awaiting to hear from company as to how they want to handle return shipping... I will not pay to return, so Kurt, if you happen to read this, e mail *******@gmail and we can work something out. Cheers!

We set up a store and have nothing but less then stellar experience and very little customers service.
1. Can not add our payment information and have open several support tickets after a week still not fixed.
2. Our store is not even searchable from their site.
3. Managing the store is awkward in that their consumer and retailers bleed into each other making it difficult to understand who they are speaking to.
4. Their support focuses 99% on the consumer

I think they do take clear advantage of the store owners who upload original artwork and drive traffic to their site. Our compensation is around $2 per t' shirt on a good day). As far as I can see it's like a school candy/gift wrap program, where the children do all the work for very little profit.

As a retailer you really have to watch your numbers. Often times you can get a better ROI and quality if you manage the process yourself.

Its been a while since i placed an order, but when i did i had no problems at all, the thing that does annoy me is the delivery time although this is not your fault so no way am i blaming you. You see it takes about aprox 10 hours to come over the atlantic few thousand miles, to the U K but takes 6 days to reach Macduff in Scotland, i think they use a push bike. Hope to order again soon.
P S on the occasion i have had to talk to your staff on the phone they sound very nice and help full Regards Maurice.

Cafepress just ruined my son's Christmas. I ordered the complete DVD set of "Breaking Bad" and they canceled the order without every notifying me. It was supposed to arrive this week and I've just been told that it had been cancelled. The customer service person said she's sorry, but I should have received an email.
