Horrible customer service

I placed an order with two items. They would not make one item, it was a picture of my car and they said they couldn't due to the manufacture ( meanwhile I already ordered the same item of another car in the past) I called and they wouldn't even explain anything to me, I was told they can only communicate through email. Ends result was they would not make the item. Anyway moving forward I am waiting on my second item and call to find out they cancelled that as well. Telling me they cant just cancel one item the whole order gets cancelled, and how is the customer suppose to know this, it was never stated nor was I notified otherwise I would have re-ordered the item. Now they not only will not honor the price I paid, they want me to pay extra for expediting shipping to get here in time. What a waste of time designing my items. I will never order from them again.

Yesterday I ordered two book bags. Then I thought there was a choice of color and emailed to request to have dark blue. The "Specialist" Shantell C replied very quickly: "I am currently unable to make any changes to your order. I cancelled the order so you can reorder." When I checked the website again, I realized there was no choice of color. So (only 13 minutes after her email) I told her that I want to keep the order. But she said it was cancelled. However, even though I emailed her twice (the 2nd time was already 3 hours later) about the cancellation email, she never sent me! This morning I phoned to get the cancellation email. The price already went up!

Late and terrible quality

I ordered some items here. One of them never came. I had to call and they shipped the item a week late. I received it today in the quality is incredibly terrible. A hoodie with a decal so faded you can barely see it. Never ever buying here again.

What a Disappointment!

I ordered a tee shirt with a saying.It cannot be read all all. It just looks like a plain black tee. If you want a tee with a saying, go to Joann Fabrics and buy some fabric markers. The shirt Cafe press sent was a TOTAL waste.

Worst experience as a consumer

Ordered two items and no one can tell me where they are. UPS says one thing, USPS says items are somewhere else. I physically went to both USPS & UPS locations in my city and no one has a clue. CafePress offers to resend items two days ago but now says items are out of stock. I now find out that the company has a history of poor shipping and tracking. I've ordered before and never had an issue with quality or shipment, so this is really annoying to have to go through because I'm out time, money and items I had planned for an event. I thought I was helping smaller businesses and production by ordering and so I wanted to be able to contribute that way as well but I think this will be the last time I ever order.

Miss-Sized

I ordered 6 funny duplicate bridge T-shirts (all different sayings) in Size 2X to allow for shrinkage (100 % cotton) even though I wear a 1X. I got them in early Sep ‘21 but did not get around to trying one on until today (Nov 30 ‘21) because I had ordered a size bigger than I normally do and I knew they'd fit. Well, it was tight, so I called up CafePress to exchange them all for a Size 3X (2 sizes bigger than normal for me) and they would not exchange them. Said they had a 30-day exchange policy. So I offered to mail them back and let them sell them (still in their clear unopened plastic bags) and they said "no" to that too. So, 6 T-shirts NOT EVEN CLOSE to being a true size 2X and I'm stuck with them. They weren't cheap either. A total waste of time and money—6 too-tight size 2X t-shirts that I don't know what to do with—throw them away, I guess. CafePress does NOT have correctly sized clothing. Try things on immediately upon receipt. You have only 30 days to return/exchange. I will never ever purchase from them again.

I ordered a hoodie as a gift. The product came as described and shown on the web site and the quality is ok. The problem is that I ordered it as a gift and there is neither a brand label on the hoodie or any kind of tag at all so it will look like I'm just gifting a used hoodie. Also, it's ONLY wrapping was the plastic shipping packaging. There was no other paper or protective wrapping at all! Makes the product appear cheap.

I ordered and received my order which was DEFECTIVE in the way it was manufactured. This immediately tells me that there is little attention to detail. When I sent the information in to Cafe Press they said I missed the time window policy to get a replacement product or return for credit. I could understand if I wanted to return a product but this was defective and on them. Good Luck!

I got to see the rating & read some reviews after placing an order. Surprisingly in my case, everything went well. Delivery was on time, item was well paclaged, item was of great quality.
Thank you Cafepress. My 85 yr old Dad loved the cap I got him

Ordered 4 tshirts. NEVER received itemized receipt after 2 REQUESTS. Was sent notice about 50% off on next order. Went to purchase another 4 tshirts and when I went to check out on my account there was NO 50% discount!
Contacted CafePress by email about receipt and discount.
Received email from Patricia R. That gave me an order #.
Responded to Patricia R. And repeated what I wanted: #1-receipt for 1st order and #2-50% off coupon on my account for the 2nd order. I stated to cancel my 1st order if I do not receive the receipt and coupon.
Patricia R replied that she has cancelled my order.
Went online to cancel my entire account so as to NEVER hear from this company ever again and after doing so, I was informed that I had to call customer service, which I did.
This company's website is USER UNFRIENDLY the biggest WASTE OF TIME. Obviously an IDIOT constructed it, because when I typed "Sweden", I was directed to 100 PAGES of tshirts with:
1. Repeated images, and
2. Tshirts for Finland, Norway, Denmark, Germany,...
Which indicates to me that the website developer does NOT know that these are entirely different countries!
The same repeated experience occurred for every other search I made on this website.
Had I read other reviews, I would NEVER even looked at CafePress' website, let alone try to purchase anything from this company.

The dish towels are poor quality. They have massive stitching all the way around. I have never seen anything so poorly made. I will cut them up into pieces to use as floor rags. But not sure they qualify. Don't buy them. Total junk.

Ordered a license plate frame and it arrived in pieces. There was no packaging or protection around it; just a cardboard envelope. It was literally broken in half and bent and they magnanimously told me I could keep it! Totally unusable. I got refund though not sure it was the right amount. Won't ever use this company again and don't think anyone should.

A local print shop could have done 100% better, faster, cheaper... DON'T BE A SUCKER. THIS IS THE CLOSEST THING TO A SCAM... YOU COULD CALL IT A QUASI-SCAM... CAUSE YOU GET SOME PAPER AND INK FOR ALL THAT CASH YOU PAID OUT... I FRIGGIN' HATE RIP-OFFS! AND BEING RIPPED! MONEY PIGS... EVERYWHERE! Cute name... for SCAMMING "CAFE" - $#*!.

Cheap piece of crap

Ordered a license plate from with my squadron insignia on it. Biggest piece of crap I've ever seen! Not even going to put it on my truck. It's a $#*!ty printed sticker on a cheap Chinese frame. Looks like it would fade instantly if the sticker didn't fall off first
