I have proof that my credit cards were compromised by this site... They cancelled my orders and then all of a sudden my card numbers were being used on several different sites.
First off, ignore every single positive comment you see on here. They are fake reviews, every one of them. I ordered from this site just a few weeks go, and like many say here, the order was canceled. The money was reimbursed almost immediately to my account which made my suspicious feeling ease a little bit, still I was a bit uneasy cus I realiized I gave my credit card info to this site. So I have been keeping an eye on my accounts for anything weird and... sure enuf today it happened. A 300$ order at bestbuy that I didnt authorize and was the same card info I gave this site. Do not fall for this site, all of their items are at obscenely low prices to get your attention. And when you order tthey will just say they are out of stock and give yer money back. This site in a nutshell is nothing but a front to steal peoples credit card information and nothing more

BOGUS WEBSITE. I placed an order and they cancelled it 12 hrs later with no explanation. They must be gathering credit card info! Beware
Ordering was very straight forward, it was good to receive prompt emails updating me on the orders progress. The recipients were very pleased with their gift.
I recently bought a few items on this platform, once they appeared as available online. I paid for them, the money was immediately withdrawn from my account. I was even informed of the delivery date and when that date arrived, the item didn´t come and no one informed me why. A few days later, I asked you why my items didn´t arrive and why no one told me anything about it. You just told me that you were out of stock. I tried to place the order again in the platform and it was still showing that it was in stock and accepting the payment on check out. It seems that, unlike the majority of sites that, when they don´t have the product in stock, they dont allow us to finish payment, Caddyland accepts the payments without having the product in stock! Even when we ask the chatbot Gina if the product is in stock, she says yes, it is. Therefore, we lost a lot of time with this process and even had too ask you for the refund of the amount I´ve paid and that my bank had left available for you. Gina seems completely unaware of everything and sometimes doesn´t even give an answer whatsoever. Besides, she only replies once! I tried to contact the support team by email, but I never got a satisfying and plausible reply. A few days later, I placed another order of the same items because they were still available online, I paid them again and a few days later, my order was cancelled one more time. Maybe you don´t want to sell the item and you are not that worried about customers opinions, once you have only 3,33 of positive reviews! WHY DO YOU KEEP ON CANCELLING MY ORDERS? This is a big bull$#*!!
I tried to order several times... they get all your bank information, and after that they cancel your order. Some times they said the product was out of stock. But than few days later you chat with the online chat, and they assure you the product is available again. You order, and again they say they are out of stock.
Looks like something is not right. I am afraid they got my card info,... I asked some friends to try too. And the history was exactly the same. Shame
After 2 weeks, I have no order and no response to several emails and phone calls. This business(?) either doesn't care or doesn't exixt. A real waste of time.
I placed an order, and the next day received an email that they canceled my order and were issuing a refund. The item I ordered is still on the website for the same price so I don't know why it was canceled. Is this a scam to collect your credit card and personal information?
It seems the process is you google an item, use Google Shopping to compare for the lowest costing seller, Cadyland.com as a "trusted site" will be the lowest price w/ free shipping, you order item(s), they obtain your payment details, cancel the order and then refund the money. Now, what occurs with the payment information you just provided them? Is it ever shared, sold, or used at a later time without your authorization? Unfortunately, if you attempt to reach the company to ask questions, as you will see from the chat transcript, you will likely get an apathetic response.
I have reported to FTC (Report number: *******) based on my opinion and after thorough research of the company for deceptive sales practices, fraudulent and deceptive business practices. Who knows if anything will come of it, but at least they're getting reported to a Federal agency with authority to investigate and take necessary action. Google also has them listed as a "trusted site" potentially giving consumers a false sense of security and increasing site traffic so I forwarded the complaint to Google Ads Team ( Ticket# **************).
The company claimed they were out of inventory yet would not specify which item was out of stock, and these items are still listed showing available for sale today.
Fabulous service and great product! For some reason the personalization part of my order didn't go through and they called me to sort it out and got it sent the next day! Really friendly staff and very efficient, I would definitely recommend.
This site appears to be 3rd party vendor. I asked twice if a product was available-they told yes twice -this is after I contacted the company who makes the product that it is discontinued. Address for the business is a house -not a warehouse. Buyer beware.
I order product from them, it says they have it on stock. I was waiting to receive the trucking number. I emailed them to send me the tracking number they say that they don't have the product on stock. Even after left their website they send me email saying that make order this product. After that I order 5 items three days later when I asked them for trucking number they said that they refund me saying that they don't have the product. That is totally fine, I am bagging them literally to return my money for the past two weeks they ripped my money and get away with it
Every time I make an order, they wait several days or weeks and then send me an email saying that my order has been canceled and I'm being refunded, without even an explanation as to why. I'll take my business somewhere else with someone who deserves the business.
Never shopping these people again! One goes thru all the trouble of placing an order, then waiting days thinking it's being processed, only to wake up to an email that says "order cancelled' and give NO REASON as to why? Back to AMAZON... where I don't have these constant ISSUES with people who obviously should NOT be SELLING! (... oh yeah, they AREN'T SELLING, they are CANCELLING and just WASTING people's time!)

Answer: We are really sorry the product is out of stock. Before there was already many people ordered this item. Once stock back we sure inform via email. And you will get your full refund in 24 to 48 hours. We commence the refund once we found that items of your order are out of stock. In most cases it is instant. In rare occasions card issuing bank could delay that for up to 10 days. But we refunded it already.
