I ordered something two days ago and followed up with them about the ETA and the responcr was rude and short. So I just replied okay. Then they refunded my order for no apparent reason. Your customer service is sh$t. I won't ever order from you people again. Don't be in business if your going to be sh! Tty to people.

They canceled my order and didn't say why. The item I ordered is still on the website for the same price so I don't know why it was canceled.

Order never processed, no communication or confirmation #, zero ability to reach someone for status. This company is NOT in Florida - they are scammers and I doubt I'll ever see a refund.

SCAM!
Ordered but never got a confirmation email. Contacted support and at first they said an email would be provided soon. After a couple days of no email from them I contacted support again and they replied back that the item was out of stock and I would be issued a full refund. The website actually went down for a few days so I was suspicious. The pending charge did drop off and no other charges appeared from them of anyone else. The website then came back online. I verified with online chat support that the item I wanted was in stock. I figured I would try again just in car it was all a mistake - What the heck they already had my credit card info so I used the same card. After I submitted the order, I get a message saying the card was declined. I checked with my credit card company and they say the card was never declined. Obviously the website is a scam and they were trying to get another card's information to sell. I cancelled my card before any fraud activity starts flowing.
