Great company with an awesome product. Can always rely on them to provide gift ideas. They always seem to think of the customer and put them first, too. Can't recommend them enough as a place to get unusual and funny items.

I tried to order my wife her favorite perfume for Mother's Day from this website. I received my notification from my bank that the transaction went through, then waited for shipping info/confirmation from Cadyland.

After about two or three days, I tried calling the number at the top of their website. It immediately disconnects. I tried their virtual chat with "Gina," but never got an answer as to why I never received a receipt or any other confirmation/correspondence. I left the chat up and walked away, and when I came back two hours later, there was still no response. I emailed their "support" email and got a response about 24 hours later saying I'd get a receipt via email. Nothing ever came. I checked my bank statement and it appears the funds weren't taken out in the end, which was great because I never received a receipt or the product. I ordered it back on May 5th…

Overall, this was the most unpleasant and annoying situation I've ever experienced with an online vendor, if you can even call them that. I tried to submit a BBB complaint, but I couldn't find any listings for them. They are an absolute joke of a company if they aren't a scam.

On May 13 i ordered 3 jars of illuminate me body butter from this company for a total price of $26.36 and my order number, At this point I have no product, no communication from them, and their website can't be reached for customer service. Where is my Order? At least give me an update, a tracking number or something. If i can't get what i ordered, then I want my money back! Sorry no picture added but um glad i screenshot my so called receipt for my record, but i cant seem to attach it on this site from my email #seniorcitizensotechy
