I ordered 24 pairs of hinges, and ordered the wrong size. Returned them well within the returns time frame, only unwrapped one hinge from the tissue paper before returning. It took over a month from the date that the USPS tracking number showed the returned items were received by them for them to refund my money. Multiple calls and emails over two weeks, every person I talked to just said they see the notes from my previous calls, they don't know why I haven't been refunded, and they will look into it and forward to their supervisor. Thirty-five days after they received my return, on my daily call to their company about my refund, I finally talk to a customer service rep who gets my refund immediately. I check my email and they shorted me $45, which I assume is for their "restocking" fee. After all of the hassle and terrible service, they only refunded 2/3 of my purchase price and I also had to pay for shipping for the original order and return shipping. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I should have read the reviews before ordering, it seems like this is their norm.

My old hinges stopped working. The cabinet doors wouldn't stay shut. These new ones were very easy to install, easy to adjust, and now work great.

Ordered an item that was in stock on August 26. Once I ordered the item I was emailed that it would ship September 2nd. A day later I was emailed again stating that the item wouldn't be shipped until September 15th because it was no longer in stock.
Wouldn't reccomend this business. After a phone call with "Customer Service" I was told it was due to Covid-19. Covid-19 doesn't determine stock and supply numbers. There could be a shipment delay due to Covid-19 but not an inventory discrepancy.
I was looking for a trash can with specific measurements. I found a trash can on Cabinetparts.com website with the measurements I needed so I ordered it. They sent a trash can with completely different measurements. I did the "live chat" online only to be told that someone would get in touch with me. That's is not how "live chat" is supposed to work. So I received an email that contained a link with their return policy. I replied stating I would prefer to send back the incorrect trash can and for them to send the correct one. They replied several days later stating they only have a return policy and I could place a new order at any time. It was THEIR fault that I now have to send the incorrect trash can back. If I place another order, I guess I have a small chance of getting the product I ordered.
I would not recommend ordering from this company. I can understand that people make mistakes... someone picked the wrong item off the shelf to send to me BUT they should make it right by sending me the correct item in exchange so I don't have to do the leg work for THEIR mistake. I have no confidence in this company to do the right thing. I will not place any more orders with them.
Answer: You are going to get buried in freight charges, if you ordered online. They are not helpful on returns, as they don't believe their customers are one time buyers. Good luck
