Ordered cabinet handles on Sunday and they arrived on Wednesday! Drop ship directly from Hickory/Belwith Keeler and all 50 handles were exactly what I ordered without any quality control issues. Got a good price on them through Cabinetsparts.com. Would buy from them again.
I bought cabinet pulls that were described as being 6" center to center. What they didn't say was that the pulls were SUPER THICK and HEAVY! I've never seen "cabinet" pulls like this before and can't even imagine what you would use them on. Then, to return them, I have to pay for shipping AND a restocking fee. Worst online shopping experience ever.

We had a cabinet door hinge break and after 2 trips to Big Box stores that didn't result in a correct replacement hinge, I found Cabinet Parts online. I followed the instructions to select a hinge, ordered it, and a week later installed the CORRECT hinge in the cabinet door. An exact fit! Happiness reigns in the kitchen again.

Perfectly replaced the broken parts I had, though it wasn't clear that "1" meant the parts to fix 1 full drawer and I ended up with a lot more than I needed.

It has been 26 days since I ordered some cabinet hardware from Cabinet Parts.com. It has not arrived. I tried to find contact info for this company but it seems the only way to communicate is with email. So, I write an email stating my problem: "I have been waiting over two weeks for the product and it has not arrived." The response I get this:
Your order was delivered on Oct 21,2021. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Really? Problem solved? They state my order was delivered! No, it was not, no assurance that this will be looked into further, nothing.
So I write again and I get a message that they have received my request, they will look into it and get back to me.
I reply stating they did not address my problem, they did not even acknowledge that I did not receive the order, no confirmation of a delivery notice, nothing. I get another email stating that my order has been replaced and the system will be updated. I have to wait again for a reply
All of this could have been resolved with a simple photo call but to save money they are one of the many establishments that decide to inconvenience their customers by having to communicate through emails.
I wonder if anyone else has had the same experience.

Placed an order with CabinetParts and before placing my order spoke with a guy as I wanted to make sure the pulls were available for immediate delivery. He checked and told me all looked good, place order now and you will receive. I placed my order and then 2 days later, received an email stating that my order was on backorder for almost a month. I emailed and called and finally they replied to my email as I wanted my order cancelled. Their email said my order would be cancelled. I emailed them again as I never received a full refund for something I never received. At that point, they just disregarded my emails. This company is great at taking your money but when it comes to a refund, get in line... a very long line where you will hear nothing! Beware and my recommendation, stay far far away from this company, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Avoid this company if at all possible. While they have a great selection, they are dishonest in their handling of returns and refunds. I returned an order (I had misordered a couple parts), and when I didn't get the refund as expected when the return was delivered, I asked why there was a delay. They told me it could take "7-10 business days" to receive a refund. Fine, so I waited. ONE MONTH LATER I asked again where my refund was. After SEVERAL MORE DAYS I was told it could take an additional 48 hours. Stay far, far away from this company.
We needed additional knobs. They arrived in 2 days. We always like the great service from Cabinet Parts. We've used them for years!
Cabinet door hinges worked flawlessly, along with easy adjustment settings. My new silverware Maple drawer with Blum undermount drawer slides, very much "FIRST CLASS" slides, was quite simple to install and after a few minor adjustments is now my favorite drawer to use. I will be recommending CabinetParts to all my friends and relatives from now on!

Fabulous product but not applicable to what I needed. I'm not sure the description ever mentioned they were specifically for 1" doors.

Answer: You are going to get buried in freight charges, if you ordered online. They are not helpful on returns, as they don't believe their customers are one time buyers. Good luck
