I ordered an appliance garage from this company. I knew I had ordered it earlier than I needed but wanted to make sure I had it when my contractor was ready for it. Well, when the contractor went to install the cabinet it was not the right size and he could not use it. When I tried to return it the company refused as it was beyond their 30 day return time. Lesson learned, if you are not sure something will work don't order from this company. This is a standard cabinet and not something unusual. They could have taken it back easily. Oh yea, this is something they still sell on their web site.

Ordered a number of cabinet handles that they jammed into the smallest possible box and damaged the items. The shipment of replacements handles, these idiots did the exact same thing. On the returned items, they never credited me and 'can't find' the returned items. Incompetent and unethical.
I needed to replace all of the shelf support pins in my 3 bookcases. I ordered replacements, and the price was great, ordering was easy, and delivery was quick.

This place is great and legitimate. I was doubting if they are scam but i heard from people they actually do receive the orders. I received the order and sure enough it was great!
A late add to the order was possible through the great customer service representative that contacted the warehouse to correct the order prior to shipping.
Everything was great. My only complaint is the price of the screws. I was able to order 100 screws from another source for the same price I paid for 25 here and it was not enough.

Had to order this because 110 adaptor was faulty. I could not order another adaptor. So, I had to order a complete unit for $400. Just to get another adaptor. I'm pissed. Joe Nichols

Item is a replacement part for my existing hinges, had to drill new holes which I was aware of prior to purchase. They fit perfectly!
However the shipping label on the box of the slides had to be replaced and the box was slightly damaged because of the sharpness of the slides but not to the point of losing contents

The hinge is identical but the connector between halves is too short. I didn't see the size I wanted when I checked later.
Of the two orders I paid for one was partially wrong, partially incomplete AND was sent to the wrong address. In both cases my order was for 21" 563F slides. I am still waiting for the second one to arrive after three weeks. The tracking number indicates a delivery. I did receive the locking devices but not thye slides. Save yourself some massive headaches and find a reliable supplier. I am now going to ask the German manufacturer to reimburse me, because they referenced Cabinetparts as a certified supplier.
Answer: You are going to get buried in freight charges, if you ordered online. They are not helpful on returns, as they don't believe their customers are one time buyers. Good luck
