I ordered a dress kept my fingers crossed the whole time.
I received a dress in approx. 3 weeks which I was very happy with but
It wasn't the dress I had ordered. The back of the dress was totally different.
I have been sending them emails for a week now and I can't get a response.
Ugh, so frustrating.

You never know what youre going to get when you order from overseas but the dress was worth the money. Also they done all my requirements for me. It was really appreciated!

I am trying to get a refund back on my visa after I ordered two dresses last week and received emails asking for me to send a pic to prove it was me - hoping they reply to me and I am now scared based on all of these reviews. I do plan to take legal action if I have to and will be reporting to police and banks to get support but also wanted to share my experience with you all... this is a scam. They kept sending emails asking for me to send pics to confirm order when they already charged me - and when I said I want refund and to keep the dresses no email back...

I was a bit skeptical when I first ordered my dress. However, I was pleasantly surprised, as from the beginning to the end, they were extremely professional and responded to all of my questions on a timely manner. Despite my own confusion, they were patient with me and handled my confusion professionally and patiently too. The dress is beautiful and exactly as I ordered it, as I had it done custom made and provided my measures. Overall, a great company to buy formal dresses from. The dress also arrived on time and as promised. Overall, thumps us!

Have not contacted the company because I know nothing will be done to help me. Ordered the dress that was my daughter's dream dress. We had a professional seamstress take her measurements, the dress is 4 inches to big in the waist and about 6 inches to big in the bust. The belt which I asked them not to attach, was attached and not even close to the picture.
My horror is that a ball wedding gown for a plus size was stuffed in a courier envelope that was originally made for business documents. It took us at least 30 minutes to remove the tape, we were afraid we would cut the dress. Packaging was described as being shipped in a bag and a box.
The dress is going to cost me about $200 to be altered. Very disappointed.

I placed my order on June 23rd. I wrote down some requirements in the order comment. And they made the dress according to it. No heels and add two straps to my dress. I got a lot of compliments from other ladies in the wedding party. I chose US 6 and it was true to their size chart. Everything is perfect expect for the stain on the waist. However, It can be washed. Highly recommend this site to you all.

I have ordered a dress yesteday and they keep asking me send transaction with visa number. I have been emailing them since and have not received any emails back from them. I feel that they have taken the money out as it was my moms card, and now can't get a dress in time! I just wanted a refund and it was impossible...

I bought my bridesmaid dresses here. The customer service was excellent and the dresses are beautiful. The ones I chose seam to be great quality. I was just a little bit disappointed that it turned out to be more expensive than expected because the exchange rate in canadian dollars on the website was off from what my credit card was charged and the shipping was very expensive, plus had additional custom fees at the door. Overall, I was impressed by the customer service, happy with the dresses but shy to ask my bridesmaids for the final total price.

They hacked my cc n charged me with $900 twice within one min! Filed my dispute with my cc company. This is criminal

As an update to a previous review. My mom finally received her dress for my wedding but it WAS HORRIBLE. The dress fit so poorly that a seamstress said she can't even make the dress look how it's supposed to. She would have to completely remake the dress. The waist was not in the right spot. There was a huge bunch as if she needed room for male parts. The shoulder did not fit. The seamstress couldn't pull the waist up because it would be too short. Half her boob hung out. They claim the dress is fine. If I want a refund I need to pay for shipping and return it and hope they choose to give me my money back. I can't even find a carrier who will ship to the address in China they gave me. They also told me to lie on the customs form and said the dress is worth less than $30 So they don't pay customs taxes. I hate to say it but the dress isn't even worth $30. My mom had to buy a different dress. So we paid for TWO dresses for my wedding. DO NOT use this company.

Really bad customer service! Only emails and only after midnight Canadian time! I have learnt a lesson! Buy things only from a website you know or company that is popular, or if someone recommended it to you! Otherwise these people are the in the ciberwolrd and it's hard to prove things!

My little girl has one and one only prom. You guys made her star in it. I was taken back and so many thank-you's for that.

They advertise the actual dress on their website, then they ask for measurements. I told them I want a normal size 8, nothing custom. I order it in Plum and got the dress. The dress is HORRIBLE material, poorly made and NOT plum color. I showed them the difference (ordered the real plum dress from davids bridal) and they said that was the plum they had. They state on the website that they give 100% refund if the color is wrong, the color is CLEARLY wrong. I've been going back and forth with customer service and they are expecting me to pay for the return cost. Not going to happen so in the process of taking legal actions. DO NOT waste your time with this company. They are basically taking images from other REAL sites, making these dress and claiming they are custom made.

They even offer to refund me 60% and told me I could sell it on another site. I laughed... see the difference on the image below. What a joke.

I ordered my wedding dress from this website, and after reading reviews, was scared it was actually a scam. It's not. You get your dress in about a month. It looks like what was on the website, but, it's not the highest quality, that's for sure (random coloured threads found their way into the mesh of my white dress somehow, and there are some straggle threads all over). That's okay for me as I'm planning on getting it tailored here in Calgary anyhow, to freshen it up. Also, I only paid a few hundred dollars for it, as opposed to the $5K dresses some women get. Honestly, if you're expecting a five thousand dollar-looking dress for a quarter of the price, you might as well also hold your breath and wait for money to actually sprout off branches this spring, because it's not going to happen. I got what I paid for, no more, no less. I would have appreciated a garment bag with the dress, though. I had to go out and get one.

This site is amazing! A lot of choices to choose from. The dresses are made in high-quality fabric, so it is definitely worth the price. I love how the designs are carefully tailored into perfection.

I HAVE BEEN EMAILING THEM FOR 5 MONTHS AND STILL HAVE NOT GOT MY MONEY BACK, THEY SPEAK BROKEN ENGLISH ALSO. THIS IS A FRAUD! STAY FAR AWAY.

My dress arrived not as pictured. Still similar but not the right shape or length at all! Disappointed but I'll be able to put more money into it for alterations to fix it up the way I need it.

I ordered a dress online and right away I was contacted to be sure that the measurements were good. Then they also send me picture or the different material.
Once everything was confirm they email me once the dress was ready to be ship out. It took about 1 week and I receive the dress which was exactly what I ordered. Then even followed up to make sure it was received.

At first I was a little worried for this online dress, as my wedding date is really close. But after one week I receive a DHL trackingnumber and to my surprise it arrived at my doorstep 10 days later. Great quality! Thanks for all the Cadress workers. No complaints from my side. Great experience.

I measured myself and compared it to the sizing chart so ordered the correct size for their measures. The dress comes from China so the sizes are completely different, with my measurements I had a four size difference from Canada, but the size I ordered was perfect, no alterations needed. Beautiful dress, thick material and well sewn. I will order from them again. Everyone who has seen my dress loves it as do I, now I can't wait for my wedding because I'm going to shine!

Hi my sister in law ordered this dress and they charged her the exchange rate from Canadian to American dollars when the website clearly said the cost and charges were in Canadian dollars. Also was disappointed in how the dress came all creased and folded up. Had to pay more money to get it dry cleaned.

My dress came today. The delivery time was so quick beyond my expectation. I misunderstood the measurement of hollow to floor and thanks for correcting. Very good customer service.
