After nearly a month I still have no slippers - although apparently they've been delivered?
The "emails" on the order bounce back so you can't contact anyone.
Do not recommend unless you want to waste your money.

Their slippers are a cheap copy of cloud slippers. Beware that returning their goods are not easy. The company will not response to email asking their return address. I had to escalate via PayPal. Managed to get their address, but DPD could not deliver it as the office is closed?
I had to provide a long email and collect evidences for PayPal to refund my money.
This transaction teach me a lesson not to fall for Instagram adds

I ordered a pair of slippers for shipment to Canada on December 8,2014. Some incompetent delivery people at Canada Post misplaced the package, and it was "returned to sender." I needed Buyhappyfeet customer service to make one phone call to Canada Post in order to get my (rather expensive) international shipping costs refunded. The unidentified representative responded with curt messages and offered no assistance, instructing me just to "reorder" and "use another address." I only have one address, and I get other packages here just fine. Finally, it took intervention from PayPal to force a refund of the product and shipping costs. The company was not willing to issue any refund at all. If you really need to order, I highly recommend using PayPal for your own protection. I would not trust them at all.

This customer submitted their order with an incorrect address. This was shipped to that address immediately like we do every order. The bad address caused it to be returned so we lost the shipping charge to the customer and a $23 charge to us to get the return back due to the bad address. Our policy is to credit the product and NOT charge the return fee to the customer for the mistake which is great to the customer, but we don't refund the shipping going out due to their mistake. This customer took issue with that and took no responsibility for that issue, wanted to blame us and all this was over their need for a $9 shipping refund when we paid $11 for the outgoing and $23 for the return on his mistake. The $34 cost was more than the total order. Customer is simply rude and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistake.

I picked up a pair of arizona cardinal slippers for my dad at this shop for his birthday and he thought it was the best thing ever. Fast shipping and the logos look great. I do not think these are authetic from the actual cardinals but they still look great.

I never received my item. I contacted them but no help was given. Their customer service was appalling. They were rude and seemed to only want to argue that it was not their fault that the item was never received. I am very disappointed and it was a terrible experience. I do not recommend shopping here at all.

Bad customer service
November 24, 2020

I ordered slippers and the tracking info said that it was arriving a certain date, but then days later it was still stuck at the same spot. I went ahead and contacted them and the representative said she was confused as to why I would think I would get my package on that date. I told them this is the estimated delivery. I have yet to have any response. It's still stuck in the same spot. I will try to get my money back.

These slippers are way way too small. They are tight on your feet and very heavy. They are a stuffed animal with a hole cut through the top. The sole also looks really, really thin. Too expensive just to keep. Although the company claims you can return them with ease that is not true. They sent me a three day priority mailing label and they were returned on December 16th. As of January 2 they claim not to have them yet. It took them a week to ship and now they say they don't have my return? It's their label let them trace it. In addition they have my money. I can not find them on BBB to complain neither in Kentucky or in Nebraska. They list their company address in a small town in Kentucky and their warehouse in a small town in Nebraska. Are they really a Chinese distribution company? And why is their return address 850 miles away from their office. I will contact American Express to dispute payment.

I ordered a pair of snooki slippers from this website, and was told they would ship in early january, I waited and waited, so i emailed the company and they said they would ship soon, i emailed them again when they weren't shipped yet and they said they ran out of the slipper and that they would be getting more soon. I then received an email with my order tracking number and it was the wrong slipper, I emailed the company again and they never responded. I called the company finally and talked to the president, he was very rude and told me they would not received the snooki slippers for another 45 days and that I had okayed the order to be cancelled so they shipped a different pair of slippers in place of it. First of all I never ok'd the order to be cancelled and they never told me they did not have the snooki slippers in stock. I will NEVER order from here again.

I purchased a pair of slippers for my fiance and my mother for Christmas last year. I received word 24 hours after the purchase was made that my card was charged and my order was in transit. I received it a few days later (as I opt'd for ground shipping being as it was a few weeks before Christmas so a rush was unnecessary). They showed up in perfect condition not even 72 hours after the email confirmation.

I've recommended this company to numerous friends whom have made quite a few purchases as well.

My only draw-back for this company is the fact that by sticking Snooki's name on the slippers it doubles the price. I understand she had a hand in putting them on the map, but the general consumer doesn't have the money she does, so spending $60 on a pair of slippers seems a little outrageous to me. It's upsetting because I personally prefer the quick slip-on slippers but can't justify spending $60+ on something I can pick-up from Payless for $15.

All rambling aside, the site is easy to use - the Paypal integration made my most recent purchase a breeze and I can't wait to receive my next "Your order is on its way" notice so hubby can enjoy his new fancy slippers for Christmas this year.

Wrong sizes sent and refused to refund
May 19, 2023

Ordered large ladies and they sent medium.
Ordered a pair of toddler boots and the pair that arrived were adult sizing. Almost the same size as the medium pair.
Refusing to allow return as an international order and also stated the medium pair was clearance. Fair enough for the clearance pair had they sent the correct size but they didn't.
DO NOT BUY FROM HAPPY FEET UNLESS YUO YOU ARE HAPPY TO GET WHATEVER
SIZE THEY DECIDE TO SEND. The slipper with sole up is the toddler one! What a joke and the other one is a medium not a large.
