Only heard from them once after asking for an update on whether my item had been dispatched. Took them 2 weeks to send my item. No response to any of my emails/chat messages about my items. I've contacted them 9 times. No one answering phone calls. No tracking number provided as promised. It's been more than a month and I have not received my items. Terrible.

I never received my item. I contacted them but no help was given. Their customer service was appalling. They were rude and seemed to only want to argue that it was not their fault that the item was never received. I am very disappointed and it was a terrible experience. I do not recommend shopping here at all.
