Steals your money

This company will steal your money, their money back guarantee is fake. They will make you pay shipping back to them, charge you a $5 restock fee and will not reimburse your original shipping fee. In the end you will get next to no money back if you need to return an item. The quality of their item is horrible and they blame it on COVID and try to get you to just order something else from their store which is also poor quality. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Scammers

BustedTees -- because the will bust you!
I ordered a Ladies Catzilla t-shirt and received a men's. I wrote to them (there is no phone number) and they were very slow to reply. They sent me a photograph of someone else's order and said my order - the correct order had been sent and received.
I'd never heard of the person whose order they photographed.
On top of that, the printing on the shirt was very poor. Had a big stripe down the middle that had no ink.
I would never buy from them again, and wish I hadn't ever bought from them this time.

WORST

"WORST company ever!

Advertised as 4-8 business day shipping- I ordered on March 3- after 15 business days I still didn't receive it. I contacted them, they said if I didn't get it by April 2nd, to contact them and they would send another shirt. I didn't get it by April 2nd, so I contacted them telling them to keep their shirt, it was already way past my friend's birthday by then. I contacted DHL, with whom they ship, and turns out they never shipped my order. WORST company ever and rude rude rude workers! "

Delivery not working

Still waiting for my order to arrive. I have no update for more than a week. Automatic response email only sends the same UPS tracking info I already know. Not buying anymore.

I purchased a Sasquatch shirt for my son-in-law.
The printing on the shirt was almost invisible. I ordered a size large and the shirt was HUGE, yet the wrist bands (cuffs) were so tight, he couldn't get his hands through them.
I emailed the customer service department, as well as sent pictures of the shirt, but they never responded. I asked my credit card company to reverse the charges. CRAPPY COMPANY!

I just spent $100 on a bunch of shirts because I like the creative design. It took forever to received the shirts and once I tried them on they were freaking itchy, thick, freaking small and the neck hole was unbelievably small.

I called customer service and the agent told me that I have to ship them back for an exchange on my own dime. He also said that their current vendor's t-shirt are smaller than usually standard, but they won't pay for the return shipping!

I decide to go 2 sizes up just to me safe since I have to pay for 6 t-shirt to be shipped back to them. Paid for tracking and 2 days priority. They received it but didn't resend until a week later and then it took another 2 weeks almost to get to me
AND GUESS WHAT... ITS STILL DIDN"T FIT! So freaking tight. I Am DOnE with this BS Company..

I Ordered a shirt (1) on December 11th. Figured I was cutting it close for Christmas delivery but, looked at the processing times and figured I would be fine combined with the fact that most retailers step it up around Christmas. Not Busted. Order sat in processing status for 7 days. Emailed and they basicly said I'm screwed and to take a picture of the gift and give it to the intended party …… until it comes …LOL. I then get a shipping status that it has been shipped. Nope! It's been sitting in shipped status now for 4 days. Has not even been delivered to UPS. They do not care once they have your money and they do not appear to care about repeat business. I wish I would have read reviews but you have to come to sites like this and trust pilot because they hide bad reviews on Facebook and do not have Google reviews because it would let the world know how subpar product and customer service is

We ordered 4 t-shirts on Dec 3rd, well in advance of their deadline for Christmas. When they weren't here by the 20th, I emailed and cust service said they'd be here by Christmas. According to their own website status updates, the shirts were in production until Dec 23rd. It's now Dec 27th and their tracking shows that USPS is waiting for the items. This isn't a shipping or carrier delay, it's just bad business and poor service.

I held a shirt up to look at it, had the window behind it and noticed I could see through the shirt. They say Fruit of the Loom, seriously doubt it! If they hold up a couple washes I'll be shocked. Wish I found this before I spent almost $100!

FYI, you have to pay for returns and get to pick more garbage, that you get to pay to have sent back to you. RIDICULOUS I emailed them and have heard NOTHING back. Not what I call good customer service!

Gifts

Purchased 3 gifts for the holidays. First off, didn't even realize that I had received a confirmation email from them as it was attached to an ad email to become a VIP member. They said it would be about a week or so and that I should have the package a little after the new year. It did finally arrive a month after ordering. I emailed asking if I could alter the order as 2 of the gifts were no longer needed. No. This followed with check your status links. The status said it had been made and was being shipped; however, it sat there for about 2 wks before anything showed on the transport ticket. Regarding, returns they don't pay for returns and will also deduct 5 as a reprocessing fee. For returns, I was instructed to refuse or return to sender. That was about two weeks ago and still haven't heard anything even after reaching out to them. Do not shop at this place. Customer service is a joke. I was told one thing and read something else on their own website on handling returns. Unbelievable, they got. One start since I actually got the package. But how I paid for the items, how long it took, and the pain in the $#*! way to process returns. Not worth it.
