If you are an artist thinking of uploading your designs: Do not. Just don't.

Firstly: after you reach a sales threshold, you'll make pennies on the dollar.
Secondly: They will absolutely steal your designs if you attempt to remove them from their site.

BustedTees is an unscrupulous company owned by corrupt greedy $#*!s.

Apparently a 50% discount code to repurchase items not received from an order placed in December is considered "customer service" from BustedTees - what a terrible experience and complete disappointment!

Shop elsewhere!

Support small businesses, just not this one!

Ordered a sweatshirt and for one it looks nothing like the picture. The printing looks like a rush job. They talk about how their stand behind their product but I have yet to see them do that. Stay away from them.

Ordered some shirts and did not ever receive them. The tracking status showed order received, nothing in transit or delivered.
They were not interested in resolving the issue, I could understand if the order said delivered but it wasn't.
I wish I had read these other reviews before ordering. Fraudulent indeed. The order was more than $100.00 too so it was not a small amount.

They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed. BIG LIE. They will not refund your money, even when they know your order hasn't been delivered. Their "tracking" is always "can't find your order". Nothing but a HUGE scam

I tried to cancel order one day later and was told it was too late, it was in progress. It didn't arrive for 14 days. So it was not in progress. They also will not accept free returns. You have to send it back as Refused and Send back to Sender at PO. Then they will credit you MINUS $5 restocking fee and your original shipping. These people are so out of tune with reality. Go to Amazon, or any other normal vendor.

Compared to what? Someone from the company riding a tortoise to your home and delivering your purchases? If I'm ponying up $10 to have something delivered I don't want it coming snail mail.
I ordered shirts from Life Is Good a day after I ordered from Busted Tees and I've already received them. And the shipping was half of what Busted Tees charged.
Don't advertise fast shipping when you can't deliver (pun intended) on that promise. This order will probably be my last unless they begin giving shirts away.

Order took over 2 1/2 months to be delivered, but it never arrived as they used the wrong address. Numerous attempts to get Busted Tee to respond went unanswered.

Busted Tees essentially STOLE $200 from me

I ordered two t-shirts in Feb for gifts. It's almost April 1 and they still haven't arrived. I emailed asking about my order, almost a week later they responded and provided me with another useless tracking number. I guess I've been scammed idk. Good times! Oh and yes, they sent me an email to review the product lol! I guess I can't take that selfie wearing your stupid t-shirt because it doesn't exist!

I bought my boyfriend a hoodie that says "I leveled up to daddy (player 1, player two joining with controllers). The outside material is a little rough but the inside is very soft feeling and seems like it would be warm! My only issue is certain areas it seems the seam comes out (doesn't seem to be a big problem) but besides that it looks really good! I hope it lasts through the laundry because I'd love for my boyfriend to wear this! I ordered July 30th and received it on August 6.

I ordered t-shirts for family members. Expected at least Hanes' basic quality. Think of the cheapest t-shirt material you can find and that's what they print on. Not only that, their customer service is horrendous. Go somewhere else!

I wish I'd read reviews here first. Run, don't walk, away from Busted Tees. Bad product, horrible customer service, only automated form letters by email. You will be disappointed and you will have no recourse. Much regret. Busted Tees give online ordering a bad name for sure. Products look great on website but don't get sucked into purchasing.

I ordered 2 hats back in August and this didn't arrive, after quite a few emails they agreed to send new ones out which didn't leave for another 2 weeks. They advertise fast shipping, I understand shipping delays but they continue to advertise 7- 12 days and mine has taken 5 months.
I still don't have this parcel! I have tried to email them multiple times to request a refund as this was for a gift with no reply.
I also did a review on their site but they only show 5 star reviews

I bought two t-shirts from BustedTees, one for me and one for my daughter. I was really psyched when they arrive, especially because I am a lifelong Trek fan. After the first wash, the ink on both t-shirts had cracked and faded considerably—something that usually takes months of wear and tear and washing. Make your own shirt at Vista Print or buy one at Think Geek... they last a hell of a lot longer.

What an absolute waste of money from yet another American company shipping to Canada. Sick and tired of these companies deciding that they have no responsibility once their package leaves their country. If you have a tracking system you should be able to track it from the time it leaves you to the time it gets to me. I have now been waiting more than four weeks for three T-shirts. Absolutely unbelievable and it's absolutely abhorrent it's a disgusting disgusting practice and it's no wonder that this company has so very little star is in its favor. I will never be ordering from busted teas and if you're from Canada and you want to order them don't. You will be disappointed

Their L/XL flexfit hats fit perfectly. Hard to find ones that are true to the size advertised. And they're selection of styles is sick! Love it! My hat is f**king awesome!

I'm no fabric connoisseur, but the shirts i received are light weight and feel very comfortable. Very breathable fabric, which i need in California. The shipping, as other reviews state, is god awful. Way over-charge you for shipping (i work for an ecommerce site myself that ships products, i know shipping rates) and it is the slowest possible shipping on every option. This is a huge downfall and probably the only reason Busted Tees isn't going to be my first choice or even my second for future shirt purchases despite how great their products are. In 2017, shipping should cost near nothing.

I have placed several orders, over the last two years, with BustedTees. Each time the shirts are comfortable, good quality shirts that look nice. I usually give these for gifts. This time around I accidentally placed the same order three times, so I cancelled two of the orders and found that the money had already been taken out of my account. When I called customer service (on Black Friday), there was no wait to talk to a representative and she was extremely helpful. The money has since been out back into my account. I will definitely buy from BustedTees again!
