My order was supposedly delivered…. To a PO Box. I don't have a PO Box and the USPS has no such tracking number that BustedTees gave me. No phone number to contact; just an email address that tells you it's been delivered and you need to check to make sure it wasn't stolen or check with USPS. Stolen from an imaginary PO Box that BustedTees can't even confirm.

I ordered on November 30th and my shirts didn't ship until December 19th. I tried to cancel my order when they told me that their normal 5-8 business days processing was slower due to order volume and they ignored my request. I tried to cancel three times with same results. Now, they are saying that I'm going to have to return the shirt, pay for shipping and the restocking fee. This company is awful.

I ordered a handful of tees and sweatshirts for my teenage son and husband. I loved the text and print but the quality of the material is cheap. The tees are thin and scratchy not worth the $30 each that I paid. I found one of the tees was miss labeled, the size on the shirt was XL when the scanning tag was L, which is what I ordered. I contacted CS for a return option, they asked for pictures, I sent pictures and haven't heard back... its been a month.

Ordered 9 tees based on the offered designs the promised shipping before Christmas. Started getting concerned when the order tracking never showed, and the order status never changed. Worried more when emails generated the identical canned language in return "5-8 days", and never changed. Had it when they did not arrive before Christmas, and emails still generated the identical canned response. Filed a complaint with me card company and asked them to investigate. Do that, and if its warranted, file a complaint with your BBB as well. Went to a local tee-shirt shop and just had them print some right there for me - it might be a good idea to do the same wherever you may be, and support a local business.

I bought this great hoodie from Busted tees a few years back. It fit me great. Was my favorite hoodie. Over the past few years I've bought at least 15 hoodies and 30 different shirts... well, my favorite hoodie went missing after a wildfire swept through my town and forced me to leave. So after several months of looking, I gave up and decided to spent another $40 on the same hoodie. Only when it came in it was a completely different style and material. I contacted busted tees and they essentially told me to deal with it. They didn't inform repeat customers of this change in style. The new style is thick and frumpy, very different from their comfortable light weight hoodies from before.
I won't be shopping here again.

This review is only about the quality of the actual tshirts that bustedtees sells. I ordered a tshirt as a gift, and the shipping was quick and my order was processed correctly. The tshirts themselves are the cheapest, crappiest fabric you could imagine. Think of the tshirts they shoot into the stands at basketball games, or the ones companies give away as promo merch. I tried everything I could to soften the shirt, including salt water brine and several washes. Still awful. If you are a fan of soft, quality tees, bustedtees is not for you.

I ordered a t-shirt from them. When I received it, it had a hole in it. I tried emailing them multiple times, tried their online chat, and ticket system. Still no response. Terrible customer support. Still trying to get an exchange.

This company is obviously in over its head. Can't handle the Christmas rush. Shirts ordered 3 WEEKS AGO, still havent shipped and customer service is quick to blame everyone else but themselves.

Don't buy unless you don't mind waiting A MONTH for a t-shirt.

Not sure these guys have heard of the TCPA, but you're not allowed to text people in the US without the end user taking action to opt-in to texts, AFTER providing the user with that common notification that msg & data rates may apply.
I am not in the habit of clicking those boxes, so was quite surprised to start getting texts from them. I think it was actually the 3rd party payment process that did it. At any rate, they're culpable. Anyone with time on their hands, there's a class action here waiting to happen.
Also, the hoodie I received was unraveling a bit. Fleece was soft though, so 2 stars.

I ordered a tshirt for my dad in 2xl knowing that they usually run fairly small. I wait seriously 2 weeks for it to ship to me. Once I finally do receive it, it's the wrong freaking size. They sent a 3xl instead of a 2xl, and it is absolutely massive. I contact customer service via email and tell them about the problem. The only solution I'm offered is a refund on the shirt, not even to cover shipping. I ended up calling and spoke to the same very unhappy and unhelpful lady named samantha. She refused to even attempt to fix their error. After threatening to file a charge back with my credit card she agreed to refund $4 of the $10 I paid for shipping. Their minimum shipping charge is $6. So they sent me the wrong size item, and refuse to fix it, and won't even refund me enough to reorder it. I have ordered from them for the last 5 years but will find another company to give my money to.
