I didn't even type in my card information before they started calling and text messaging me. I had to block the number, didn't even place the order. Wow, what a weird company.
USED THIS SITE YEARS AGO... It was ok. Today it's scary. You place an order and they call you with what you ordered to confirm it. Customized colors and sizes and last four of credit card. Only they say they can get you a better price so they cancel your order on the phone and replace the order. You get email confirmations. Then you get hit up on "what's app" with demands for payment through paypal or bitcoin or they'll use your credit card... They threaten you cannot cancel because eveything is shipping charges and that's their policy. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO MANAGEMENT, NO EMAIL RESPONSES THAT ARE NOT CANNED... DONT GET TAKEN - YOU'LL WIND UP WITH NO SHIRTS AND A NEW CREDIT CARD NUMBER - Um WTF?
I'm happy with the Tee but man the relentless spam from them afterwards. TShirts may be their life but it isn't mine. We aren't that interested in T-Shirts Busted Tees!

Don't waste your time or money with this "company". They are a waste of time. Crappy product with worse customer service. I put in an order (over $130 worth of products) for a special event and after a month it still hasn't shipped. Items didn't arrive in time for event and the "company" refused to cancel the order. AVOID THESE RIPOFF ARTISTS!
I have placed so many orders on line, and each time when I met some problems, they will help me solve it soon. I like the website. I will do business with it.
Ordered three shirts. Didn't realize that the shirts aren't produced until after ordered. E-mailed customer service with a complaint about the turn-around time and, instead of snarkily pointing out that the website states that shirts take about 3-5 days to make, the rep apologised, acknolwedged that the notice on the website wasn't as clear as it could be, and gave me a significant discount as a result of the snafu. Great customer service!
I got two tees, both for a good price (with a discount), I live in Canada and they shipped within the estimated time, and the quality is pretty good!
Love the site and going to buy again
I was considering buying a couple shirts from this company. I was surprised to find I couldn't enter a discount code or get a shipping quote without entering my complete shipping information, email, and phone number. I didn't think too much of it at the time and continued. Within one minute of submitting that information, my phone was ringing with an 877 number. I did not answer. Only seconds later, I received a text message from a different number, greeting me by name and offering a discount on douching products. I have never seen a text spammer use my name before. I am forced to conclude that Busted Tees is selling their customers' personal data.
I didn't realise until it was too late that there was no Terms of Service agreement on our before the page that collects your contact information; you have to find a link to their Privacy Policy on the page footer. It contains disgusting statements like "By using any of our services you are agreeing to these terms," and "We work with a variety of third parties and may share customer data with them."
This company is despicable.
Took more than 4 months to receive a delivery of 1 T-shirt with constant progress requests and nothing happe ing. I'd written them off.
Quality is horrible, what happened to their soft vintage cotton? I wouldn't let my dog wear these! They are all shmedium and thick polyester style material. I'm a Large, not petite small!
Fun to peruse this t-shirt site. I've gotten a few tees from here, no complaints. Nothing out of the ordinary special, just a cool tshirt store.
My wife and I have had nothing but terrible customer service while trying to deal with this company.
We both place an order at the end of November, hers on the 23rd and mine on the 25th. Both ship out early december (Bensenville) at the same time and both arrive in Chicago together. There they sit for 3 weeks, we ask for an update are told they were lost in transit and new packages will be shipped out. December 28th, mine ships (Bensenville). Arrives in Chicago and once again stops. During this time, my wife's original package, that was determined to be lost, starts moving and going on a tour of the North Eastern US, finally arriving in Gaylord, where Busted Tees is located, clearly being returned to sender. They resend my wife's package, which is now sitting in Chicago and has once again been determined to be "lost". Meanwhile, my original package starts moving again! Doing a similar tour of the North Eastern US, but ultimately ending up in Gaylord, where Busted Tees is located. At this point, my second package hasn't moved for weeks and I'm clearly not getting the original one. I ask for a refund and not to have a third package sent to me. Three days later I wake up to an email with tracking for a THIRD PACKAGE. I reply telling them I do not want it and that I want my money back. I am told I have to wait for 6 weeks of no tracking updates OR refuse the package and send it back at my own expense. It's like it's a game, I need to wait 6 weeks of no tracking to get a refund, but they will send me a replacement before that 6 weeks is up, so I am never reaching that 6 week period. I am beyond livid with this company, which is sad because I had a great experience with them in 2021 when I ordered a hat for myself. I will be starting the charge back process with my bank so I am not dinged additional shipping or a "Restocking fees" for products that may not even exist.
And for those wondering if maybe the address was wrong, I was asked to confirm it...TWICE.
Why is the site not taking my credit card then tells me I am not authorized to see the site? I have a pending order in my cart
It's been 20 days and I haven't heard a peep. I tried to reach out twice and haven't gotten a response.
Ordered 70$ of product on Dec 20 - couldnt get tracking info or support at all by Jan 1.
No answers
They give bogus tracking numbers for shipping and when your stuff doesn't arrive, the customer service is a joke.
Never received my order. When I contacted "customer service" they said they weren't responsible for that so basically they stole my money
I'm officially done with Busted Tees. This company clearly doesn't have customer appreciation, and the know-how to fix a long standing, widely popular complaint, which is: shipping. I just had my second shopping experience with them, each time, I chose 3-5 day shipping (which I've paid steep amounts for). The 5th business day passed, the shirts had not arrived. I'm typically a pretty chill person, and it takes a lot to get me aggravated enough to write bad reviews, but one of the things that really irks me is the fact that they don't even bother to reach out and explain why your order has been delayed. You have to initiate. There's a chick that handles their Facebook page (Sloane), who is decent at responding politely to not so nice reviews. She told me that two of the shirts that I chose, clearly stated, a delay in shipping would follow. She said that the delay was mentioned on the product page, in the cart, and also at the end of the transaction. Well, I took screenshots of their site to show her that there is no such warning. She then told me that the items were no longer pre-sale items, so the warning would no longer appear. That's BS, because I take screenshots of all of my online transactions, and again, there were absolutely zero warnings of any kind of potential delay, and the proof was not only in the current screenshots I took for her, but also in the screenshots I took during the transaction process. She said that they refunded my shipping cost, more BS. I've received no refund of any sort. In the meantime, I can see that my order FINALLY shipped, what's funny is, the package has not arrived, and it's been over 5 days. So, they have the t-shirts in stock, they finally ship them, but they don't even use the shipping method I paid for, that they were supposedly going to refund. On top of everything, they are now hiding bad reviews on their Facebook page. I left my review for the public, but was messaged a private reply, and my review never appeared on their page. So, the bad reviews you can see on their page, aren't even all of them. The fact that they receive so many bad reviews, that they now have it set to not make those reviews public, should show you what a crappy company this really is. By the time my order arrives, it'll be a month. I have received items from overseas in half that time. It can take a month or more to receive purchased items, they blame customers for not reading multiple warnings of delays, when no such warnings existed, they offer refunds, but you never receive them, they hide reviews from the public, so they can continue sucking in new customers. That about sums up why this company is by far, the worst t-shirt company known to man.

- certains visuels sont de qualité très très moyenne (pixellisés, flous, couleurs non fidèles à la pub) j'hésite à renvoyer
- 7 emails de relance au service client qui n'a JAMAIS répondu
- cerise sur le gâteau, au lieu de répondre à mes questions, ils m'envoient un email AUTOMATIQUE avec 20% sur la prochaine commande en échange d'un SELFIE! En plus ils commencent leur email avec "l'expérience client est notre préoccupation #1" je suis dead consterné.
Le monde à l'envers. Plus jamais Busted Tees, c'est à la limite du foutage de gueule. Et croyez moi je le ferai savoir.
