I have adult children, and I am fully aware of their genders and sizes. You delivered all three in the wrong gender and/or size.
When I tried to request a return, I was directed to print out a shipping label, stating that I would have to pay the shipping.
Never again, and will advise everyone to stay away from your business.
Thanks for messing up a pretty good christmas gift for my kids.

Wrong Size

I ordered a shirt in XL and recieved a L. I emailed the *******@bustedtees.com address and received an autorespose offering me 25% discount on another order. I advised I either needed a refund or the correct size shirt with only another autoreponse advising receipt of the email. It has been a week with no additonal response. Their customer service is claerly lacking.

Don't buy from this company

I bought two shirts well before deadline for Christmas. When it hit 14 business days after purchase I asked for a refund using their refund form and policy guidelines. I was ignored, and today guess what they are shipping with a promse for delivery within 15 business days. Wow, end of January. Fantastic work. The best part was every time I asked for a refund, I was told if I made my order before December 8 I would get it. Liars, liars, liars, do not buy from this business.

Place is a joke

Placed my order on December 1,2021 and finally received 1/2 of my order on December 27,2021. Customer service assured me that my order would be delivered before Christmas. The clothing they sell is overpriced and the quality is very poor. I don't recommend this place at all

Terrible company
July 16, 2020

Order two tee shirts and when I still did not have them after one month I emailed to cancel the order. My email to cancel was dated July 14. Their reply come over 24 hours later, on July 15, stating they could not cancel the order because it had already been shipped. I had received no notification of shipment. I checked my order status on the website and as suspected, still in process, not shipped. I followed up and asked for proof of shipment as the status of the order said in process. Never received any response. Then July 16, I get an email stating the item has shipped. The company lies to its customers and I fill be filling complaints and posting reviews where ever I can so other customers don't get deceived.

Slow

Disregard the "fast delivery" on their website. Purchased a t-shirt on December 9th, hoping that it would arrive by Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, I did not receive an email saying that it was shipped or that the item was delivered. I reached out to my loved one, in Florida, Christmas morning only to find out that they did not receive my gift. I went on Busted Tees website only to find out that my t-shirt was shipped on December 22nd! Why did it take that amount of time to ship one shirt! Currently my Christmas gift is sitting somewhere in Tampa waiting to be delivered to Fort Myers. It is a shame how difficult it is anymore to find a legit place.

I strongly advise against buying their products. Crappy reps!
So, went looking at some shirts on their site. Started checkout, set phone down for a shower and to get my wallet.
Came back, and finished my order. Then noticed the text from "Gilbert".
While my phone was down, a rep texted to provide an offer of more off. When I saw it, I composed a message asking if it could be applied.
My message sent, and his arrived at the same time.
"Idiot" was his message. (See screenshot)
Seriously?

The cancellation policy is 24 hours. I submitted it within 15 minutes of ordering.
They won't acknowledge the cancellation.
Screw these people. If you want to be treated like crap, go ahead and deal with them.

Barely arrived in time

Update: the T-shirts did arrive one day before Christmas. Shipping took one month at that point. The quality is good and he loves them. I'm still not buying from this company again though. There are a lot of T-shirt companies in the world.

My story is the same as everyone else's I guess... I ordered 4 T-shirts for my husband for Christmas. Order was placed on December 4th and I received a text stating processing was 5-7 days. At 7 days I email... no response. On day 8 I email again... got a response that processing is 5-7 days. On day 10 I email. No response. I got a text on day 12 stating that they have been shipped, however, UPS tracking says that they haven't been picked up yet. Crossing my fingers that my $80 worth of T-shirts arrives before Christmas day. I work for a logistics company, and there is no reason for processing and shipping on 4 T-shirts to take this long.

Oh... yes... the texts and calls... AGRESSIVE. I hope the quality isn't as terrible as the reviews state... but I'm never ordering from this place again.

Finally got my shirt. Wouldn't go through the hassle again (ever) but I will add one star because it does look pretty good. The sweatshirt is a good brand and the writing looks good. My only hesitation is how many people have had bad experiences with fading and cracking. So, we'll see.

I should have read reviews before ordering. These are the actual words on the website regarding being dissatisfied with how long it is taking to get your item shipped. They tell you you can't cancel your order: "Even if I email you and tell you how angry I am? "
Does it sound like they may have had that problem a couple of times? They say 5 to 8 days to get it printed and sent out. Yeah. Just don't.

Promoting Ageism

I saw ad ad by BustedTees and I was almost going to order a t-shirt, and then I saw their Haters Gonna Hate with images of two older white guys. It's pretty disappointing to see a company promote Ageism like this company. We have enough division already input society without companies creating more. Ironically, by selling this elderly-bashing t-shirt, BustedTees have become the haters that hate. No order for me.

Creative t-shirts

Maybe I'm too old to wear or like funny t-shirts, but none the less, I do. Busted Tees has some of the funniest shirts I have ever seen. Prices are very reasonable too. Their clearance shirts are as low as $8. Good for gifts for friends with a sense of humor or for yourself.

NEVER BUY FROM BUSTED TEES - EVER!

You have been warned! Not only are their dispatch times false - allow at least 3 weeks to be printed and sent, not the 3-5 days they say. Their communication is non existent or rude. I sent approximately 15 emails regarding the order I placed on the 20th of August, with 3 replies - but the second I requested a refund (entitled to one should the goods not be received from 6 weeks after leaving the US) they have failed to reply to a single email and adhere to consumer law by refunding me for goods not received. I will NEVER buy from them again and warn you not to either. I want to give them a negative star rating they certainly don't deserve a 1 star!

Bad bad service

Order on November 30th and not receive yet. We are December 31. Wrote many times to the cie and they apologized but still nothing. No discount, no cash back. I don't have Christmas gifts of my boyfriend and spend 200$ … it is so frustrating

Used to be the best

Now they're the worst. $#*!ty Gildan material and it took 3 weeks (international) and was ridiculously expensive. They used to be my favourite place for shirts. Now I will never ever buy from them again.

Will never order from BustedTees again. There is a reason they don't open their page for customers to post reviews. First off, they charge 3X as much for each shirt as I normally pay at other sites. Then, they have just about the worst turnaround for anything I've ordered. It has been almost a month, and I still don't have my order. They supposedly sent it via UPS, and for the last week, the tracking info said it would be delivered by Dec 3. When it didn't show up yesterday, the tracking info changed to "estimated delivery date - Dec 4", followed by "scheduled for pickup". That confused me, so I contacted UPS. The representative who returned my call from contact request form told me the package is being handed off to the US postal service, and I'd have to contact them about a delivery date. The USPS site says it will provide me with an estimated date for delivery when it is available. This is some $#*!ing bull$#*!.

Horrible quality

The printing was shockingly bad, like they run out of ink. And I ordered women's T-shirt's and they had no shape. I gave them to the charity shop as returning was too complicated. You will be disappointed.

Order here if you have a couple of months

Ordered shirts for everyone in the family on Nov 30th, figuring that was plenty of time. They didn't even ship them until Dec 13,13 days later. On Dec 17th, UPS hadn't even picked them up. No way they were going to get here for Christmas, and that's after paying $33 in shipping charges! They finally showed up January 6th, a full 6 weeks and 5 days later. Yes, we're in Canada. But the fact that it took them nearly two weeks to even put 5 shirts in a mailer bag means they just don't give a crap how long it takes.

I ordered 4 hats. 2 of them I received were exactly like what was shown on the site. The other 2, nothing like what was shown on the site. I've been trying to email these guys and all I get is the standard bs email about returning, store credit or refund. What I want to know is why I received the wrong items. Have they discontinued the style of hat, did they go with a different supplier... what happened?!
The hat shown on the site has a nice curved crown, white lines along the brim. The hat I received has a squared looking trucker hat feel and no lines along the brim.
If you're not going to deliver what is shown in your site, then update your site!
And answer emails and provide a customer service phone number

I got several things from this site, one of which was the Curve device. I does not work and it turns out that the site does not allow returns for this purchase. How can that be I wonder when an electronic device cannot be returned? And what am I supposed to do about it? The T is ok, but I strongly recommend not to buy anything else but T's from them.
