I ordered 4 hats. 2 of them I received were exactly like what was shown on the site. The other 2, nothing like what was shown on the site. I've been trying to email these guys and all I get is the standard bs email about returning, store credit or refund. What I want to know is why I received the wrong items. Have they discontinued the style of hat, did they go with a different supplier... what happened?!
The hat shown on the site has a nice curved crown, white lines along the brim. The hat I received has a squared looking trucker hat feel and no lines along the brim.
If you're not going to deliver what is shown in your site, then update your site!
And answer emails and provide a customer service phone number

I recently purchased a eGift card for tgif for $35 value. I received my confirmation email and clicked on the link to redeem. I received a eGift card and card #. I thought ok, nice it worked.
The next day I decided to purchase another eGift card. I ended up selecting the same TGIF and the same $35 value. Problem is that when I redeemed it, I received the exact same gift card # as before. Which can't be correct. I have emailed their customer service and am waiting a reply. Hopefully this gets resolved.
