These people are horrible. I've been trying to get a refund for weeks. They keep telling me they've processed the return, and I'll see the refund within 1-3 business days, then they send me an email saying the amount of the return has changed, and I'll see the refund in 1-3 business days, then they send me an email saying they got my request to convert the refund to store credit (I NEVER MADE THAT REQUEST!) and I will see the refund in 1-3 business days. When I called to inquire why they converted the refund to a store credit, they claimed they didn't know why it happened, and now I'll see my refund in 3-5 business days. I really hate these people!
