Ordered on Thursday morning, received parts Friday around dinner time...That was with standard shipping (which was free) Price for the product was a little below most other places...Good deal. No complaints about Bumperstore at all, already recommended them to friends. The product ordered had a few gripes about installation instructions (all true) but after installing the step on one side the other side took about 1/3rd. The time. Installed the side steps by myself in about 3.5 hrs. With common hand tools. Happy customer.

Product was shipped in a timely fashion, materials were of good quality. A lot of "engineering" was required to mount the winch and bumper; it appears that no changes in the bumper were made to fit the current body style. Despite meticulous packaging, there was some damage to the bumper finish, which I can only assume happened prior to the packaging. Overall a pretty lukewarm experience, which is too bad because it could have been truly great with just a little more effort. Side note: I was led to expect a free tow strap as part of the package. That did not happen.

Ordered on a monday was promised it would be here on thursday or Friday. I called the number provided in the email and they told me the "tried" to contact me to "verify" my address when I already provided them with my email, phone number, and address so since I didn't "answer" they didn't ship it. Now I was promised it would be here the following monday (WHICH IS A HOLIDAY). They basically told me sorry were can't do anything about it. Now all I'm doing is waiting, I'm hoping it won't be damaged or the wrong one. I will update when I get my bumper... HOPEFULLY. The lady named CJ is rude and basically brushed me off when I FIRST called inquiring about a bumper, talked to Jeff supposedly the MNGR and Cody. They supposedly know the mngr of the shipping company "personally" and was gonna see what they can do. Very stressful and horrible service... NEVER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!
