It wasn't too difficult to contact customer service, but they never bothered to solve my problem, or even get back to me. I was also told, that they wouldn't accept a return on my bumper, since I had already installed it; even though, I would have never known the trailer wiring wouldn't reach the redesigned location on their bumper, until after the installation.

It took me one phone call. They answered right away and fully answered my questions.
