This is my second bumper from you guys. It Ship fairly fast. Hope this one comes quickly. Lots of complements on my rear bumper.

Once received the overall quality and ease of assembly exceeded my expectations. However I did purchase nylon nuts at HomeDepot to ensure the bolts would not vibrate loose over time.

I ordered a Thunderstruck Elite for a barely used 2004 Dodge 3500. Bumpersuperstore called me to confirm a custom order would take some additional time to manufacture. Bumper arrived in less than expected time frame! Installed easily with tractor and loader, now i can drive Iowa's rural roads without too much worry about a 300lb deer destroying my truck. Will recommend Bumpersuperstore to friends.
I ordered a front bumper from here. The bumper came damaged and when I contacted them they offered me a $200 credit for $450 worth of damage. According to them I could use rust-oleum to "fix" the damage. When I decided to return the bumper because I'm not paying almost $2,000 for a damaged bumper. Returning it is proving to be an even bigger hassle. This is now the 4th time the truck has not come to pick up the bumper. I obviously have to be here in order to sign for it. I am now missing work to try to return this thing and somehow nobody knows when the truck can be here to get it. I just want this thing gone and to never to have to deal with this company again. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!
Splitters showed up very quickly and the quality was great.
I haven't yet installed it.

Actual weight guessing is around 175 lbs.
Powder coat looks pretty good, but I don't trust it so I'm having it LineXed. I got tired of damaging the front of my truck from hitting deer. This bumper covers the grill, and is heavier gauge than the original bumper.
Shopping experience is good so far. Will re-evaluate after product delivery.
Overall everything was great. Shipping was quick. My wife met the driver he unloaded it right into my shop floor then he used his pallet jack to move it over out of the way and where I could get to it later with my tractor. Thanks
Great price! Shipped and arrived quickly! Unfortunately was the wrong model for my year truck, called and spoke with Casey and then Cory to get the correct nerf bar shipped out!
Have the other unit packed up and ready to ship back with the return authorization for a refund!

Smittybilt M1 Bumper price was competitive and item was in stock. Free shipping was a huge plus. Winter weather on the east coast impacted delivery time, but no fault of Bumper Superstore. Somewhat disappointed in the pricing and quality of 3/4" tow shackles. Expected better quality for the price. Powder coating was thin, and has chipped just from installation.

The shipping damaged both sides of the bumper, deep scratches. Didn't notice when shipment arrived.

Very quick and easy. Absolutely love the pricing. Could not beat it nowhere. I did have some shipping issues with it though. And the free lights I received for free, the plug fell off and I had to hard wire it to make it work. Hey there than that everything worked out great
