In short, I was signed up for a membership just by entering my email for a new order. The new credit card came with a coupon code that doesn't work. Trying to get anybody to address either issue has been impossible!

IF THERE WAS ANY RATING AVAILABLE LESS THAN A 1 STAR THAT WOULD STILL BE TOO HIGH OF A RATING!

We ordered 4 extra wide outdoor recliners with cushions on April 27. It was supposed to be a two week delivery. I have called numerous times only to be told various stories. Finally, we just received our new Brylanhome magazine. The chairs are now $20 cheaper. Since we have not yet received the chairs, I asked for a price adjustment. I was told that I would have to cancel the order and reorder. I requested to speak with the supervisor numerous times. I was simply put on hold and told no, the customer service person could not understand the questions I asked OR she chose not to answer. I was told on June 30, that the new delivery date was July 12. So today she told me I would get them tomorrow. I repeated the fact that I had not received any information on them. She said the new ship date is end of July. Geeeeeez. Do not order from them. I wish I would have read the reviews first.

26 mins hold to have agent hang up on me. Wanted to return $126 package delivered to my address in error but agent hung up on me? I suspect this was a gift but local thrift shop will get brand new item. Customer service is atrocious.

I had ordered my curtains since 5/1/21 and still in back ordered. However, received an email stated if I don't call they will cancel after I have been waiting so long. I just called and waited 38 minutes before I spoke with someone and she was harsh and rude. I think this company can and must do better bcz they have great products and can implement a class for customer service how to handle any kind of calls. She was even madder than me.

I wish I had read the company reviews before placing my order! I ordered the Florence oversized queen bedspread and two standard pillow shams and paid for expedited shipping. The reviews for the bedding were very positive. I signed up with UPS to receive text notifications on my shipment. When I didn't receive any updates, I contacted a UPS agent and was told to have the shipper file a claim. Upon speaking with a customer service representative and her supervisor from Brylane Home I was told that they would not file a claim for at least 30 days from the time my order was shipped. In addition I was told that a credit would not be issued for 30 days as well. Ultimately, I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute with them. Brylane Homes was not interested in helping to solve my problem, remedy the situation or accommodate me in any form or fashion. I will never do business with Brylane Home again.

I purchased three sets of solar lights and was told they would be in within ten days. I tried online to find out when the items would be shipped. When I put the customer number and they said they didn't recognize it they didn't recognize any of the information I had. I called them and was on hold for 45 minutes before someone came on the line. I was told they had no idea when the product would be in. Two weeks after that the product was delivered I opened up up and put them outside for two days they worked and then one broke. I called Brylane Lane Home four times and was on hold for each day over an hour each time with no one who picked up the phone. While on hold the first thing mentioned was when you buy anything from Brylane you are accepting their terms and conditions. Finally when someone picked up phone I explained my problem and was hoping I could return the broken light and I would be sent a new one. The person I spoke to said he needed a supervisor. The supervisor came on the phone and said. They DO NOT REPLACE and they DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING BACK. And then the woman referred to the terms and agreement that we have to abide by. I don't know any company that I've ever bought anything from that didn't take anything back they said it was used for two days and that's it this company is cheating the public they don't stand behind their products and just because they had that terms and condition lines that gives them every reason to cheat us. Shame on that company. From now on I will only use companies that I can return the broken item and get my money back or get a replacement. Do not buy from Brylane homes. Their customer service is appalling and they must have no more than two people who work there because no one ever picks up the telephone. It was a shockingly horrific experience! Beware of Brylane Home.

Delivery time sucks
June 28, 2021

I ordered a quilt June 2,2021. I have been given so many different delivery dates. Dates that was given saying it was on the truck for delivery was never right. Today is June 28,2021 and I have yet to receive the quilt I ordered. I am no longer interested in the product I ordered. I found something similar that I am totally satisfied with from J C Penney.

I ordered a laptop desk in Feb. 2021 and here we are in June almost July and NOTHING. I keep getting the run around. I have sent emails and have commented on their Facebook posts. NOTHING. Not one helpful person works for this company. I WANT MY DESK I ORDERED! YOU HAVE MY MONEY, SEND ME MY PRODUCT!. I promise after I get it I will NEVER order anything again. This site is overpriced and a scam! I ordered bedding which I really needed on 6/1. Its 6/17 and it still has not shipped. Their customer service is so bad it borders on funny. I finally spoke to a supervisor who activated free return on my items but claimed she could not cancel the order which I think is bullcrap because tje hold on the amount in bank account was released presumably because they're taking so long to fulfill so they could kill the order. Just think they know they suck and refuse to do it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Go to Shein instead. They're in Europe and take a whole to fullfil and ship but theyre still faster than this co. In the states!

I placed an order for patio cushions in April. I have received 3 emails saying they were arriving on 3 different dates. When I've called about the order EVERY agent is RUDE. They say do you want to cancel the order? Ahhhhhh no. I want to know when you will honor your committment. Turn to any other company!

Customer Service? There is NONE! No one answers the phone, on-line chat did not respond and now is no longer available, email responses from Customer Service (if that's what they call it) does not address the issue and on and on. Ridiculous! Called the 915 number (Corporate Office? In El Paso?) Shockingly, a live person answered, gave the CPG 800 number but did not know where that office was located? What? Come On. Order cancelled! Unbelievable!

My grandmother ordered 4 pillows for her outdoor furniture. At time of order it was buy one get one 50% off. The pillows she selected said in stock. A couple weeks went by and then she received an email that they were on back order. She went almost 2 months with no update on her order. One day they finally showed up, sent separately with a separate shipping charge for each. When she looked at her invoice brylanehome charged her full price for all 4 pillows! After numerous attempts to call them she finally got through to a person. They told her the pillows were on back order and that the sale price wouldnt be honored. When she placed the order, they infact said in stock. This place is a rip off and impossible to reach customer service. Don't buy from brylanehome as you'll be disappointed and managers clearly dont care if they lose customers and refuse to make things right!

Ordered 2 pair of jeans on 4/20. Rec'd order and ship confirmation. Status places it about an hour from my home since 5/15. Never received the order. Reached out to them 5/24 and 6/4 and never received a response. Disputed charge on my credit card - hoping they'll refund. AWFUL COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Products are crap

Spent close to $300 on an office chair that said it was specifically for big and tall people. Four months of use and the cylinder isn't working, so the chair constantly sinks. I submitted a request to return the chair and was told all returns must happen within 60 days of purchase. Do NOT buy from this company! Their products are cheaply made,

Don't expect a full refund as you get a gift card toward their store. Also exchange process is ridiculous as never got my exchange and been over 2 months.
Shipping extremely slow at a month... I understand covid but other companies don't have that long of a delay.
Getting any associate on phone is a normal 40+ minute wait.

Horrible product and customer service

I made the mistake of ordering from Brylane Home and I'm very sorry I did. First they trick you into giving your email, thinking you will get 20% off, then they immediately charge you for a trial "membership" for $1.99 the first month, and $14.99 the following months. What? Who ever heard of that? Then, I called to cancel (you can't do it any other way), and was treated as though I was lucky to get the $1.99 credited back to me. The lady on the phone acted as though she was really put out and I was interrupting her day. Shipping is another story. They say initially that your item will be delivered in 7-14 business days. Mine wasn't even shipped until day 12, and sat in Indiana for about 4 days, and was finally delivered on day 19. Not too happy about that. Then my sheer curtains, which are supposed to be pale rose, were more like a dirty brown rose. The picture actually looks better than the item, but it's obvious they don't look like the color advertised. They are so ugly. BUT trying to return, they charge you shipping again of $9.99, or you can get a e-card to buy something from them again. Why in the world would I want to do that?! I admit I took a risk ordering from them, and I'm here to warn you not to make that same mistake. Don't order from this company. They are sneaky, cheap, and their product is not as advertised. I learned to always read reviews about a company before ordering.

I bought a brnch and called back to cancel, since it was in backorder. The person I spoke to told me she would cancel it. I received an email that it had been sent, and rejected it when it came. They refunded everything but the shipping, and refuse even a supervisor, by the name of: Manny. This is so bad the way they did business, I closed the card with them, and will never buy anything again, not that it matters to them.

False Advertising

I ordered 2 curtains (thankfully started with small order.). At the time of order estimated delivery date of two weeks. After about 3 weeks with nothing, not even an e mail I go trying to track my package. It didn't even start shipping until after projected delivery date. They originally would just post a new expected delivery date, however since each one was not met it now just says "soon". I've received packages from China in less time.
