I believe it to be a scam. It has been a total scam for me.

Stay away form them and their line of credit! Horrible customer service- they don't respond promptly to your requests, incomplete answers, don't follow through as promised... and they will completely screw up your credit with their fees and lack of attention

Scam, report to BBB or attorney general ASAP. Everything from changing the quoted price, false charges to your card and not canceling orders AND not taking items back!
