I used my line of credit and paid off the balance, never missing a payment or being late. At the end of June 2019, after finding out that found that I was charged a membership fee of $19.00, I contacted Comenity Bank to have the charge removed. They instructed me to contact Brylane Home customer service which I did. Three days later I received a response that the charge would be credited. Fast forward 2 weeks and the charge is still on my account and was never credited. I send another message and finally on July 27th, I received an email that the charge was credited. Today, August 14th, I receive my statement expecting a zero balance and low and behold, I find that there are 2 late fee charges due to the membership fee I never authorized plus interest charges and now I owe them $51.00. Stay away from them!
