I brought a set of Bamboo Curtains. They were not what I expected and were too long. When I tried to return them, I was told i had to cover the cost since the boxes were oversized. No where did it see that on the website or as I was placing the order. The cost of return shipping was more than the cost of the curtains. I would have been in the hole if I return the item. NEVER again. They cannot give me something for free.
I called their customer service number. After 25 key strokes I finally got a rep. There was a delay in the phone signal and rep did not understand me. A rooster was crowing in the back ground. I asked what it was and she said it's morning here in the Philippines. She told me she could not help and to call the cc bank. She gave me the same number I reached her though.
This company is a joke. If you need more stress in you're life this company can provide it.
They add late fees to your purchase balance and charge interest on the total. Bills are mailed to a PO Box in Dallas TX and arbitrarily charge me a late fee.

I'd give them less than 1 star if I could. I ordered a table and when I opened the box, I saw it was damaged. I won't go into all the details of the people I talked to, but the gist of it is: even if a heavy item is DAMAGED, they won't pay or reimburse you to ship it back to them. My options were: get 50% off the table or send it back at my cost. With either option, I am out money for something that was DAMAGED! I complained to the BBB and received the same response from the company.
Returning 2 items. Too small & damaged. Worst part was the return. Never buy from this company again. Everything re this purchase was difficult.
I ordered a gravity chair last year from this company from one of their mega deals that cost 80 dollars. And they sent me a damaged item. I ask for a return shipping information with no reply I'm stuck with a broken chair, Now a credit management collector called Midland is trying to bill me 300 dollars.they have threatened my credit if I don't pay. The email only will allow me to make a payment. No other option so I cannot reply. This company is a fraud reporting lies. Commodity bank is blackmail to ruin people's credit or pay bogus charges please avoid this company before you get involved because once they have your first order they have you scammed... They need investigated for being a fraudulent scam.
Don't buy from Brylane! After receiving a broken item I tried to exchange, I got the run around from different departments. Finally got a stupid supervisor Marissa that wanted me to pay for shipping their broken item back. Then got a specialist that is mailing me a return label in 7-10 days which I'm sure I won't receive but I have to drop off at post office, it's a god damn raised planter and it's heavy! Will never buy a damn thing from them again! Go to wayfair! Much better company! Brylane is not worth crap anymore!
Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with.
-I purchased items over the phone, and was sent the incorrect items.
-I attempted to place another order, they put the second order in wrong again
-I wanted a shipping label so I could return the items that were sent me, but costumer service told me I had to pay for return shipping, even though they sent me the wrong items
-Upon fully taking items out of packaging, products were damaged
-I called again to voice my concern and was given the run around. I was finally told to email the claims department.
Don't waste your time or money! This was possibly the worst costumer service I've ever received. There was a lack of communication as costumer service is located in another country and there is a big language barrier. It's better to stick with the bigger brand companies who make it easier to shop with,-Amazon, Wayfair, and countless others.
My Grandmother ordered curtains from this company. When she received them they looked completely different from the picture. Since they were different from what she saw in the catalog, she wanted to return them. When she called about the return they gave her the run around. I, then, called them. After 45 minutes on the phone with them they said that even though the item she received was different from the one in the catalog, it was her fault and she therefore could only get store credit or have to pay a $13 fee on $35 worth of curtains to get her money back. When I asked to what the fee entailed they said it was a "restocking fee." This company does not stand by their products nor do they respect their customers. We are never shopping there again, and I would discourage others from doing so as well unless you want to pay the company for messing up.

Purchased an umbrella which was very cheap and doesn't open right. Got nowhere with customer service. Transfered around and cut off several times. Also rude and uncaring. No resolve. I will never order from Brylane Home goods again. Also paid $33.98 in shipping. Buyer Beware. Vicki Rigney
DO NOT use this company! For household items use a company like Bed, Bath and Beyond or some other textile company. Their customer service reps are located in other countries, the language barrier is awful, therefore they have difficulty understanding you and you them. NEVER is there a supervisor or management person available. They give you every excuse under the sun as to why you can't speak to a supervisor. The company needs to be shut down! Comenity bank need to cease doing business with them by servicing their credit cards.
All of their PROMO codes never work! Third party merchandise (which is practically the whole catalog) won't accept promo code nor free shipping. They will never cancel an order, even if its within an hour of placing it and will make you return it making you pay for shipping. The customer service people do not bend or help! BUYER BEWARE!
Be very aware paid my bill in full last November and just recently found out they were charging me 2 dollars every month on interest on 0 balance credit acct FRAUD. This is against the law to charge interest when after an account has been paid in full.
I wanted to return the item I purchased but there was no return label. I tried. Allying but the return option says to go to their website.
None of the numbers on my receipt allowed me to access the return site.
I decided to just return and pay for postage, but they wanted $62 for postage.
Since the catalog says $10.99 will be deducted from your refund using their return label, I tried calling again.
I called and only got a live person by saying I wanted to order something.
After she accessed my order she said she could not provide a return label because it was an "large item" (It was a Yarn Pouf footstool) and I could send it back on my own and hung up on me.
They wany me to MAIL it to them. This is very piss poor customer service. I don't have the extra money to wait. I didnt receive my package and now I either want refund or credit. I don't really want credit cause I'm not dealing woth this business anymore. I would give it 1/2 a star. The person had no concern or care. They just wanted me to print form and MAIL. I would be very skeptical about ordering from here.
We ordered Bamboo curtains and the wrong size was put in. Within 5 minutes I called to change size. Your company wouldn't let me change size or cancel order. This was very disappointing to me. I will never use your company. I will send them back when I receive them and order from another company. You are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
Placed an orderr and cancelled because they could not deliver as originally stated. Called back during the day and placed order once again with an updated level of shipping. Told me I would receive order by 12/15. Received email message stating some items could not be shipped express and wouldn't ship until 12/16. Totally unacceptable. How do companies with such low standards stay in business. This was 1st and last time I'd ever dealt with Brylane. Very, very poor business practices.
Brylane Home failed to change my shipping address and then failed to aide me thru FedEx to stop the shipment and correct the label. I lost my merchandise and the $93 I will end up paying for it. I paid off their credit card am closing out my account. I do not recommend doing business with their stores.
I ordered 2 curtains (thankfully started with small order.). At the time of order estimated delivery date of two weeks. After about 3 weeks with nothing, not even an e mail I go trying to track my package. It didn't even start shipping until after projected delivery date. They originally would just post a new expected delivery date, however since each one was not met it now just says "soon". I've received packages from China in less time.

I ordered two pop up trees on the December 2. They said fedex picked up on the 4th but Ced Ex said they have never received the products. I even paid the exposure fees. They say they can't do anything until I get the trees but that they did delivery them. Why would fedex lie. It's been 10 days for an order that was paid to be delivered in 4 days. Tried to speak to supervisor. Absolute help and very rude. Asked for her name and she said sure and hung up on me. I called again after confirming with Fed Ex that they never received the items called them back. Girl was nice said I should get this week or next week at latest but can't promise by Christmas. What is this they are Christmas trees. You know the saying if someone does something right you may tell 2 people. Ut if someone does wrong you tell everyone. I have posted in Facebook and instagram never to buy from this company and with my 11,098 members I hope they go out of business. Just the worst and customer service is crazy. If they have -10 I would rate them that.
They will create a shipping label so they can consider your order "processed" and collect the money, but won't ship it. 20 days after saying my order had shipped, it was still sitting in their warehouse "waiting on carrier to pick up", and good luck getting their customer service to help you. They will get rude with you and tell you they can't do anything until your order doesn't show up after 20 days. I actually had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. NEVER AGAIN! Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!
Answer: Stay away form them and their line of credit! Horrible customer service- they don't respond promptly to your requests, incomplete answers, don't follow through as promised... and they will completely screw up your credit with their fees and lack of attention
