I ordered a storage rack for my sink. It was too big I sent it back and filled out the paper work and sent back to brylan theybin turn put a label on and shipped it back too me. I called and tried to explain what happen their customer service report. Insisted she had to send bar code to my phone and I explained I could not print it off finally had to get a supervisor who sent me an email that I could print and send the merchandise back. Sent back on august 29th and now they are telling me never received this. We aent it back ups through post office for which the man at post office took the package and said no okay this is a return. Now brylan is charging a late fee plus payment for merchandise I do not have and said needed to file a dispute which will take 90 days. Also when I called spent one and half hour on the phone and their supervisor was rude and hung up on me. Their customer service is rude. Their company is awful to deal with I will never buy from them again and plan to close my account. They have poor communication skills, bad customer relations, and supervisors who and staff that are not customer oriented.
Just a bad apple company. Long wait time for items when received we sent back. Has been 2 months and still no credit for the return. Buyer beware!
The lid for my lasagna pan does not fit. I wrote them about it and they never replied. They are completely unprofessional.

I spent $520 with Bryland and they shipped me items that were wrong and I had a horrible experience trying to return it and get what I paid for. My advice is DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Like others have written, I've never received my package, was throw in into a swirl of customer service issues and asked to produce a police report proving package never delivered - SCAM.
From comforter I ordered in a full instead of queen size to not have it draped on the floor like in the picture, to the return process, to it being 17 days after receiving my FIRST email claiming they got my item, mind you I got the email 2 more times the following days so when did they really start working on my return. It's also odd that I didn't get these emails until Nov 4th, when USPS last interaction with it was 6 days after dropping it off n Oct 26, so who handled it between the 26th and the 4th. Just causing too many questions. The first email claims the got the item on the 4th, the second 2 claims were on Nov 5th, well it's Nov 21 and I still don't have the return in my account. I called them on Tuesday and was told that there end needs 3-5 business days and it may be an additional 3-5 business days to get into my account. That would have put me at thursday the 19th, it's now the 21st. I returned the item at a $10 loss due to them taking return shipping out the refund and yet I still am out about ~$36, which might not seem like much to some but that's $6 less than my SMUD bill or cover the taxes on a new phone as mine is giving out, so yea that money spent on a comforter that would have been draped/dragging on my floor could be used elsewhere in my life.

I fell for the easy credit card pre-approval because my mom absolutely had to have something she saw in their catalogue. First of all, let me say that the quality of their merchandise is very substandard.

I always kept my account in good standing, making my payments on time. However, recently they really pissed me off! I am very vigilant about my credit report. So I was very alarmed when I received notification that there was a drop in my credit score.
When I checked, I was infuriated to find out that I'd gotten decrease on the credit limit on none other than the BRYLANE HOME CREDIT CARD! It went from $500 to $100 for no reason at all without any notification!
And they had the nerve to report all this to all the credit agencies!
The worst part was that I voiced this in an email to them and sent back a cookie cutter response, saying "thank very much for your email and we apologize for any inconvenience!" AS LONG AS I LIVE I WILL NEVER USE THAT COMPANY AGAIN! AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WHEREVER I GO!

UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY, NOT HONORABLE AT ALL! They like to do bait and switch, while hiding behind their little check boxes that prompt you to agree to the terms. By the time you get to the end to place the order, they apply the lowest dollar amount possible, and don't honor the add that leads you in (example: free shipping a $65 dollar value you don't receive, instead its a $10 off for entering your email). Loosing out on the higher promo amount. Cowards hide behind their misleading promos, by telling you something like "you will receive it on your next order". Why in the world would I want to order anything again when my first experience with them has been and ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I cant cancel the order, even though its in the processing stage! Now I have to do the footwork, and return it if and when it arrives. I order from many other online companies that like to honor their customers, Wayfair, Montgomery Wards, Walmart, Amazon, Lowes, and I plan on continuing my future orders with these companies, and putting this unprofessional company in the rear view mirror. I use to go into brylane homes.com and they had a wide varity of stuff in all home stuff now most of its goin what happened?
I purchased three sets of solar lights and was told they would be in within ten days. I tried online to find out when the items would be shipped. When I put the customer number and they said they didn't recognize it they didn't recognize any of the information I had. I called them and was on hold for 45 minutes before someone came on the line. I was told they had no idea when the product would be in. Two weeks after that the product was delivered I opened up up and put them outside for two days they worked and then one broke. I called Brylane Lane Home four times and was on hold for each day over an hour each time with no one who picked up the phone. While on hold the first thing mentioned was when you buy anything from Brylane you are accepting their terms and conditions. Finally when someone picked up phone I explained my problem and was hoping I could return the broken light and I would be sent a new one. The person I spoke to said he needed a supervisor. The supervisor came on the phone and said. They DO NOT REPLACE and they DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING BACK. And then the woman referred to the terms and agreement that we have to abide by. I don't know any company that I've ever bought anything from that didn't take anything back they said it was used for two days and that's it this company is cheating the public they don't stand behind their products and just because they had that terms and condition lines that gives them every reason to cheat us. Shame on that company. From now on I will only use companies that I can return the broken item and get my money back or get a replacement. Do not buy from Brylane homes. Their customer service is appalling and they must have no more than two people who work there because no one ever picks up the telephone. It was a shockingly horrific experience! Answer: Stay away form them and their line of credit! Horrible customer service- they don't respond promptly to your requests, incomplete answers, don't follow through as promised... and they will completely screw up your credit with their fees and lack of attention
