Don't expect a full refund as you get a gift card toward their store. Also exchange process is ridiculous as never got my exchange and been over 2 months.
Shipping extremely slow at a month... I understand covid but other companies don't have that long of a delay.
Getting any associate on phone is a normal 40+ minute wait.
I ordered a cabinet on 3/27/21 never got an update when i emailed customer service they said they couldnt cancel it was on the way and gave me a tracking number. 2 days later the tracking number is not valid, send another email and the same thing happens. They tell me they cant refund me until 4/30/21 even though they have given me not one but TWO fake traking numbers. NEVER buying from them again and I will spread the word as to how horrible they are. Covid or not, no need to lie. Give me my money so I can be done with you

Called to ask about an issue I had with a shipment. Was completely blown off with "call amazon call amazon". No helpful attitude no concern or care whatsoever then the guy hung up on me. Furious. I will get a refund never order from them again and continue to write bad reviewx on them and tell all my friends. Bad move buddy!

My order was placed on 6/12, and set to be delivered by 6/19. BrylaneHome has not moved an inch since then, and recently explained (without an apology) that I wouldn't get an update until 7/10. I called for more information, but was on hold for over 30 minutes! Let my terrible experience with this lackluster company be a warning for you. There are many more companies out there with a better level of quality all around. Please, don't waste your time with BrylaneHome.

Website did not indicate that the item would take 20 days to ship. I have contacted the company 3 times regarding tracking my order and have gotten a different answer all 3 times. I still don't know where the item is, if or when it was shipped or when it will arrive (if at all), and I was told today that I could not cancel my order and get a refund because it's already been processed. I should have listened to my gut and stuck with known sellers/shippers.

I have used this company for a couple of years. Ordered a comforter payed over 100.00. Just washed it for the first time and it fell apart! They said it was over the 60 days. So they refused to do anything about it! I bought it in August! Just washed it last week! They would not even consider doing anything about this! They just lost a customer!

I brought a Dish drain was pleased when it arrived but within a week it started to rust. I made an attempt to return it and they offered me 20% off my purchase it shouldn't rust in one week. I also purchased a oversized double wardrobe with shoe storage. The material is so cheap and ripped shortly after I assembled it. This product did not match what I ordered from the catalog. I just paid this balance off and will never order anything from this horrible company it's simply horrible. Be warned don't order from this company.
Ordered a nook bench and table. When the order came it was just the table and the small bench. The corner bench that was portrayed in the picture didn't come with the package. No detail was mentioned about not coming with when I ordered the item, nor was it said that it would not be included. There was also a week where there was an issue shipping to my address that I was not informed about. I should if took it for a hint and not ordered it at all. Now I'm expected to may for the full shipping back to them and possibly only receive a gift card by their policy. I highly recommend NOT dealing with this organization at all and save yourself the headache and trouble that is more than what it is worth.

I ordered the solar lamp post. Only one light worked even after a couple of days in the sunlight. I tried numerous times calling and sent several emails only to get a generic response unrelated to my questions. After several weeks I finally talked with someone who would send a return postage free label. It never came. After a follow up call I was told it's too late and I would have to repurchase the item again but they would give me a discount. Made it sound like it was my fault why they closed their phone lines for weeks and wouldn't return my emails.( probably due to Covid 19). I'm now stuck with a broken item that cost $89.00. I am angry because I have done a lot of business with this company to find out they treat their customers like this.

I am very dissatisfied with brylane home. They are giving customers a delivery date of about 7 to 10 day. The customer service supervisor is saying it will 20 business day which is a month's time. They are allowing people to order without giving them a honest time frame. Horrible business ethic.

Purchased curtains advertised to be "Blackout" curtains. Took 3 weeks to arrive and when they finally do, I find out that a flashlight can shine right through then. They cant block out the street lamp outside my bedroom. Paid $8.99 postage for them to ship it to me, now they want $9.99 postage for me to ship it back if I want a refund. What a scam, they lie about the characteristics of their product, then force you to pay to return it. Recommend you do not shop at this site.

Ordered an outdoor recliner. The frame was bent on one end and the screw holes were misaligned. Impossible to put it together. Called to return it and got the run around. Customer service at this company is customer avoidance. Will never do business with them again..

I recently ordered from Brynlane Home and was quite concerned, having read all the negative reviews after my purchase. I was pleased that my experience was terrific. My order came in just a bit over a week, and the pillow shams were of high quality (and were on sale to boot). Perhaps Brynlane has taken the feedback they've received and adjusted their procedures, but I only have praise, no complaints.

Sale prices and promo codes are not always honored. For example, when you go to order on-line, promos from emails suddenly are not applicable. Poor and sloppy advertising. Prices and pictures on-line might not match actual product. Catalogue ads are more accurate. I've had no concerns with the quality of items received.
I purchased a sheet set that didn't have the pillow cases inside. It was a little over 60 days and the representative said sorry I can't help you, also they give you coupon codes that you can't use. Customer service gets a zero in my book and the company does Too!

I ordered 2 URNS for the front of my house. The Brylane website said that they were made out of resin and they are actually really thin plastic that warps and melts in the sun. They have only sent 1 so far after 1 month of waiting. I have bought Urns from Home Depot that are actually made from Resin. I guess I learned a very important and costly lesson about these types of websites run by crooks.

I bought a Christmas tree and they sent me the wrong tree so I called them and all i got was the run around I couldn't get anyone that could help me as they kept bouncing my calls to different people. I sent out various emails and when they finally replied they said will give me 50% off for this purchase which is not the one I purchase. I would have considered keeping it but the lights didn't work so I asked for a refund and that I like to return it and they never replied back until weeks later. To begin with the box was shipped and delivered opened. I sent several emails again and all they told me I couldn't return it. Trying to return a wrong item that they shipped to me and now they are telling me I can't. Horrible customer service and unethical business practice by this company - don't know how they are in business.

Horrible customer service! They will transfer you the same departments over and over again and then send you somewhere else. I had 2 people pretend they couldn't hear me and just hang up and I had to call again. I returned an item. Then I was charged for something else I never ordered and can't get anyone on the phone to resolve it. They need to stop using the company they are outsourcing with because their customer service is horrible. And took my original item over a month to finally arrive. Who needs a Christmas tree in January?

I ordered a set of chairs for $99 on sale for $59. The day I got them I decided I wanted to get a couple more sets. When I clicked on the Buy Again button, the price had jumped up to $299 on sale for $167. Over the course of several emails and calls, the price jumped yet again to $499 on sale for $165.
There is no excuse for this and they refuse to honor the original price even though I found their chairs on a different site for $119. They could have easily taken care of this and saved far more than they are fixin to lose, as I have shopped all of their sites at one time or another.

They advertise promos and do not honor them. They say the discount is applied at checkout. By the time you find out they will not honor the discount, you have bought it. Sent an email to cancel the order two minutes after it was submitted and they said it was too late, it was already shipped.

Answer: Stay away form them and their line of credit! Horrible customer service- they don't respond promptly to your requests, incomplete answers, don't follow through as promised... and they will completely screw up your credit with their fees and lack of attention
