Order placed on 9/27. Called and emailed to cancel on 10/9. Was told it was processing and could not cancel. It is 10/13 now and still showing processing. I want this canceled because I do not want it anymore. I have sent an email today to *******@fbbrands.com asking for their help. I DO NOT WANT THIS ITEM ANY LONGER. PLEASE CANCEL
I placed a phone order on 10/1/21., because they told me I would only receive the discounted catalog prices by phone order. The first order was butchered when I read the confirmation. I called and they corrected the order over the phone. I received another confirmation. Today is 10/9/21 and I received a letter claiming they do not recognize my Brylane credit card number in their system. Unbelievable! I tried to call them and was hung up on, transferred, transferred, transferred, until they disconnected me. What has happened to this company?

I bough a hamper, as I tried to put it together, it literally fell apart! Called them for a refund, gave me a really hard time and finally gave me HALF my money. Then tried to return curtains. I was redecorating my house, by the time I got to the curtains it was passed their return policy. I had ordered them twice without realizing, so i had extra curtains. They were still in original packaging, not even touched but they wouldn't work with me at all! I didn't want my money back cause I realized it was late, but at least a credit would be nice. Horrible customer service.
I placed an order, on 9/17/21, for three items. I was told all were in stock and should receive them within 4 days. I item did arrive. The second was supposedly shipped the nest day, but was sent to Ohio when I live in MA. It has been sitting there since. I called to question it and was told by their standard it is not late, they have up to 30 business days to ship. Since when do they get to charge your card and sit on the shipping? The third item is now listed as back ordered, which I canceled. I have been doing business with Bryland for years and have seen their customer service go straight to the toilet. They have lost my business forever.

I order 2 items in the wrong color. I called and they cancelled the order for me. I was told the money would be credited back to my account. It's been a week and still no money. I have called 3 times and sent 2 emails. They didn't even know the correct department to send too, so I was transferred back & forth. I finally called the bank and they said it was under investigation!. I will never order from them again.

I ordered something on August 27th apparently.
A label was printed for it to be shipped on August 30th. It is now September 18th and I have no delivery yet. I contacted fedex for tracking info and although the label was printed on August 30th, Brylane has yet to give it to fedex. No one can give me any information. I have, however, been billed, because the item supposedly has shipped, but it has not left the shipper. I have spoken to 14 different people including a supervisor and no one is any help whatsoever. The poor service of this company is absolutely inexcusable. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from them.

I ordered 2 URNS for the front of my house. The Brylane website said that they were made out of resin and they are actually really thin plastic that warps and melts in the sun. They have only sent 1 so far after 1 month of waiting. I have bought Urns from Home Depot that are actually made from Resin. I guess I learned a very important and costly lesson about these types of websites run by crooks.

Received a sale catalog that on front stated "an additional 30% off items" however it was not the case, supposedly the sale price was it. Found this very misleading considering it stated "additional". Very poor and misleading advertisement. Didn't place the order.

On 7/16/2021, I ordered two umbrellas for my daughter's graduation party. After two weeks I decided to check the status of my order and found the FedEx tracking number was invalid. I contacted this company 3 to 4 times requesting a refund. As of today, I still have not received my refund. I will never order from this company ever again.

This company will not correct the error of its employees but instead will inconvenience the customer. There is no way that supervisors can't contact the shipping department to cancel an order that was canceled with a representative, but because the representative doesn't understand English very well and has a issue understanding that I wanted the order canceled and I will place the order through the internet. I didn't receive a confirmation email about the order, I found out when I checked my banking account.
Speaking to a supervisor doesn't help she tells the customer they will have to return it when it arrives, that will be a double shipment and I will have to wait until the shipment arrives and take it to the post office. Horrible customer service, I will not order here again and do not recommend anyone else to use them.

I ordered a comforter back in June, said it would ship in 3 weeks which was fine didn't need it right away, then once 3 weeks passed heard nothing then I get an email saying it's delayed for 6 weeks. Can't give me a reason even though when I order said it was in stock. Now 2 months later I get an email on the day they said it would be back in stock that the cancelled my item because they can't get it. They were never going to ship me anything. Now I can't log into my account to see anything

I was thrilled to find exactly what I needed and placed the order for 2 matching items in mid - May. One of the items that was ordered arrived in late July and the other half in mid - August. Numerous phone calls and emails... long waits on the phone, lots of promiises and it was always "in process of shipping!" What arrived was very good BUT I will never look at anything from Brylane again - website or catalog... and certainly would never order from them again. BUYER BEWARE!

This is the worst place in the world to do business with. I was on hold for 30 minutes just to get an order#. On three occasions they said they would send me an affadavit for a $58.00 order I never received. I also never received the affadavit after speaking to 3 different supervisors They never sent it. This has been going on for 6 months. I still have not received my refund.

This company takes money and never sends the item. Everyday the delivery date changes. Why give a false tracking number for items and the item has never been sent to the company for shipping. Fraudulent activities going on with this company. Shop somewhere else.

I ordered the solar lamp post. Only one light worked even after a couple of days in the sunlight. I tried numerous times calling and sent several emails only to get a generic response unrelated to my questions. After several weeks I finally talked with someone who would send a return postage free label. It never came. After a follow up call I was told it's too late and I would have to repurchase the item again but they would give me a discount. Made it sound like it was my fault why they closed their phone lines for weeks and wouldn't return my emails.( probably due to Covid 19). I'm now stuck with a broken item that cost $89.00. I am angry because I have done a lot of business with this company to find out they treat their customers like this.

I returned 3 items from my order. I connected them to get a status update because nothing was showing on my account. I used the return label and packing slip that was provided and the said they could not do anything and hopefully it would arrive before return window ends even though I mailed almost a month before the period ended. I explained I just wanted my refund so I could order new items for my new home and they said they cannot do anything. This is why people order from wayfair, target, kohl's, and Amazon! Customer service matters. Now I'm paying interest on a credit card purchases because they can not get their business in order. Ridiculous! Very disappointed!

I placed an online order 7/4/21 for $190.95 worth of mdse. My catalog had a Promo Code BHCYGFREE for free shipping for orders over $75. Code is valid until 8/23/21. However, the system would not accept the promo code. The order got entered so I emailed C/S FOUR times to address the issue asking for their assistance and received absolutely no replies.
Today I finally called and stayed on hold for almost an hour. I explained the situation to the c/s gal and she said there is nothing that can be done once an order is entered. She said "I should have called them the MOMENT the problem happened" but since I didn't, there is nothing they can do. I explained that their hold times are significant and there is no way a customer would know that they had to call "at that moment" … and all I want is for them to honor the free shipping and refund me the $19.99. She said that is their policy so Im out of luck.
I would like for them to honor what they advertise in their catalogs. They have terrible business ethics and policies. I told her to take my name off their catalog distribution list as I would not continue to do business with a company that has bad business practices. I have since read many, many bad reviews on them and their bad c/s. I just wish I had read those BEFORE I ordered.

I ordered several cushions from this company on 4/16/21. As of 5/4/21 I had received all but 2. I called the company, waited on hold for 22 minutes, no one answered. Reached out by Chat, but unavailable, so I emailed them. Only other option I had! No reply. Emailed again, 5/12/21, Chat still unavailable, no reply. Emailed 3rd time, 7/4/21, no reply again. Finally on 7/19/21 I got someone on the phone after a 15 minute hold! They refused to credit my account, stating that I waited too long to reach out to them. It had been over 60 days, and they said my order was delivered. I explained part of it was received, but not two of the cushions. They wouldn't budge. So therefore, I have cancelled my account with them, never to do business with them again!

Calling to get a refund for a product that was on backpurder for two months and then never delivered, the Brylane representative proceeded to lecture me on how I was "outside the return window" and she was doing me a big favor. Never will I order from this company again.

Answer: Stay away form them and their line of credit! Horrible customer service- they don't respond promptly to your requests, incomplete answers, don't follow through as promised... and they will completely screw up your credit with their fees and lack of attention
