I have an annual subscription directly with Paramount Plus and have never subscribed to Paramount through Apple. But Apple is charging me a monthly subscription fee for Paramount +. I have requested a refund for at least 12 payments of 9.99. They have refunded one payment of 9.99 and refuse to refund the rest. Be sure to check what Apple charges you for. It is first of all my mistake for not auditing my payments and charges but Apple should care more for their loyal customers than the care they have shown me. We have three apple phones, two Mac books and an iMac. Never again will I purchase another APPLE PRODUCT.

Tip for consumers:
If you use Apple TV, pay attention to your billing. They charge for add ons that you don't order or request and then they won't give yo a refund.

Products used:
This is not about the products which I have always liked. This is about Apple's business practices and their refusal to make things right with the consumer. A very arrogant company.

I ordered a bedspread and two days later I got an email stating that the product was not in stock. No information about when or if it would ever be in stock. They do not advertise a phone number to call because they don't want to talk. They go out of their way to hide any contact information except an internet form to fill out. It took an hour to find a number but I did and called. Got the run around on the phone. They said it was in processing and payment could not be returned. I don't know how it could be in processing if it is out of stock. I probably lost my money and the product. It is despicable for any company to take advantage of retirees or anyone during this time of Covid 19. We are all struggling but companies like Brylanehome and Fullbeauty brands are the most despicable because they use this time to take advantage of people stuck in their homes.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, BRYLANEHOME. PROBABLY NOT ANY COMPANY HANDLED BY FULLBEAUTY.

Products used:
No product. No refund and no product. I am now going to put a review on Trustpilot and every place I can find to write a terrible review. I'm sure I have lost my money to these crooks. But I will do everything I can to cost them business.

I ordered two tops for my wife for a valentines gift. I ordered on January 23,2019 and was given a receipt date of 2/6/19. It is now 2/17/19 and still have nor received the order. I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. I sent an email requesting a refund but have not received any response from company. I guess I will have to chalk this up as a total loss. An expensive lesson.
