I bought the freshwater pearls for an overseas visitor, thinking they would be s nice souvenir from Australia. In my ignorance, I was not aware that there are no freshwater pearls harvested in Australia.
The ladies in this company were absolutely delightful to speak with on the phone, and when I had actually ordered the incorrect size, I was promptly given a replacement and with the utmost of help on the telephone.

The service and delivery was excellent. It was just a pity the jewellery was not presented a little better. Maybe a box presentation would have been better than the flimsy "cheap" looking material tie string bag it was sent in. Cheapened the whole appearance.
My order was delivered within a relatively short time and I was very happy with the earrings that I had ordered- the fact that they were on special when I ordered was an added bonus. I regularly check the website for other items and currently am eyeing off a lovely ring!
