I ordered something. The ring came in a couple days from California to Ontario in Canada. Problem is I needed an exchange but no one answers the phone, email or the text option they have. I'm starting to get worried that'll be stuck with a loose ring for my husband. He lost weight and the ring didn't fit. Fell right off. It came exactly how I ordered it.
Purchased a Tungsten Ring because it's supposed to be strong, hold its shine and not be easily scratched. The ring is nice and heavy, it has kept its shine so far but unfortunately is not as scratch resistant as stated. My husband wore his ring fir three days, doing normal things around the house, nothing that should scratch the ring and it had quite a few scratches. I told the customer service representative about it and asked about their description that says the ring is not scratched easily and she had no comment. That said, this is not an everyday ring my husband can use as I hope it would be based on the description. The ring is nice but my husband only wears it when we are going out to avoid getting more scratches.
Very happy with the wedding band I purchased for my husband. My only complaint is, I tried to guess his size and was way off so I ended having to request an exchange. I had no problem paying for the shipping. But I sent my ring back in the gift box it came in only to receive it back in a dime bag. I messaged the customer service and they were supposed to send me a replacement gift box. But I never received it. Was a little weird presenting my husband a gift without a box. But other than that I'm very happy with the ring.
I ordered an engraved wedding ring. The ring and engraving are beautiful. The order was processed immediately and arrived shortly a few days later.

I loved how fast my order was processed & delivered. My wedding was on Halloween and I purchased the wedding band on Oct 1. I received my order, was able to return it for a smaller ring size, and received the new order all before my wedding took place! I didn't worry once whether the ring would arrive in time, even though I waited last minute. Also, my spouse dislikes the typical thick men's wedding band. I was able to customize a smaller width WITHOUT the extra "customization" costs that other websites charged! I highly recommend Larson Jewelers!
We had a great experience. Walked in, told them what we we looking for, he showed it to us, we loved what we saw, loved the price, everyone was pleasant to talk to. Had them engraved while we waited. Didn't take long at all.
Avoid this company at all cost. You have been warned!. This company is a full scammer. I ordered a wedding ring a month ago on their site just to find out they don't have the ring on site and they needed to order from a third party, this is something they don't mention on their site. When I spoke with the manager that's what he told me then I told him to make sure I get the ring at least 4 days before my wedding day, guess what! They didn't update me on anything just cancelled my order today and my wedding is in 2 days. I had to rush today at Macy's store to get a ring. I'm mad as hell because I told the manager to please let me know if they couldn't deliver the ring on time and he promised me to do so but did Not. This company needs to be shut down for good. I will never recommend this company to anyone or do business with them. Stay away!
This wedding ring was to replace the wedding ring that he could no longer wear. He says the band is so comfortable that he forgets he has it on. The wood inlay on the black metal is just beautiful & so unique. He just loves it! So do I!
Several weeks ago I sent a ring back for a larger size. I was requesting a size 14 but was sent 11.5. Spoke with customer service and explained the error. They said to return the ring and that they would send correct size They sent confirmation email and it stated that they were sending another 11 5
Waiting on 2nd ring to arrive so I can send back both rings. Very disappointed with service I would not recommend them.
Ring is great, paid for 2 day shipping, took a week. Will not give me money back and won't respond to emails. They are complete imbeciles. Don't buy from them it's not worth it. Please do not.
I would like to recommend Francis at customer service. I live in Germany and I was having trouble to order my wedding set on line. Kudos to that young man, he has patience and walked me through it step by step. Best service I have ever had. My rings came in and I'm happy to say, we love them and they fit.

I had no trouble using the Larson Jewelers website to order a ring with a custom handwritten engraving. The engraving came out a little small but still visible, pretty much exactly what I was expecting. Thank you for making it easy!
Fantastic quality with huge range, having bought from Larson before I had no hesitation to order from them again. For me tungsten carbide rings have quality and strength and look great too at a great price. More to come I'm sure.
They've had my husband's wedding band for WEEKS to resize it and have given me one excuse after another as to why I haven't gotten it back yet. They marked it as shipped then suddenly "it didn't pass quality standards" and then lie to the manufacturer of the ring blaming the customer vs taking the blame themselves. I was guaranteed that if it arrived to them on Oct. 13th it would be delivered to me on Oct. 14th, they got it around lunchtime on the 13th and it hasn't been shipped back to me yet! They no longer answer my phone calls, emails, chats, anything…if by chance they do answer a phone call their customer service manager tells me she has no obligation to tell me anything about MY item and why it is not being returned to me and hangs up on me!
I've contacted the BBB, California Attorney General's, the Long Beach Police Department and nobody will help me figure out where the ring is and why I can't get it back!
I've had a couple of experiences. My first one was excellent. I received exactly what I ordered and both rings were beyond expectation. However I had to replace a lost ring and that one arrived missing the engraving I ordered. It was disappointing but not enough to return it and do it over. The rings are still beautiful and meaningful so I would still give this company future business. When I contacted them about the mistake they were very friendly and helpful. They would have replaced the ring I'm sure but it was not necessary this time. I absolutely love that there is a warranty even for sizing. So all in all, I'm still a very happy customer.
I hand an allergic reaction which caused my hands to swell up to the point that I needed to have my size 12 1/2,8 mm Tungsten wedding ring removed. The company gave me a discount on the replacement ring without my even asking for one. Great products, great staff, great company.
Now on 3rd ring in just over a year. Inlay falls out, cracks and chips so easily (dinosaur bone). Nothing but excuses from company, I have a desk job and have been bed bound for almost 3 months so no reason the ring should have broken this time. Company refuses a refund, insists on replacing ring, offered that I could choose another ring of similar cost so i did but then they insisted it had be from the same range (this range is only dinosaur bone rings so the most I can do is have same ring, same problems, different colour) so now I am just expected to contact them every few months to organise a replacement for what is clearly cheaply manufactured poor quality product not to mention terrible customer service. Why am I suffering because a company provides terrible quality products and refuses to respect its customers? There should be something in place for these circumstances regardless of the limited refund policy window. Have yet to hear anything from them in regards to this third break. I will not be taking another ring from them. I don't want nor should I have to replace my wedding ring every few months. Not good enough. Oh and just an FYI the metal they use is strong in terms of breaking and snapping but it scratches incredibly easily and scratches are not covered by the 'free repairs and replacements' clause.
I know my size and the ring I purchased ran too big. Also, when I received the ring it looked very cheap. I thought the center of the ring was going to have more of a brushed look to it, when I received it, it didn't looked brushed at all. Lastly, I had to pay to ship the ring back which isn't too uncommon but it was still annoying. The worst though was that I had to call them to had my money refunded. I made the shipping where it had to have a signature and I was able to track the package. The package was there two days and I still had no refund so I called and they hadn't even processed it. They then told me it would be a few days. Its just annoying when you ship something to someone and it sits there for two days.
Ordered a ring for my fiancé and received it very quickly but had to exchange it for a smaller size. The whole process was very smooth, I'm very satisfied with the ring. And my fiancé loved it!
I ordered my husband a new wedding band, the black tungsten with the punisher skull. The ring arrived quickly, but when it arrived I realized that I ordered a 4mm width band and it was pretty small for the size of my husband's hand. I was able to contact customer service who assisted me with returning the ring in exchange for the 8mm width band. The turn around time was amazingly fast and he had his new ring within a week of me shipping the small one back. He loves the ring and I'm very pleased with my overall experience. Painless.
