The ring arrived promptly and I was very happy to see it was exactly as advertised, everyone comments on what a lovely ring it is. My only negative is I should have gone half a size down although it fits it is a tiny bit loose but apart from that I love it
The design of the ring looks quite big in the images, but was not expecting it to look that small in real. I think it is not worth the price I paid for it.

Recently I contacted Broome Staircase Designs requesting 3 very special bracelets to be made. A dear friend passed away and we wanted a gift to remember her.
The staff and their customer service were exceptional. They helped me to design the bracelets and met our budget. We had to get them shipped overseas and even when there was an issue with delivery, the staff went above and beyond to help me. The bracelets are exquisite and I am so very grateful.

I bought the wife some ratings and did not want her to get from post office The staff went out if their way to send when I was home and to wrap so as if wife did pick up she would not know where they came from

I received my ordered items very quickly which I am veery grateful. But, on checking my order I realised that the incorrect bracelet was sent in silver instead of gold. I contacted the chat line service and they advised that I needed to contact a supervisor, which I did and the problem was rectified immediately (although there were no promises! That it would arrive in time for the gift to be given to the chosen person). Fortunately, I was able to RTS the wrong item, and the correct piece arrived in time for my function. I was thankful, that the item arrived in time, but it was stressful waiting for it. A simple error that really should not have happened in the first place.
