Loved the pearls, but very poor packaging was used. Was very lucky to arrive undamaged. I also didn't recieve a certificate of authenticity that was advertised to come with jewellery.
The ring is very pretty, just like photo. Customer service I found a bit hard to get hold off. But the ring arrived within about a week and I'm very happy with it.

The earrings I bought are much smaller than anticipated, much smaller than they looked online. More like children's earrings. Huge disappointment. You should have something in the picture to show size.

We noticed that you ordered FWE3453 - these earrings have two options in regard to sizes 10-11mm and 12mm+ - Perhaps you didn't click on the dropdown window where it gives you the option to choose sizes? A lovely quality product, I thought they might be a little bigger in size but once I placed them on my ears they are perfect.
