This is my first correspondence, where is my item?! I haven't heard a single word about my purchase of a stairway to heaven necklace until now.
Having purchased two pairs of mini pearl studs for granddaughter #1 (one pink, one normal pearl) I needed 2 more sets for our 2 other granddaughters as they had also had their ears pierced. I rang and was SO LUCKY to get the beautiful Susie. One incredible lady. Sooo impressed. Thanks so much Susie. Just perfect especially the rubber things.

The picture on your website show the pearl as black not the light blue I received. It does state in the description the pearl has blue tones. I should know better than to shop on websites as descriptions are not always accurate. I will gift this piece to someone else. In future I will invest in more expensive pieces maybe that might work. I loved the style so ordered the earrings in sterling silver. I received the incorrect product which was disappointing and created a lot of inconvenience to me having to take time out of my work day to go to the Post Office and return the incorrect item by Registered Post. I emailed the the email address on the website twice to report the error but received no reply. I finally rang the phone number listed and spoke with Susie who was very helpful. Its a pain when you work full time to have to go to the Post Office to collect the original delivery as I was not at home. I then had to go to the Post Office to return the item and then return again to the Post Office to collect the correct order as once again, I wasn't at home when it was delivered. The earrings are lovely though and Susie was very apologetic for the error.
