Beautiful Ring

Customer Service: Erin was awesome and answered all my questions without hesitation. She sent me photos and videos of all the diamonds that I wanted to see. She also provided other diamond options within my budget that were better quality than the diamonds that I was viewing. I highly recommend her if you're going to purchase from Brilliance.

Price: Brillance had the best prices for loose diamonds that I could find. They beat out my local jewelers as well as online retailers.

Packaging: Brilliance lags in this department as they send your merchandise in a cardboard box with "Brilliance" written across. Of course, the ring is in its own box, but I would have liked a box for all of my documentation. The cloth provided is also very small and ineffective for cleaning.

Overall: Due to their pricing, customer service that I received and beautiful ring, I rated Brilliance a 4 out of 5. As I mentioned, their packaging needs improvement.

Don't shop here

The fine print is a huge reason to avoid this place. The rules for return are strategically designed so that if anything goes wrong you will not be able to return within the refund time limit and you will not be getting your money back. The time period actually starts from the date of the order not when you actually receive and see the diamond. They also refuse to help you shop for alternatives if you try to prepare for the narrow time frame of exchange. If you're comfortable risking your ring budget then it's no big deal. But if you are like me and it is an investment then avoid this fine print trap.

Thank you Mr. Mann for your review and feedback. While we greatly appreciate you taking the time to leave your review, we must humbly disagree with the facts you’ve presented. As a timeline, your order began processing on January 31 and was delivered on February 15. That same day you confirmed receiving your engagement ring and inquired about getting an extension on an exchange. You were granted an additional 30 days to exchange the diamond/ring (60 days total) to which you responded “That would be great”. While our return period starts from the time an order is placed, you are incorrect about how much time you had to send back your diamond for an alternative option. Brian, we genuinely care about you and your experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your diamond (even after 6 months), we would love to help you with a new diamond, setting or both.

Ordered a 30K diamond from these guys - paid for it. When it came in they claim it had a crack! Next they tried switching me over to a small, lesser quality diamond for the same price. When I didn't take them up on their offer - they committed to reversing my credit card charge...

You know the rest of the story - still no reversal -

This is one of the average online shopping sites but you can get quality item from here. My cousin ordered an engagement ring last month and it is good. Their customer support team is also good. If you order an item from them you will receive a notification from them. But only one thing is there is bit delay in delivery.

Don't normally complain because I know that there are lots to deal with when running a business however I would never recommend these guy to anyone! I cancelled an order and it took a month and 9 days to receive a refund. The amount being significant is besides the point... also I understand there can be a delay when they are having to deal with third parties but this was an absurd amount of time to wait for a refund when they state that refunds will be made in 5-15 business days from time of cancelation. We exceeded that and it started to feel like I was in the middle of some sort of scam. Sorry guys but you did this one to yourselves.

Well... I wanted to leave a positive review; I really did! However, it is just not possible. The company is slow to follow through and the owner, who seems to be very friendly, looking back, is just pacifying you when there is a problem. He is a really great sells person but does not like to give you your money back. I purchased a 10K item. I was charge immediately and that was fine. Took over two weeks to get the item. Ok, that was fine too. I returned the item the next day and they received the return. Now, over two weeks later and many, many promises, no refund. I am calling our bank to file a claim. Owner is quick to respond, but what he is telling me is simply not the truth and the fact that I do not have my refund, after a full two week since they received the item, is the proof. Be very, very careful before committing to a purchase. They are great when they are selling you something, but not eager to give you your money back when you decide to return it. And I paid over $200.00 to ship it back to them out of my own pocket. That was OK too but now I would like my 10K back...

My husband and I found his unique laser engraved tree wedding band on the Brilliance website and could not be happier with it! From the customer service, fantastic communication and quality product, we definitely recommend new brides and grooms shop at Brilliance! They communicated with us through the whole process and our ring arrived in plenty of time before our ceremony. A+!

The Grooms Ring

It was great working with Brilliance. We picked the mahogany ring so my husband could always say "it's mahogany!" Because he is a nerd. The turn around time was fast and was delivered prompt! Very well packaged! They also did great at confirming it was coming to me and made all efforts to avoid it being stolen. Will definitely use them again.

I recently helped my son purchase a loose diamond from Brilliance for an engagement ring. I'm always a little cautious about making such a big purchase, sight unseen, on line, but the process was wonderful and Natasha took care of us every step of the way. She found us the perfect stone and was so patient as my son looked at the different options. I know we saved significant money over buying this stone from a local retailer, and we will definitely use Brilliance again when it comes time to buying the wedding band!

A Go-To for Diamonds

Even though I was new to buying diamonds, I had done a significant amount of reading on my own in an attempt to be more efficient with my money online. Even though I was picking out what I thought was going to be a beautiful diamond, the people at Brilliance helps me understand the fine details that really matter when it comes to such an important purchase. After being sent an email with a few to choose from, and no pressure to choose anything outside of my budget, I found the perfect engagement diamond! I got my GIA certified diamond about 2 weeks later that was twice the size but still only half the price of the local big name diamond store! Oh, and she said yes!

I've tried the rest, these guys are the best!

I wanted to take a moment to express the service and quality of product I received from Brilliance. These guys treated me like family (they even gave out their personal numbers so I could text them direct) and delivered on a ring that exceeded all my expectations. They also came in thousands less then stores or "reputable" jewelry stores in my area.

These guys are the real deal and do yourself a favor and give them a call. You will no be disappointed.

Engagement ring

I did a custom engagement ring and they made the process very easy. The staff were great with getting me educated on the three c's! The custom was a gamble because well, your going on a rendering, and it rendered the now wife speechless. She also gets plenty of compliments on it, and I get a lil ego boost each time because she's tells them I designed it (well kinda I sent a few pictures of ideas and they made it happen) and all are impressed. Any way great place for quality GIA certified diamonds at a price real people can afford. So yeah, don't be dim and go with Brilliance!

From beginning to end, I had the help of a representative throughout the entire process. My representative helped with finding the exact color, size, and shape of ring. I was previously having a hard time finding the right setting I wanted for the engagement ring but these guys could design your concept to exactly what you want. They have a team of designers that will alter the design if it doesn't suit you. I wish only all company's had this type of service when ordering. I would strongly recommend nd will use these guys again for jewelry purchases.

Better than expected
