Where do I begin…. This company is all about hidden fees, disrespectful customer service that will tell you there is nothing they can do. They don't care about there customers at all! Very rude and careless customer service representatives. Also, the company within itself is full of it! Complete trash since the first 2 months! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY! I've had been with them for 2 years now and every experience with them has been trash!
Purchased a vehicle, then sold it off 3 months later. Initially requested the cost of the extended warranty back and was told I should receive it in approx. 6 weeks. Here it is 8 weeks later, and they are saying that I have to wait another 7-10 business days! COME ON, STOP JERKING ME OFF. You have the money, and you don't want to pay interest. I pay interest, so why don't you? BRIDGECREST IS A SCAM.

It works for people who don't have the greatest credit you just have to pay your bill on time and if you get the Gap coverage and insurance and extended warranties they will fix the things that are covered under the warranty which are potentially very costly They want their money just like any other place

I have had my car for 3 years. I always paid my car note on the 15th of each month. The other day I came out to find my car was repped. When I called them, they told me that my payments were late charges. My payments were due on the 10th of each month. They refused to give me my money or car back. They robbed me for everything.
6 months ago I moved from Florida to Georgia, and still don't have a Tag! Bridgecrest suppose to fax over tittle transfer, but HASN'T! EVERY TIME I CALL I GET DIFFERENT Responses! Last time I check it takes up to 8 weeks but it's been MONTHS! BUT THIS DOESN'T KEEP THEM FROM CALLING MY PHONE CONSTANTLY FOR PAYMENTS! I LITERALLY HAVE TO TRADE IN MY CAR JUST SO I CAN HAVE A CAR REGISTRATION AND A TAG! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Been with them since March of 21. Talked to their rep and was told after 6 months I can lower my payment. I payed up the six months early and waited for that month to drop my payments. I was so excited then here comes the bull$#*!…call in September ready to get the reduction. Rep on the phone tells me that's not accurate…not my issue that's what she told me. I tell her that she can go back listen to the recordings and she will hear the rep telling me that. Still nothing we can do. If all these customers are complaining the payment process needs to change. I guess a lil money is better than none but the best concept to create longevity in business is to listen to your customers. Make changes to your concepts and policies when needed to keep the ones who are actually running your business pleased. If you loose 50 % of your customers after a year of payments you have inquired a huge loss. Have enough business sense to know what to do and enough moral sense to do what is right…but then again who are we :/
These people will harass you and call you no matter what your situation is. They are taking cars from people during a pandemic when those cars are all some people have left after loosing their jobs and even housed due to corona. They will not work with you or give you any time to try and get a payment together. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
In the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic I requested to have a payment put on the end of my loan. They did it last month (March) but won't do it again for this month (April) nor will they refinance my loan with them. Mind you, up until last month I had a stellar repayment record! Bridgecrest STINKS! DON'T USE THEM!
They dont care about there customers nor what it has done to the whole wide world. Very rude and need to be shut down ASAP! They will come and get your car if the world is on fire. Dont go thru them.
Requested name change and proof of title by BMV a nd was given a three month processing period to handle this rather simple update. Never going back to them.
I am a retired Marine and a 100% disabled veteran. I scheduled a payment, Bridgecrest did not draft my account, and then reported me 30 days late. I did not notice until the following month. I figured no big deal, they will fix this. NOPE! They told me to dispute it, even after I explained in detailed that it was not my fault.
So I dispute it, and not only do they not correct the error, they say that I was 30 days late on the next months payment as well. Which is impossible because I made that payment on time, and the month has no even ended! So I dispute again, and they respond with the same nonsense.
Currently I am awaiting the results with a consumer complaint. I do not expect them to be fair or hold themselves accountable. Their error has cost me to lose out on a home. My credit score dropped 27 points with the first inaccurate 30 day reporting, and then another 20 points with the inaccurate second 30 day late reporting. I literally fell into a higher interest rate bracket, and the deal is pretty much all but over if they do not correct this in the next 14 days.
I'm strongly urged military members and veterans to not support this company. They do not care about us. They do not care about any of their customers. Look at how they treated me, a 100% disabled retired veteran. They do not deserve out business.
This is the worst company to have a car loan with ever. This is my first car I've had it for 2 years and only made 1 late payment yet they wouldn't help me when I got COVID and made me pay double my payment. On top of that every time I call them they're employees are rude as $#*! sorry not sorry. Do better it's literally your job to talk to people and be nice especially when someone is in a financial burden. They take my information down every time I call yet can never seem to help me fix the problem. DO NOT GET A LOAN THROUGH THIS TRASH $#*! COMPANY.
I purchased a car through Carvana a few months ago and financed through Bridgecrest, who keeps sending me emails every other day about how to locate and spend my stimulus check (i. E., pay them). I use AutoPay and I've never been late. My credit score is in the high 700's and my APR is 4.65. I hate being treated like a subprime ripoff artist. (. Remember, you have to pay us! Don't forget your car payment is due! Use your stimulus check for you car payment!) JFC, shut up already. What your customers do with their stimulus checks is beyond your control, and moreover, it's not your concern.
You know, I've been there-- in my 20's my credit score at one point was 385. Stop treating people like they already can't pay back their loan. Especially in this crisis. Good lord. Shame on you.

I called to change my due date on my auto payment, you can't do it on their website you have to call. So I call when I have some free time, get a representative on the line that tells me she can take the info but I'll have to call back in a week or so to see if a Manager approved it. Huh? Why can't a manager approve it now, I want to move my due date SOONER in the month. What a joke of a company, just like the people who sells the cars, Carvana, their finance company is trash also. DO NOT BUY FROM CARVANA, DO NOT FINANCE WITH BRIDGECREST. Save yourself some headache, trust me, it is not worth it. There are plenty of companies out there that have a true understanding of customer service, I promise you carvana nor bridgecrest are on that list.
These People are Loan sharks, they don't care nothing about you, all they want is your money, this place is the devil, If I could give less than a zero I would, and for anyone looking for a car loan RUN, RUN, RUN, THEY WILL TRAP YOU WITH HIGH INTEREST RATES, I'm paying 3 times more than what my car is actually worth, and the customer service workers are the devils workers, I may have had one or two to actually try and help me, my best advice for the next buyer, RUN! THEY WILL PLAY GAMES WITH YOU, THEY WILL KEEP TRANSFERRING YOU UNTIL YOU GET TIRED OF HOLDING on, they are caniving thieves and someone needs to look into this, beating people for they're money.
They came repossessed my car ok I get it I couldn't make the payment in full and I was behind! However now they have moved it to the auction 1 day after they took it and it hasn't even been 10 days! Now I gotta drive 2 hours to get it back on top of that I paid it 2 hrs ago they told me it can take 3-4 hrs for the paperwork to make it to the auction place! Call the auction they tell me I gotta make an appointment after they receive the release verification! Well why I gotta make an appointment if I paid in full as asked I should be able to come today and get my car! Bs I say bs! I had to Uber the last week and literally took all my money to get this car back to find out I mayn't get it back til MONDAY TODAY IS FRIDAY! I can't wait til I get this car paid off I didn't know no better but drive time will never get my recommendation period! I'm over Bridgecrest at this point! I just want my car back and I'll never fall behind on my payments again! Lesson learned!
I have been a customer of Bridgecrest since 2017. My loan is currently paid off, NEVER late. I received an email stating that if I made my VERY LAST payment by 4/30/2023 my account wouldn't be delinquent. However I made the payment in full on 4/19/2023 a few weeks after the payment was made I checked my credit this company reported me LATE. I reached out to Bridgecrest several times and I was told that the email I received regarding the last payment due by 4/30/2023 was no longer valid. I am very careful with my credit this has decreased my credit score significantly. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism within this company. I will be reaching out to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. The way I was treated after being a loyal customer is beyond comprehension...I've asked several times can this issue be resolved amicably however they DO NOT care about their customers.
I was two car payments behind I ended up paying up to 5 payments which they took my money and not one cent came off my loan at this point I'm trying to find a lawyer to look into this company I am not only paying a head of time but they also have on my credit report I'm 3 payments behind not to mention I keep calling asking for them to fix it and they won't I'm beyond sick of this company..
What a disgusting company! Purchased a vehicle on October 15 with a $500 down payment, first payment due November 8 but I had an unexpected expense come up so I figured I would make my payment the following week. Today, November 20 I wake up to find that the car was REPOSSESSED! What type of company does this? Literally have only had the car 5 weeks, T- tags are still on it. Unbelievable! Then, when I call them to find out what is going on, they tell me that I have to pay the ENTIRE principle to get the car back! I told them that was the shadiest business practice that I have ever heard of and they can keep the car. I will go elsewhere. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They do NOT care about the customer. That is why they offer these terrible loans, praying on people with financial issues. Please please please believe these reviews, they are 100% accurate. After having my car totaled, Bridgecrest has held my car insurance payments for three months without applying them to my balance. I would never do business with this company ever again!

Answer: Cars depreciate very quickly. One of the dumbest financial decisions a person can make is spending a shit ton of their income on a vehicle. Expensive cars aren't worth it. Nobody needs leather seats or separate climate controls. And it's not like you're buying one vehicle for the rest of your life. Quit looking at cars as status symbols and save your 8K for something else.
