Stay away from Bridgecrest not a good company to deal with. If you fall behind they will repo your vehicle. If you get your car back they will hound you if your even a day or hours late. You can call and talk to one representative and get off the phone and call back and talk to another representative and they will tell you something different.

Honest service
October 20, 2020

Did what was expected. They were always professional and polite. They deferred my loan during covid before I even asked which I was going to ask. I payed the car off with zero issues. I was very satisfied with this company.

Literally get your car loan from anyone else.

I paid my car off 2 years ago and these $#*!ers have kept a lein on my car. Even if you pay the full amount properly- they keep ahold of your car. You don't own your car til you chase them down and told it would be over a week til the title is in your hands.

Vampire
March 12, 2020

I got the loan this company $******* on July 2016 and I have paid $462 every month and it is about 4 years the total amount is $*******
But I still have my balance $******* it is bigger than the original loan amount.
Avoid this scammer and I really don't understand how the government allows them to keep doing business.

DO NOT USE
June 13, 2023

DO NOT USE! I tried to pay off 3 times using their portal and each time after acknowledging payment they came back and said could not process. 3 times all the while accumulating interest… so in order for me to get title I had to pay the interest. Scam or fraud DO NOT USE
They would not work with me even after I offered to pay half. They would not accept their responsibility. They have to make their money somehow..

My husband purchased a 2017 Equinox for me through Carvana and was financed through Bridgecrest. Down payment was 1400. 00 Car note was 449.00 a month. We paid 2 weeks before the due date. The goal was always to refinance or trade in after 6 months. We did just that. We traded it in for a 2019 Equinox and got a 6.8 interest rate through GM financial. We kept the vehicle in great shape. I say this to say, we paid on time, built our credit, fixed our credit, and now our scores are in the high 600s to low 700s. This was done in a 6 month time frame. We never had to call customer service until today because we wanted to make sure that they received the payoff check from the dealership. I rated them 4 stars because I had to get a supervisor on the phone to get a general question asked. We made it work for us and I am pleased. Interest rate dropped 18 points. I am grateful. Take the time to make the situation work for you.

This is the absolute worst financial institution you could possibly find to use! NONE of the customer service representatives have the same answer for the same question! Its no wonder Bridgecrest only finances with Drivetime. DriveTime is just as bad as bridgecrest!
BOTH OF THESE BUSINESSES NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!
2 most $#*!tiest places!

They don't care if you are having financial difficulties, they just want their money and if they don't get it, guess what your car is GONE... They repossessed my car while at the doctor, pregnant and even after I paid the total amount they put my car on a two week hold, even though if showed the money cleared. They said I could change my mind at any time. So not only did I pay the total balance but I also had to pay for a rent a car. The day I was supposed to pick up my car I was in the hospital (pregnant) I called them but guess what, my car had been shipped to Vegas to be placed for auction... Now I had to pay for a trip to Vegas to get my car... Stay Away from them!

Car payments
January 12, 2021

I financed a car through bridge crest from Carvana. I paid my initial car payment on the 31st when my due date was the 1st. Bridge crest then proceeded to charge me $15 extra because I paid early. They are dishonest and unprofessional.

I brought a car through caravana. I haven't had it a year and the motor already gone, remind you I had no check engine light to come on. The car just started smoking from my exhaust. I took it to two places to be certain and both places said the motor was gone. They said it would cost 8k to get it fix. The worse experience ever. Bridgecrest should make sure they are buying the best cars

Late payments
November 22, 2021

I had made my payment on time and more every month th Han needed. When COVID hit I was laid off my job and diagnosed with cancer. I called Bridgecrest to discuss payment arrangements as noted on their website. I only owed 1100 dollars on the car and advised them my payment may not be the full amount which 3 of them were short Sox 100 and a couple were over the required amount. They reported my payments as being late because it wasn't the full amount. I don't see why the say to call and make arrangements if the note as being late. When I wrote to them asking for them to change the last 4 payments from late to on time they told me no. I will never do business with this company again and highly discourage anyone from doing business with them

Two weeks before they repossess my vehicle because I had a late payment two weeks after again I got my vehicle repossessed and they haven't told me the reason for the repo and the truck driver didn't know why he was taking a vehicle He stated that he received a phone call to repo the vehicle. It is because Bridgecrest and Carvana are abusing the law because in a crisis ( coronavirus) that we are having they have no heart or compassion to the situation that people are going though and they don't care if you without any vehicle. You don't receive a phone call or notification on email to advise you That the vehicle may be repossessed. They just want to get your money even though you pay them on time they're just willing to screw you over so they can get their money anyway.

Uncaring and money hungry
September 10, 2020

Never missed a payment and have never been late, 35 weeks pregnant and high risk have been on bedrest for almost two months using my savings to make payments, I asked for one deferred payment and they refused, I explained my situation and offered my doctor to fax over proof of bedrest and they still refused! Said deferment is not being offered at the time even though the website says it is!

Annoying but ok
April 10, 2020

Let me start off by saying how much they harass. Ugh it's so bad! I technically owe a certain amount every month but the payment schedule is every 2 weeks. 1 day past and the phone calls begin. I'm talking about 5 a day starting at 8am. My voicemail is full with their messages. But, in their defense, I spoke to a lady about that and she said those calls just get put through/ automated).
Now, on a better note, they've been more than understanding with our situation. My husband ended up hospitalized twice in a years time frame and they bent over backwards to let arrangements and deferments. Not sure if it's because I owe 4 times more then my cars blue book value or if it's because they're that nice. Lol
All in all, they're a pain in the neck when it comes to their phone calls, interests rates are ridiculous(I DO have low credit), but in my opinion they've been understanding and very helpful.
Please do change the constant harassing phone calls during BUSINESS hours though!

Terrible
August 8, 2022

I was laid off from my job tried to set up a payment plan never got a call back, never got a email, phone call or letter in the mail that I was late, past due or the car would be repossed until it was gone at 3am, also Sara/Sarah from reposition admitted to using illegal tracking devices in their cars without the customers knowledge which is illegal so don't use bridgecrest/carvana or drive time. If I could leave negative stars I would.

I have on recording a call where Bridgecrest said they would not give me bad credit and not to worry about my payments during Covid after losing my job temporarily. This was towards the beginning. The next month I got bad credit from them (late pay). I called and asked to speak to a manager and escalate. I asked them to listen to the recording of the call on their end. They said if I dispute it they will remove the bad credit. 3 weeks later they took my car. End of story.
