That is right. I ordered 2 masks and it too 5 weeks to be delivered when the even stated on their site "REUABLE FACE MASKS Available now!" and they also state "SHIPS FROM USA Quality you can trust.". Now here is the truth. The product is from China. They are not "Avaliable now" when they take 4 weeks before they are even shipped. They will charge you immediately for them. The phone number they give is disconnected. The support email has one automated response no matter what you request and you NEVER GET A TRUE RESPONSE TO A REQUEST!
If you ware one of the unfortunates that ordered from them and either didn't receive your merchandise or can't get a response for a refund to return the merchandise then dispute the charge with the credit card company. PayPal was more than happy to do a charge back and get me a refund for the junk that is now in the trash.
They charge you for items that they did not ship. I have been waiting a month. I told them to cancel my order and reverse the charge and I hear nothing.

I ordered some masks and paid with tax and S&H about $30. I placed the order almost 4 weeks ago and STILL HAVE NOT received my order. Like many of the other commenters, I am still waiting and probably won't receive my purchase at this point. If you are someone who is thinking of purchasing anything from this shammed site, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! IF YOU DO, YOU WILL SEE! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! There is NO WAY to contact them to get your refund.
I looked all over their site to find where the masks were manufactured. It says on the home page "Ships from USA." After I bought two masks I received an email from Brave New Look's CEO which is pasted below. Manufactured in China... Really?!

I just received my brave new look bracelet, just like they said two weeks for delivery, they where great about emails and Facebook messages letting me know when bracelet would arrive, I am very satisfied with the quality and details, I ordered the one with, I will carry you with me until I see you again, and with my brother Chris's name on it, I will always wear it in remembrance of my brother
I ordered 4 masks and 30 filters on May 15. My credit card was tapped right away. No other company does that; they pull the payment when the order is shipped. So for a month they had my money and I had nothing. After the predicted 2-3 week window, I emailed for an update. Canned response. A couple of weeks later I received an email that part of my order was shipping. Right on the heels of that email, I received another that the rest of my order was shipping. Uh oh, both shipments had the same tracking number. I received the partial shipment indicated in the first email. I emailed Brave New Look asking when I could expect the other 2 masks. (I managed to get to a someone not obviously a robot by emailing from an email address that wasn't associated with the order.) I was very specific in my email about what I received and what I did not and included the order and tracking numbers. First email came back on a Wednesday saying, so sorry we'll get them to you during "this week". I waited a full 7 days and emailed again. Reply came back quickly, we want to make it right but we need a photo of the items you received. WHAT?! I emailed them to scroll down; they had all the information they needed right there in the thread. Within minutes, the reply comes back that they need a photo. I sent them their **** photo 12 hours ago and haven't heard anything back. I'm this close to disputing the charge on my credit card.
I ordered three overpriced masks on April 24,2020 and as June 6,2020 I have not received anything. I complained to BBB and I found out that this "company" with one employee is under alert. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS "COMPANY". TOTAL AMOUNT LOSS $73.00 US
I ordered $135 worth of the kids and adult KN95 on January 13 based on a friend recommendation - immediately after ordering, I received a 50% off email offer (um, I literally just spent $135 and have not yet tried the product - a bit off on the customer experience).
After receiving an email asking to confirm my shipping address, I went back onto the site to check the status of my order. Discovered that not only did they not email an order number, their website does not allow you to check your order status - so after emailing for an update after 1 week and again at 2 weeks, I got the similar canned "orders are made to order so it takes time" reply others have described.
After another week of no update I emailed again on Feb 3rd and said if the order hadn't shipped already I wanted a full refund — I can get KN95 masks a LOT faster and cheaper, and at this stage 3 weeks had passed. Meantime, omicron is ripping through our community and I'd REALLY like the masks I ordered for my kids please.
I got a reply that they had JUST shipped. However it's now Feb 12, a month after I ordered and 9 days after they emailed me that my order had shipped (we're only 2 states over from California) - and according to the tracking, they're supposedly out for delivery today.
Still I nothing in hand, but have since received a number of marketing emails to reorder - including a massively insulting one today - that says "SHIPS NEXT BUSINESS DAY!"
They need to spend more focus on the customer experience, because in my first-time customer experience, it's been terrible. I won't be ordering again.
For starters, the butterfly designs and the Hall of fame artist mask designs are exquisite. For the meat of the matter, these masks are an absolute joke. If you're shopping for adult masks with adjustable ear loops then keep shopping. Don't do what I did and spend a whole lot of money on something that you think is going to look good and based on their reviews on their own website. You will regret the purchase. The adjustable ear loops on these adult face masks are really nothing more than youth face masks. There is no comfort to the ear loop fit. If you don't mind having your ears pulled forward then by all means make the purchase. Additionally, if you don't mind waiting 3 weeks for the order to arrive then make the purchase. The adjustments for the adjustable ear loops are nothing more than small beads designed to get lost at the 1st opportunity. Much like the current occupant of the White House who is causing us to have to shop for face masks in the 1st place, these face masks are an absolute farce
It is good to be protected and still feel stylish. Wide choice and good quality. The package was securely packed and delivered without any delay.

I was so nervous when I read some of the negative reviews. Customer service responded back to me asap and I was happy with my piece of jewelry. My bracelet took three weeks to arrive.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. I made a purchase four months ago and to date I have not received my item or a refund. They do not respond to emails from me or from the Better Business Bureau. Brave New Look stole $53 from me. Don't let them do the same to you!
Do not order from them! Their sizes are not true to size, and they are not willing to refund! I am 5'2" and 115 lbs, and the medium would not fit over my knees!

I made a purchase, and immediately my account was debited. Normally they hold funds until shipping. No phone# to call and enquire, so I contacted my bank to file a claim
I ordered a bracelet June 27th for 33.99 still waiting and have been given ever excuse or lie in their book. 1. DUE TO COVIDE WE ARE BEHIND 2. CAN'T FIND YOU ORDER, OH wait we found the phone case will go today. I didn't order a home case in JUNE I ordered the phone case in 2015 don't even have the phone. Anymore. They say they delivered it to the address no they didn't post office never delivered it. It went to my friends as gift. We have credited your account no you haven't. The list goes on and on. DON"T TRUST OR WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
It has been a month of my order placed and I never received any communication from the company. I lost all my hopes and now i need to find a way to get my money back.
Looks like i lost my money. They never respond and never ships. I am waiting for my product for more than 2 months now. I filed a claim in Paypal hoping to get my money back
This company clearly took advantage of the pandemic. There is NO reason to buy from them when you can buy just as good a mask for less than half the price and get it in a few days AVOID!
This company is terrible. I ordered from them on April 6 and received nothing to date, June 3. No shipping date; e mails answered with a form letter. Still no shipping date, no refund, no masks.
