Ordered face masks and additional filters on 4/28/2020, purchased with PayPal (a little protection of funds). After two weeks of never receiving any form of order confirmation from this company, I attempted to call the number listed on my PayPal pymt. Confirmation, but the number is invalid. Then attempted to email seller to inquire about the status of my order... no response. Sent another email... no response! Have since requested a refund via PayPal. Now I have to wait... I would advise everyone to find a seller that at minimum communicates with you!
I have not received my order place on May 2, nor have I received a refund. They have not responded to my emails.
Do not order from these people. It is a complete scam. I never received my order and it has been WEEKS past the date listed on their website for processing and shipping times. When I emailed, they responded like this:
Thank you for following up on your order. We definitely understand the urgency to get you your masks as soon as possible and our entire team is working around the clock to make that happen. We are shipping orders daily based on when the order was placed. We've also asked our factories to increase production to meet this unprecedented demand. As far as I can tell, I believe your order will ship within the next 7-10 days.
Today is May 20th and I still haven't gotten anything. DO NOT BUY. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Ordered masks on April 27th and have as of today (May 20) received neither an update nor the merchandise. Tried calling the number that was on my PayPal invoice and it is disconnetcted. Tried emailing, no luck yet. It is either a scam or a very unreliable and unprofessional outfit. Would advise people to stay away from it.
Placed order and didn't get it called phone number on website it's disconnected. Emailed them, they ailed back once asked if they should express ship my order or refund. I didn't get either. When I contacted them again 6 times via email and text... crickets never answered back. To think they tout Made In America and my order was for masks and filters, shame on them complete frauds!
I ordered 2 face masks which took a couple of weeks to get them. They were very small, barely covering nose and mouth. They were so tight that they smooshed my nose so it made it hard to breath and so tight on my mouth I could hardly talk. Should have sent back! For the price, they weren't worth it. Will never wear them. Very disappointed.

I placed an order on 4/25/2020, I still have not received an order that was promised in 7 to 10 days! I had forgotten about the order until I saw an ad. When I emailed the company, I was told I was at the top of the queue and she would expedite my order! REALLY! How do you expedite an order that was ordered almost a month ago?!? I have filed a complaint with the BBB and just saw they have an F rating on there for the same reason I have described! I am calling my bank and getting my money refunded for fraud!
On May 2 I ordered 1 cloth mask& 1 gray protective mask with filter & 1 pkg of filters. I recd 2 cloth masks, no protective mask or filters. Will have PayPal go after them.
Ordered mask and filters on 4/25, still no product. Each time I contact customer service I receive generic response, your order will be shipped 7-10 business days. Last e-mail they offered expedited shipping for free. Laughable as they're offering free shipment on a product they obviously don't have. Wish I would have read the BBB comments before ordering.

I ordered from Brave New Look because I needed a simple, washable and trendy face mask ASAP. I got concerned after reading reviews that your company was a scam. I did get my masks. Floral skull print. I LOVE them. I ordered them on May 2 and got them May 18th Not bad in my opinion during a pandemic. Especially because I live in the North East. Please work on your customer service. I would have given 5 stars if you had better customer service. Thank you!
Ordered facemasks 3 weeks ago. I was concerned from the beginning because I never received a confirmation email. I have sent several emails asking about my order and they all went unanswered. They have processed my payment. But I have received no product, no communication. Non existent customer service. I have contacted the BBB as well as the Attorney General.

I have been waiting 2 months for products ordered. Phone number is bogus. They will take your money fast.
Look at the BBB, they give them a (F). Still waiting FB or my refund. PAYPAL is stepping in to help
They promise 1-2 week delivery. Will not accomplish. Ask them to commit to a date that the have presented. They will not comply,. Just order elsewhere. They will not be upfront with their lack of ability to deliver. They will just keep you hanging.
Never received my masks. Maybe after the pandemic? Will not refund. Scam alert. Be aware when you buy from them.
I wish I read reviews prior to purchasing 2 masks. They promptly sent a confirmation email... but no masks! I have contacted them and received not response. I am now working with my credit card company. If I could give 0 stars I would. And their big claim was 'American Made'. That is why I ordered. Shame on them!
Do not order from this company. They will likely never send your items nor respond to your communications. I am just hoping I can get a refund from the company at this point. I believe this a fraudulent company trying to take advantage of folks during the Covid 19 situation and the facemask requirement in many areas.
Horrible and sickening that its USA and their rating is a 1.87 and theyll keep giving you a different delivery date DONT do it... If I could I'd give them a negative 10
I checked refund policies and everything because I have been scammed before, and they seemed fine, but when I got my receipt, after they charged my card, the return policy was totally different! Don't do it, just don't. And, it's been three weeks and I still have not received my order.
