I am shocked to see all the other reviews. The same exact thing happened to me today. Bought an IQ test result certificate for around £2. And after a few days (today), got charged for £38 for some subscription that I have no idea whatsoever as to when I opted into.
Can not blieve they have been able to rob so many people for so long. How is this scam allowed to operate legally?
This site is a scam and has robbed of 11k people including me. I thought I was getting a IQ certificate for $8.90 and it was all a lie. They charged me an addition 239.40 for a subscription I never signed up for. They have figured out a way to initiate payment through PayPal with no permission.

I paid a small fee for an IQ Test. Now I've been charged £38.80 for a monthly subscription and it's not obvious on their website how to cancel that subscription so I'm not charged again. It's funny how their 'Subscription Settings' page doesn't exist

After I invested time and much more as it was advertised, it turned out that I'm intelligent but did not turn out what my strengths and weaknesses I invested the time and money.
My account was debited with a small amount and some days later a huge amount was debited without my permission I required it within minutes back, but they did not accept it. Simply they debited my account without being approved by me. I had to cancel the bank card connected to that account.

I also got scammed $38.80. They robbed my Paypal. I paid for the IQ test and then once they had my PayPal, they used it for their bogus subscription which I didn't use because I didn't know I purchased it, nor did I want it. Today, only 5.6% of the reviewers thought it was OK, the other 94.4% thought they were scammers. Why are these people still in business?

I paid 14$ for an iq test only and have no idea about the subscription. Then they charged me 127$ for 6 months while I am not intended to use. I emailed them same day, ( last day of 7 days) and asked to cancel and refund. They denied and said it is post 30 minutes, while their policy just said 7 days but not the time. They just ripped off people money. Please never ever use this site or you will lose your money.

Paid $8 for the trial period yesterday, and thankfully realized after looking at reviews realized that they would charge me $80 if I don't cancel this now. The only way to cancel your membership is to email them. There is no button on the website or in your account, and if you call them, there's just a voice recording saying to email them. I got an automated email back saying they are going to assign my case to a rep within 24 hours, so even if you try to cancel on day 6 of the trial period, you're screwed. Hopefully they'll cancel it immediately but this is absolutely a scam, I also have a feeling all the positive reviews you're seeing are faked.

My minor child was passing on this site, they didn't ask for proof that she was an adult and if she was even old enough to get a subscription throughout them on her own, she's not even old enough to consent or enter into any agreements. But yet still took $79.80 from my PayPal. This is a huge scam directed towards children and autistic children at that. Took a test from Facebook for fun and then at the end they tell you to pay a small amount. Having spent the time doing the test, I paid that initial fee for the results. It gives you the IQ test results (basically the number) without anything else. No analysis or explanation of your intelligence types which is the least any IQ sites will do nowadays. The worst is that after you do that initial sign up, they automatically charge you hefty subscription fees without letting you know until you cancel. And each monthly subscription fee is around 80 USD. Tried disputing with PayPal and no results. Was told the transaction was processed correctly, if that even means anything.

I usually do not take time to review, but please take note of this: make sure you are aware that as soon as you purchase anything, you will be slapped with the annual fee of $79. Even if you do not sign up for a membership. I purchased the $8 IQ test, selected to not have a membership, and a week later was charged $79 for the annual fee. I spoke to customer service, who was amazingly unhelpful. They kept contracting themselves, and even when I provided screenshots of proof, still refused to give a refund for a membership that they ADMITTED was snuck on and not legit. This business uses very shady practices, you're best going elsewhere. Regarding the screenshot: the customer service rep said I signed up for a free trial, when in reality they do not offer a free trial. Also, there is no "cancel membership" button, anywhere on the website.
