Thieves! You pay for an iq test and then they take money out of your account without your consent. Please avoid at all cost unless you want to be told you can't be refunded because you did not take your time reading through the long terms and conditions.

Brainety focuses on the mastery of the 5 essential cognitive skills. I am very much interested in playing IQ tests and test my level each time. It's very interesting because my progress is being monitored. Excited with this product, I might need to make an annual subscription.

Brainety is undeniably a scam. Initially, I purchased an IQ test for approximately $2, only to later realize that I was being charged $38.8 per month for an unauthorized 'monthly subscription fee.' Despite my attempts to seek a refund for the misrepresented service by contacting their customer support, they adamantly refused. Consequently, I had to take the drastic step of blocking my credit card, and in the coming weeks, I will be initiating a chargeback through my bank. I strongly caution against using this website. It's crucial to avoid such deceitful practices at all costs.

Not so "easy refund" policy
Like many others I paid a few pounds for a test but later was charged for a subscription | was unaware of. I have corresponded with Brainety and successfully cancelled my subscription. I have requested a refund of the £38.80 deducted from my PayPal account but they have refused my request. This is despite the fact that I received an initial email from them telling me I could "relax" because of their "easy refund" policy and "awesome" customer service. They claim that according to their terms and conditions I do not qualify for a refund. I note that some reviewers on this site whose story is identical to my own have received a refund. I have pointed this out in my correspondence with Brainety but so far have received no satisfaction. I will update this post of further developments so others will be aware of this company and how they operate their "awesome" customer service

I payed by paypal 2.16$ for the result of an IQ test.
After a week or they sent me a mail that I was charged with extra 38.8$ for a monthly subscription that I was never agreed upon. I checked all the mails they sent me and there was no information about any upcoming subscription. I never logged in to their site nor have I ever activated any account.
I contacted them to ask for a refund. They said they were sorry to cancel my subscription but they were keeping my money….
As I see in multiple sites I am not the only one who's been scammed by those people.

Pay for iq test cost only 8 dollars, no mentioning on trial subscription and charge you almost 80 dollars after a week. So called "automatically renew the subscription" so you could be at ease and no worries but now i see that everyone is pissed with this "kind offer".

Will continue follow up here if refund been made, it's unenthical and is a scam to steal money without acknowledgement Brainety.

I've decided to get Brainety for my wife who is undergoing therapy. She was advised to do brain-enriching activities that would exercise the brain. So far it works well for her, I have already subscription for 1 year. Thanks!

I bought a simple QI tes, and they included a monthly subscription of an odd services. Scamming is this company´s modus operandi. When you contact them, they already have a standard message infroming that the money wont be refunded.

I paid those two dollars to see my IQ results. I was not able to log in, but I have let that slide. But after a week or so I have been charged 38$? Without my consent? I never subscribed, moreover, I never knew I was in a trial period. There was not a single e-mail indicating that. Only after they charged my bank, they have sent me an email with my receipt. Weirdly enough it said they charged me for an IQ test with monthly renewal, but the first receipt for the two dollars didn't say so. Huge scam.

Edit: After contacting the support team I received an email saying there's nothing they can do. But I persisted as I didn't consume any of their content and they have given me a full refund. The support team is not automated AI, which is really good.

I paid $25 to receive my iq score results and more than a month later I had $126 automatically taken out of my bank account via PayPal.

It did not give me any noticeable indication that I would receive this fee and I am very disappointed and shocked by the charge.

I have been using braintety for a couple of months now, the program itself is very easy to use and it's about upping your IQ with specialised brain games and it helped me increase my learning ability and i noticed a huge improvement in recalling people,places,names overall i would highly recommend it

Do Not Use or Pay for Any Service or Test They Provide - Unethical Business Practices
This business is a scam. They will rope you in with a test and then automatically enroll you for a trial period and automatically charge you again a few weeks later. This is a ruse as they are counting on you not realizing that you are being enrolled. I paid for what I thought would be just a test for approximately $14 and was later charged almost $80 for a trial period at the end of the month that I was not aware of until I received notification of the charge and they were not helpful when explaining my circumstances. I would strongly advise not using any of their services as you may be charged for more than what you expected. Their customer service is also poor and inflexible. They are taking advantage of people in these difficult times and should be ashamed by their "business" tactics.

I signed up for a free IQ test. They said they needed a credit card number. I got a fraud alert from my credit card company that said they were taking additional funds from my account. They should be investigating. It looks like I am not the only one with this problem here.

However, a week later they charge you $79.80 and reply saying they won't refund it. This is an online scam. You get an add stating to test your IQ. After 25 questions and minutes of your time, it states that you need to pay 9.9$ in order to see results. Fine. The problem arises that it then automatically subscribes you to annual fee of 79.8$ that kicks in 10 days after your test without the possibility to cancel or claim it.

I want to warn everyone about this fraudulent Lithuanian website (owned by the Lithuanian company Rebilita UAB), which blatantly rips people off by shady subscriptions and setting up automatic payments on your PayPal account. I don't understand how it is possible that these practices are indifferent to the owners of PayPal. According to PayPal's investigation, this is not an unauthorized use of the account. Somewhat comically, most of the people being ripped off are people who bought a one-time IQ test from the company for the price of $8.90 - the fact that they were victims of scammers shows that their IQ is pretty low. Unfortunately, I am one of them. (In this form it is necessary to give at least one star in the rating, which is a bit confusing and gives a false impression of at least minimal seriousness.)

I have always had attention problems but after trying this program I have improved in that aspect. Train various abilities of your brain and neuroplasticity makes you improve, it's like going to the brain gym. Very good.You just have to be constant and train at least 1 hour a day to achieve results. In the first week I already felt more capable mentally!

I was never asked to subscribe to any membership! Thay charged me 38.80 usd for nothing. I cant even use site because my email is invalid?! How can I subscribe without email? They ask you tu take a IQ test and for results thay ask you to pay 2 usd, after that they stole you 38 usd. Its a fraud they dont want to give it back, you dont have any use of site because you cant log in. Someone need to stop this.
